Abstract

Production scheduling is one of the most important aspect that ensures the business process of a company running smoothly, as well as in CV Tidar Jaya. CV Tidar Jaya in its business has not utilized any production scheduling schemes, it can be seen from their frequent delay of the order completion. The Problem is mainly because they always prioritized special order without looking at which order came first. In addition to that, they only used rough estimation about the completion time without exact calculation. To improve their business processes, we build a production scheduling system using the Earliest Due Date (EDD) method which is able to calculate the date of order completion and to minimize delay. CV Tidar Jaya also uses non-technical factors that are used as reference for calculating the engine machine start up time schedule, machine rest time and production materials time readiness. By using the EDD method, job that has an earliest deadline will be prioritize. Using this scheduling system, CV Tidar Jaya is able to produce information of finishing order time and optimize production scheduling in such a way that the delay can be minimized.

Abstract

CV. Zaneti 9 is a construction company specialized in services of asphalting, street casting and making drains water. Management of document requests to add raw materials on the CV. Zanetti 9 still using paper documents. Based on the current administrative conditions, time required to recap of data requests takes 1-2 days. The Administration Also has long-time constraints on the approval of the addition of raw materials.Based on this problem , then made application management of document requests  the addition of raw materials by applying administrative workflow system. This application applies the theory of Administrative workflow system to make sure process flow can be run well.It was concluded that this application has been able to accelerate the process of request for the addition of raw materials and also improves the performance of the process of creating the document recaps the addition of raw materials. This is seen in the time it takes to request additions raw materials to finished and also the time required to make the document recaps the addition of raw materials. At first it requires total time 36 hours to 26 minutes after use the application.

Abstract

CV. Berkat Alam Sejahtera is a company engaged in the distribution of gas. CV. Berkat Alam Sejahtera supply gaseous oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon and acytelene. The company's customers in general hospitals, industries and companies engaged in the service. To date CV. Berkat Alam Sejahtera has more than 150 customers and gas sales target of at least 1700 tubes per month.Sales admin section is very difficult to determine the due date of each customer as well as reports of each customer receivable. In the process of registration of new customers, they often occur enrollment same customer and the customer long search process because of the large customer data. Parts sales admin difficulty in monitoring the stock tubes in the warehouse. Based on the results of a test application on the Market Surya it was concluded that the application can provide reminders the due date for the next week, so the delay in payment of debts can be reduced, the application can provide inventory information tubes are available in the warehouse, so the admin section of the sale is not the difficulty in monitoring the stock tube in the warehouse, for the registration of new customers, in order to avoid the occurrence of the same customer registration and the process of finding customers time because the number of data subscribers.Keywords: information systems, gas sales, sales, desktop.

Abstract

PT. Gery Anugerah Tours & Travel is a travel agency company located in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. PT. Gery Anugerah Tours & Travel is here to serve the needs of customers for services ticketing domestic and international flights. The management of the company is promoting superior service to customers. In 2013 and 2014 the company experienced a very rapid increase in the sale of airline tickets, with increasing sales then give a positive impact to the company so that the company provides to the customer convenience in transaction using cash or credit. Given the ease of appearing an obstacle in the form of ticket sales related record keeping became sloppy in filing into sales reporting. Ticket sales transaction records that are not neatly arranged this represented a loss of 12% of the records of the sales and the loss of customers who have previously made booking tickets. Any problems that occur, it will be created an information system that will govern the sale of tickets as well as ticket sales reporting company, in order to eliminate the losses incurred earlier. The information system that will be created is the application of transaction records in ticket sales.Keywords: Information System, Sales, ticketing

Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has several websites and one of them is a Website Perwalian. Website Perwalian is used by faculty and students to plan a schedule each semester. Website Perwalian as a media source of information about class,schedule,courses deemed to meet the information needs of students and guardian lecturers. This study was conducted to evaluate website quality of its website based on the end user satisfaction with the website’s services that is measured using Webqual 4.0 and identify important factors of performance which should be improved to meet the satisfaction of end user of Website Perwalian. Based on a sample calculation of this study and the obtained sample result is 94 respondents that will be distributed questionnaires. Multiple linear regression is used to examine the association of each dimension of Webqual 4.0 with user satisfaction. The most significant impact is on the quality of interaction for satisfaction that is equal to 28 %. This shows that the user satisfied if design Website Perwalian in accordance with the need of users. Lowest influence is on variable Usability Quality for User Satisfaction that is equal to 24.7%. It means that the web developer should pay a great attention and improvement especially in the use of navigation on Website Perwalian.Keyword: Webqual, User Satisfaction, Usability Quality, Linear Regression, Webqual

Abstract

Al-Huda Medical Center is special unit of Al-Huda hospital which manages check-up service for Prospective Indonesian Migrant Worker (CTKI). Al-Huda Medical Center wants to improve the service process and medical record of CTKI using computer system. There are five main problems found in the field regarding this matter, they include (1) all data reports consisting of registration to medical record database is still in paper-based documents, (2) the registration number is processed manually, (3) there is no barcode in health certificate, (4) specimen is labelled using handwriting (5) registration report, medical record, form, and film paper is done manually in terms of calculation and writing. The solution offered for the aforementioned problems is developing a web-based application which is able to manage service process, medical record, and report. Furthermore, this application provides health certificate which fulfills the standardization of the destination country of CTKI. This application also offers the more accurate reports compared to paper-based documentation.

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center is a laboratorium company in  Dharmawangsa number 66 and 70 Surabaya. Parahita has applied infromation technology which integrated and centralized to increase the customer satisfaction and service quality that is called Parahita Information Systems (PARIS). However, the problem in the application of PARIS is no transaction data saving overall and some time difference result between the output and input in the application. So far, the root of the problem is unrecognized.                Information System Audit which refers to COBIT 4.1 audit standard is applied to overcome the problem. COBIT 4.1 audit applies ISACA audit steps. The steps are preparation, planning, implementation and report. The types of audit are financial and customer perspectives. The financial perspective consist of two aims of business, eight aims of TI and twenty processes of TI. The customer perspective consists of four aims of business, thirteen aims of TI and twenty three processes of TI.                The result of information system audit application has 3,63 in financial perspective. It can be called as Defined which means information system activities in the company as standard work procedures and communicate through formal activities. In addition, it is found the invention and reccomandation for improvement and development system.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build academic administration information system web based at Ta'miriyah senior high school in Surabaya. On this research analysis and design of the system using the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall. This methodology includes a number of phases, namely the stage of system analysis, system design and implementation of the system. The data used in this architecture is data grade X period 2015-2016, an active teacher data, and the data subjects that have been designated by the Administration. The results of this final project is design and build academic administration information system web based that can be used by parents to monitor their children activities in relation to the information school administration. For further development may be suggested to make android-based system as well as the added summary and download report Administration information.

Abstract

Job fair is central to places job offer. Job fair is important in providing job vacancy for alumnus. But there are the problem in STIKES foundation hospital Dr. Soetomo surabaya, the alumnus cannot know information job opportunities right away and detail, The number of a letter vacancy who come on UKSPBK&A is different than administration general and UKSPBK&A cannot be knowing the number and anyone who applied and received work in every vacancy, and agencies could not know whether a vacancy they send was approved for received or not. To solve that problems, STIKES need made application job fair. Application is capable of accessed by UKSPBK&A, alumnus and agencies through facilities web. So that can reach all users and processing job fair which more easily and fast. Making this applications using methods sdlc waterfall. The results of the tryouts this application is system  can organize job vacancy. Help to provide a realtime vacancy work and providing function applied job vacancy. And can produce report applicants , the reports of alumni who applied and received on each vacancy.
