Abstract

Cooperative State University student Surabaya is the type of business cooperatives engaged in the campus environment. Key business processes in the cooperative is selling and buying. Cooperative Surabaya State University students are constrained in clarifying the sales in detail, specifying the items expired, calculates sales records to determine the contribution of each member to member, to calculate changes in the cost of goods in the event of price changes at the time of the purchase process, and knowing the flow of goods in and out of card stock . Based on the description above, we need a system of buying and selling information on student cooperative. The system was built consisting of cash sales, print receipts cash sales, cash purchases, consignment purchases, purchases payable, consignment payment, accounts payable payments, print receipt consignment, master recap reporting, reporting cash sales, reporting a cash purchase, reporting, accounts payable, consignment reporting, card inventory, daily information, the information per member, and infomrasi per item. From the results of testing the sale and purchase of information systems in cooperative Surabaya State University students concluded that the system can run the business of selling and buying process, issuing reports and information required by the cooperative management students of the State University of Surabaya. Abstract

Lembaga Manajemen Infaq dan shadaqah (LMZIS) is an institution which is engaged in social and propagation, such as collecting Zakat, Sadaqah infaq and Muslims in the ITS, alumni and the surrounding communities. In the implementation LMZIS notimplement a system of financial accounting information is good, one of which was not reported for managerial accountability to the public. In addition the management has not been able to evaluate the performance of the activity in each month. Given the existing problems in LMZIS, it is necessary to the existence of a financialaccounting information systems that produce financial information that is derived fromactivity data per period and the data resulting in donor funds that are transparentmanagerial reports such as financial reports, evaluation reports and other reports. It can facilitate the directors, muzzaki and donors to get clear information. Based on the results of experiments performed can be concluded that, the system of financial accounting information on LMZIS can help existing business processes incurrent LMZIS start of the process of recording transactions, financial reporting, andevaluation. Abstract

Seaman book is an official document issued by the State Government containing the physical identity of sailors that are not based on biometric stadar and not as travel documentation and can not substitute for a passport. Sailors are all people who have the qualifications, expertise or skills as a crew. Understanding seaman book is an official document issued by the state government include a full description of legitimate personal and working relationships of seafarers with employers bookkeeper ship, seaman book can serve as a travel document requirements bookkeeper seafarer has CLA Sea (PKL) are still valid. Information Systems Programme Final Project is the Public Service Information System Based WEB Books Sailors Syahbandar Office First Class Tanjung Perak Surabaya is to produce an interactive website on the public service system in the Ministry of Communications, Office of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation Syahbandar Main Class Tanjung Perak Surabaya in accordance with systems and procedures for publishing new boaters, sailors procedure turn old books or lost, and the extension of seaman book. The application of web-based manufacturing seaman book used by this admin will allow an admin to enter data kepelautan are online then this data can be accessed via the internet. Admin can find a book report new sailor, seaman book renewals and sailors lost books. Reports generated in the form of graphs that will facilitate the reporting admin. To solve the problems listed above made ??an application that is able to provide the certainty of an empty parking lot, parking information looking for how many locations are available and time is not run out useless because of looking for parking locations and thus can save the use of fuel other than that with a system that this made ??will reduce the level of customer disappointed for not getting the location of parking.

Without orderly recording, there will be a lot offorgetfulness, bothprograms, therapy and outcomeof therapy. Thenumber of datarecordseach dayof therapythat is used toproducetherapeutic resultsbecome the problematicfortheschool database recordwhich is orderly,neatandaccurate informationis needed inthe process ofmonitoringthe child's developmentto avoiderrorsin decidingthe propertreatmentprogramfor thechildren. Based ona problems survey above, it needs an information system that helpsthe schoolin monitoringchild development. Abstract

Today, the development of investment on financial assets have been so rapidly in Indonesia, marked by the number of transactions, companies that go-public, investors and other capital market participants continue to grow. Growth prospects in the Indonesian capital market so rapidly that it was encouraged by the interest of foreign investors coming into the Indonesian capital market. With the stock market, investors can invest in many investment choices, in accordance with the courage to take risks where the investors will always maximize the return that is combined with certain risk in any investment decision. In this undergraduate thesis,we built an application that is expected to investors and prospective investors to make decisions to sell or buy stocks. The purpose of this application is to make the determination of decision support systems to sell or buy portfolios using technical and fundamental analysis. Based on Blackbox testing and evaluation of the application user respondents, it was found that the application or system that has been made to and able to give the final result of the decision to find out which portfolio to be bought or sold.
