Abstract

New Cahaya Hotel is a company engaged in the field of tourism as an hotel in Sidoarjo. New Cahaya Hotel still using manual methods for daily administration, such as reservation, check in, check out, in house services, and making reports. This recording methods for a company that engaged in services can be not efficient, for example taking too much time to handling check in registration. It can be risky too for saving valueable informations. To overcome the problems above, researcher is designing and implementing an hotel administration information system. The result from this hotel administration system is hotel administration reporting. So, this system can overcome the company’s administration problem and give efficient and effective information.Keywords: information system, hotel administration system reporting

Abstract

The recording of receipts and expenditures rice not in orderly and daily process proceeds or spending rice to the next part of public services will be made a report to be submitted to Kasubdivre, but in reality the process of submitting a report conducted by the warehouse to the public service is not be done directly because the distance between the warehouse with a separate main office so that the reporting process becomes obstructed. The process of collecting the data in hardcopy may caused the data to be lost or damaged and the time data management processes often occur one to write the value so that when confirmed to parts of the public service should seek or revise error, recording error occurs when the revenue and expenditure of rice on the report, it will be very difficult to search and sort the data if all are still done manually in the form of archives. It also takes quite a lot of time. With the problems it required application to recording of receipts and spending of rice that are designed to help the warehouse in terms of doing rice recording entry and exit as well as part of the public service in terms of reporting and as a reference for the procurement of rice, find a report  the number of entry and exit rice, origin and destination of rice, and the number of stocks in each warehouse. Keywords : the recording of goods, revenue and expenditure , warehouse.

Abstract: Department of Transportation is implementing elements of regional autonomy, which hold the majority of regional government affairs, the field of Communications., The Department of Transportation to apply timeliness in doing recording, reporting Letters, Department of Transportation often have inaccuracies in the distribution of letter, it made the performance becomes late addition to distribution, There are difficulties experienced by secretary part, these difficulties such as the mail storage (archiving). During the archiving process is done well. However, for the maintenance of the archives of the letter can be accomplished and is still experiencing some difficulties, difficulty finding process letter, affect the shrinkage process should be done by letter secretary section.Through the analysis, to overcome the experiences to which there is by utilizing information technology based on the concept of mail management to support the process receiving, data collection, distribution, archiving, anddeliveryofletters.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the web-based management application letter can provide ease of Acceptance of incoming mail from internal and external, to record, archive and distribute up to send mail out.

Abstract

Abstract: The administrative file monitoring application serves to determine the extent to which the course of the management of administrative records. The administrative file services include the completion of Decree (SK) retired, cards employee, cards wife (Karis) and cards husband (KARSU), SK promotion, SK relocate the working area, until the determination of candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS), Review Work Period (PMK), Mutation family, dependents leave outside the State (CLTN), the appointment of civil servants over 2 years (C2). Of the existing system there be some problems including the lack of monitoring facilities in each part file, do not report how many files that are already resolved and unresolved and the absence of sorting and search facility on incoming files by date and name of the local agencies. Of the existing problems will require monitoring and file control information system for the BKN Regional II, so it can help the BKN Regional II monitor administrative file in and out of each agency areas in the district or city throughout East Java.

Abstract

Processing value of final report in SMK Negeri 1 Cerme should be based on the curriculum of 2013.  Problem that occurs in the curiculum 2013 is that every teacher  must delve with rules for marking process that is considered to be more difficult than the previous curriculum. In that curriculum, every subjects consist of several types marking, i.e marking for knowledge acceptance comprises of daily marking, mid term exam and final a lot of final. Second  marking for skill comprises of laboratorium marking, projects and portfolio. The last type of marking is the attitude marking that consist of observations, self-assessment, peer assessment. After having the value of knowledge, skills and attitude then do checking on the value of the minimum completeness criteria, if the value is in compliance then calculated the ledger value from all values. After the interval values are converted according to standards that have been defined on the SMK, which will be obtained predicate value and the value of the description.With the application for processing the value of report cards, is expected value will be arranged neatly, and can control the value easily, because there will be a notification regarding the value has not been entered. The headmaster also facilitated in monitoring development of value each lesson. While students will also easy to see the value they get from teaching and learning activities at this time.

Abstract

Abstract: PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company who works in furniture field. The company’s production is based on the customer orders. The average of the company’s transaction reaches about 3000 products, yet 31% of them delayed. It is caused by several things, which are the absence of scheduling method, the machine’s functions are not optimized yet by the company, and also order data recording with production scheduling are not integrate yet. This research results an application that can compare four methods of scheduling. The four methods are EDD, FCFS, SPT and LPT. The comparison of methods is aimed to get the best method that will be used by the company for scheduling. It requires some stages to make the application, the first is requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and the last are integration and testing. From this research, its result is about 96% which means that the application is feasible to use, and the user trial results are about 91% which means that this application can be accepted by the company.

Abstract

Transportation Department of Surabaya in particular the Deputy Transport Infrastructure which has activities that organize and establish management and control communications infrastructure. Problems faced could not be monitoring the progress of time and project work in the field. So the evaluation and early identification of problems that arise in the field so the prevention and settlement can not be immediately implemented and carried out repairs upcoming activities.To cope with the problem it was designed monitoring and evaluation information system penmbangunan facilities and infrastructure, the system is run by media websites that will be accessed easily through a smartphone, phablet, tablets and devices that can access other internet used by field supervisors.It was concluded that the application to assist and facilitate the task of the stakeholders in the process of monitoring and evaluation of development projects at the Department of Transportation in Surabaya. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Shoes and Sandals Suroso strive to improve and develop the industry, one of the efforts is to find out information about the costs of production are used to determine the cost of goods manufactured correctly. Currently, SMEs do not have a basis in determining the cost of goods manufactured according to customer order. In determining the cost of goods manufactured, SMEs just do a sum the raw material cost and direct labor cost, without counting the factory overhead cost. The resulted of the selling price of shoes and sandals are charged to customers is not as expected by the SMEs, so the profit can get unstable then. Because these problems, the author makes an application that can calculate the cost of goods manufactured is based on estimated cost by determining the raw material cost, direct labor cost, and factory overhead cost. Based on trial results on SMEs Shoes and Sandals Suroso can be concluded that the application has been made to produce information on the estimated raw material cost, the estimated direct labor cost, the estimated factory overhead cost, the estimated cost of goods manufactured, and reporting of customer order in each period, so the information can be used by SMEs as a basis for determining the selling price of its products.Keywords: cost of goods manufactured, estimated cost, customer order

Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) is a state-owned company that runs the business as a provider of port service facilities (traffic activities of vessels and goods) in the whole territory of the port management. Traffic from ship visits in 2013 grew. , 46% from 2012. This increase pushed the management to afford competitive by developing and building an infrastructure that can support the smooth business operations. In doing development and infrastructure development are the risks that may occur with regard to cost, time and quality of the project, where the company should be able to manage the risk of the project management of information technology, however PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III does not currently have Standard Operation and Procedure ( SOP) to identify risks in any information technology project being run. The absence of standard SOP in identifying the risks of project procurement lead Sub-Directorate of Risk Management and Quality have difficulty in overcoming the risk that the information technology project is being executed.The purpose of this research is to design a risk management document that projects that focus on procurement refers to the ISO 31000 framework in the form of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions (IK) is used to manage the risk of the procurement of information technology projects. Abstract

One type of business that a lot of work at the Indonesian population is in the form of retail (Soliha, 2008). Retail in Indonesia is divided into two, namely traditional retail and modern retail. Traditional retail itself in the category of Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Retail Indonesian population spread in the community thrives. However, intense competition, especially in the face of large modern retailers, traditional retailers are making in a less favorable position. The problem faced by traditional retailers are; (1) the owner can not determine sales trends; (2) purchase a product that is not sold in large quantities; (3) the difficulty of knowing the available stock; (4) does not have the data history of sales transactions; (5) often experience problems in the procurement costs of information technology devices; The solution to the above problems is an information system retail sales web-based that can produce information as up to date as sales turnover, the products most frequently purchased by customers, products sold less that needs to be promoted, benefits and can promote products sold in the form of a web product catalog. All the information can be used as a basis for business owners in making decisions for managing merchandise products as quickly as it can be accessed anytime, anywhere through the Internet.
