Abstract

The study is in the background with learners' low critical thinking ability in learners' activities.  In the learning process, instead of using a media learning model, it can also be used as an aid.  One of the learning models and the media is Jurisprudential Analytical Inquiry assisted Augmented Reality Assembly Edu.  This study intends to identify the learning model Jurisprudential Analytical Inquiry assisted Augmented Reality Assembly Edu to the critical operation of class X Biology subjects at SMA. This research is a quantitative study using the Quasy Experiment Method. The research population was taken using 2 X MIPA classes, and the research sample consisted of X MIPA 6 as the Experiment class and X MIPA 3 as the Control class, with a total of 68 students. The sample technique in this study is the Cluster Random Sampling Technique. The research test instrument used multiple choice questions and tested the hypothesis using an independent t-test. Data was obtained from the results of hypothesis calculations using independent sig value tests. (2-tailed) that is 0.00 less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the learning model Jurisprudential Analytical Inquiry assisted Augmented Reality Assembly Edu to the critical operating  of class X Biology subjects at SMA.

Abstract

This study critically examines the implementation of big data analytics within the field of Educational Technology, with a specific focus on its application at the Faculty of Engineering, Langlangbuana University. The research is prompted by the unprecedented shift from traditional, in-person instruction to online learning environments, a transition significantly expedited by the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper explores how big data can be systematically utilized to develop advanced educational strategies that address the complexities of modern learning environments. Through an extensive review of relevant local and international literature, the study highlights the potential of big data to offer granular insights into student engagement, learning outcomes, and instructional effectiveness. The findings suggest that the strategic integration of big data in educational research not only facilitates personalized learning and improves pedagogical practices but also enhances institutional decision-making processes. This research underscores the critical role of big data in fostering an adaptive, evidence-based approach to contemporary educational challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of multimedia technology in enhancing the effectiveness of distance learning in Banda Aceh. Multimedia technology, including videos, animations, simulations, and various online learning platforms, is believed to significantly enrich the teaching and learning process in remote educational environments. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method, utilizing surveys to collect data from students and teachers involved in distance learning across Banda Aceh. The study's population comprises students and teachers from schools that have adopted distance learning, with a randomly selected sample to ensure a representative distribution across different educational levels and socio-economic backgrounds. Data were gathered through questionnaires and interviews, and subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings reveal that multimedia technology plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of distance learning. Among the various technologies, interactive videos and animations were identified as the most effective by both students and teachers. Additionally, the study found that the integration of multimedia technology received positive feedback, with respondents noting that it made learning more engaging and easier to comprehend. This research underscores the importance of incorporating multimedia technology in distance learning to improve educational quality in Banda Aceh. The study also provides recommendations for further teacher training and the development of more advanced multimedia-based educational tools. These findings are expected to contribute positively to educational policy development in Banda Aceh and serve as a reference for educators and educational technology developers

Abstract

This study aims to develop a computational thinking learning module tailored to the Merdeka Curriculum for primary school students. The Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes 21st-century skills, provides a flexible and adaptive framework for education; however, integrating computational thinking remains a challenge in many schools. Through a research and development (R&D) approach, this study identifies the needs, designs, and tests an innovative learning module. The development process begins with a needs analysis conducted through surveys and interviews with teachers and students in primary schools implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. Based on these findings, the learning module is designed to include various interactive activities and exercises aimed at developing computational thinking skills in children. The module is then validated by educational experts and piloted in several primary schools. The trial results indicate that the developed learning module is effective in enhancing students' understanding of computational thinking concepts. Feedback from teachers and students also suggests that the module is engaging, easy to understand, and supports active learning in the classroom. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited time and school facilities need to be addressed for broader implementation. This study makes a significant contribution by providing educational resources that support the development of computational thinking skills in primary schools, in line with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum. Recommendations for further research and field implementation are also presented to strengthen the outcomes obtained.

Abstract

Independence refers to an individual's ability to carry out daily activities without relying on others, such as self-care, interacting with the surrounding environment, and completing tasks autonomously. It also encompasses emotional, behavioral, moral, and intellectual aspects that enable a person to navigate daily life without dependence on others. This study aims to analyze the level of independence among children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities at MILB YKTM Budi Asih. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through observations and interviews with students with intellectual disabilities, their parents, and teachers. The findings indicate that the level of independence among children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities at MILB YKTM Budi Asih varies across emotional, behavioral, moral, and intellectual aspects. Although there remains some dependence on parents for certain daily activities, the specialized education provided by the school has made efforts to support the development of independence among these children and adolescents.
