Abstract

Computer Laboratory (Labkom) with labkom.stikom.edu domain is a facility supporting academic activities. Activities supported is practice to lecture both practice or not. Currently, Labkom not only used for the purposes of practical subjects but also used  for other activities such as research, computer training, community service, and performing tasks students. Website Labkom  first used in  August 2011. During this Labkom website has never done an assessment of the quality of the website is based on the perception of site visitors. In this research, measured by the quality of the website Labkom by using  WebQual method 4.0. WebQual is an instrument that assesses the quality of a website according to the end-user perspective. This research was conducted using questionnaire, from the spread of the questionnaire obtained 83 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire in trials using validity, reliability test, and test the assumptions. Then processed by multiple linear regression. From  the results of this study concluded  that WebQual variable is the interaction  quality is positive and significant impact on user satisfaction Labkom website, but the need for evaluation and improvement based on indicators of WebQual.

Abstract

PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a company engaged in the seafood industry. The company has been exporting processed products to several countries including: USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Japan etc.The company's goal is to achieve a target value of export transactions by year. To determine the attainment of the objectives of the company divisions and the related directors always conduct regular meetings. However, the data presented at the meeting is still shaped table data and just in the previous period, so it does not correspond to the needs of the board of directors for the data tables presented uninformative and real time.Visualization Dashboard Application for Export Transactions on PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a software that can provide the information value of the ratio of export transactions by year, by state, by product category and by customer with the target at a certain period in real time. Information is presented in a visual form such as pie charts, rod and line. This application is built for ease of directors and marketing division in knowing the difference between the value export transaction with a target value of exports in a given period.

Abstract

PT Sucofindo ( Superintending Company Of Indonesia ) working in the area of inspection ( commercial ) , audit ( project ) , testing ( project ) , analysis ( laboratory ) , certification services ( project ) , and training service ( project ) .Activities new orders were done of administration has decreased in competence services inspection .One of the causes was the absence of information that supports the process of the order in disallow module loading .The information of them information status order and selection task .To overcome the problems built an application web-based that can be used to re tracking status order .This application can be accessed by head of the assignor work ( head of ptk ) and other interested parties via web so that it can be display information status order and provided information about invoice and certificates on time , meanwhile, the process task in employees can was in full. Based on the results of the trial that has done together with pt sucofindo the branch of surabaya , the application was able to display information the status of the order started order accepted until order finished .In addition the application evaluation can provide status so that the service order inspection services can run a maximumKata Kunci : Order, Application, Tracking, PT Sucofindo.

Abstract

CV Smart Solution Indonesia (SSI) is a company focused on the provision of facilities and infrastructure of archives and archival processing services. Business processes company currently runs from sales manuals offer services over the media to the customer. A problem that often occurs in CV Smart Solution Indonesia at this time, the Project Manager often forget about the order that informed sales because theinformation only through the spiel. So the existing order can’tdirectly in the process. Project Manager of the difficulty in knowing the progress of the project because of the many projects that are being worked on. So a lot of tenants could not be completed on time. This problem resulted in the large number of complaints from customers so that the image of the SSI be bad and lost customers. The difficulty of knowing the progress of this project occur resulting from the recording of progress of project work is still done manually. The solutionis to use the administration application project "digitalization of documents" that functions to provide information about the progress of the project as well as the entire per project being worked on.

Abstract

The main activities of PT.Eloda Mitra have used application in daily activities, but those applications are still based on each division. This will cause the business processes become uncontrollable and data in each division is not integrated. A way to solve the problem in PT. Eloda Mitra is with strategic planning with Anita Casidy method, where in the planning started from upstream to downstream of the company. Anita casidy method having 4 (four) stage that are visioning, analysis, direction, recommendation. The result of that method is IS strategy, IT strategy dan IT management. Results of this research are as follows, IS Strategy that are repairing vendor ordering system by using STI, making customer complain centre, making STI data security system, making changes SDM system which the recruitment of new staff to making standard operating procedure, and updating the website. The result of thi method also obtain IT strategy that are apply a system of management equipment repair for improve network management, increased clustering activity and SANs, Review the design and the use of data center to ensure discharging that can save, using PDA in business process. IT management for supporting IS and IT strategy is composing management human resources for all planning and conduct training human resources
