Abstract

Employee performance evaluation in Paru Surabaya Hospital consists of two ratings. Those are employee performance appraisal and assessment of employee performance at the working unit. Human Resources (HR) find miscalculation cases on those assessments due to miscalculation of the applied assessment formula. This miscalculation mostly occurred on three to five employees each year. Another problem that also occurs on managerial level is the evaluation report establishment takes one to two weeks in average due to must open the recapitulation file of employee performance evaluation. The applied solution to overcome these problems is developing the application of employee performance appraisal using Key Performance Indicator by looking at four aspects: quantity, quality, time and cost. While the employee performance evaluation at the departement using Graphic Rating Scale method. Based on trial results between manual calculation and application is made to the nine employees who represent their respective departments, the result that there is no difference between manual calculations with the application so that the application can perform calculations accurately. The trial results show a report with twenty employees value the data takes approximately thirty seconds so as to display the entire data value employee report 216 employees take approximately five minutes.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Baja Hutama merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam produksi alat–alat berat, seperti peralatan kereta api, peralatan perawatan jalan, alat–alat pertanian dan perkebunan, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, Dradger Pontoon dan sebagainya. Dalam menetapkan harga jual produk, manager tidak melakukan identifikasi terhadap investasi perusahaan. Untuk target pengembalian investasi (ROI), perusahaan belum memperhitungkannya ke dalam perhitungan harga jual produk. Dampaknya, apabila perusahaan menentukan harga jual yang tidak sesuai harga standar akan berpengaruh terhadap target pengembalian investasi dan laba bersih yang diterima oleh perusahaan.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah suatu aplikasi yang mampu menentukan harga jual produk standar dengan menghitung semua komponen biaya yang ada. Komponen biaya tersebut yaitu target pengembalian  biaya investasi,  nilai laba yang diharapkan, dan markup. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan harga jual produk untuk setiap dan meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan harga jual produk.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, aplikasi yang dibuat mampu menghasilkan nilai laba yang diharapkan berdasarkan tingkat pengembalian biaya investasi dari perhitungan mark-up. Dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut, perusahaan dapat menghitung harga jual produk yang tepat, sehingga dapat mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan harga jual yang sesuai berdasarkan harga standar.

Abstract

CV. Rahayu Sentosa established in 2012 and during the four years of existence, the company is engaged in the manufacture of customer orders emphasized on making the mold as well as some support work that is precision parts, construction and manufacturing. Starting from just a machine Cutting & Bending plate, now the company has grown and has several machines include CNC machining centers, EDM, turning, and milling.Problems on the CV. Rahayu Sentosa today is there are still some deficiencies in calculating the cost of production of the mold in any orders from consumers so they can not produce a definite price to determine the price of finished goods and how costs are used by the company in making the product. In determining the prices of goods produced, the process of determining the prices of goods are still based on estimates and view pricing of goods by companies engaged in the same field. Whereas goods produced by CV. Rahayu Sentosa are goods that are produced with the accuracy of modern machines and has a precision specifications and adequate quality. On the other hand in calculating the cost of production should be charged the cost of materials, labor costs and factory overhead costsThis resulted in the selling price charged to consumers are not in accordance with the price expected by the company. So that the company's profit in the year 2014-2015 experiencing instability with a decrease in profit of thirty per cent in the manufacturing mold. On the other hand, failure to achieve the company target due to the age of the firm of less than five years, requires the company to frequently hold exhibitions about the company's products outside of the city to be recognized by consumers. This has an impact on the mobility of the company to be able to do pricing quickly and precisely.                Based on these problems, the authors make the application of determining the cost of production by using web-based job order costing. Determining the cost of a web-based production can solve the problems on the company today among other things, determine the selling price of goods customers, facilitate the calculation of the cost of production of goods customers by engineering the company's current enterprise mobility is high, as well as enable customers to order goods with web-based applications.

Abstract

Problems faced by East Java Christian Church (GKJW) Church of Waru are no reports information about a church that is accurate enough to the head waitress Daily Assembly Church (PHMJ) as consideration for planning of ecclesial activity. To get the data to monitor active involvement in church and ecclesiastical activity, church congregations to collect data in each area periodically and perform every worship attendance. Unfortunately, data collection and recording attendance that do are often not documented and not well managed. As a result, completeness of data and information available so that the activity of the church less searches, as well as reporting changes related to church difficult. Based on these problems we need a web-based system has a database as a means to process, manage, and helps generate reports required by the head of the Church GKJW PHMJ Waru. The results of this thesis is the application of data collection churches and ecclesial activity (PJAG) can perform data management, so that the data generated congregation complete and search, as well as changes in reporting requires a short time. PJAG application can present a valid attendance calculations so that attendance recorded properly and the report generating valid information.
