Barunawati High School Surabaya is a high school located at Jalan Perak Barat Number 173 Perak Utara Pabean Cantian District, East Java 60165 Surabaya City under the Barunawati Biru Foundation. At the Barunawati High School in Surabaya the teacher performance appraisal process is still subjective because the teacher performance appraisal is only assessed by the principal directly by considering the assessment criteria. Teacher performance appraisal has not referred to Permendiknas No. 16/2007 concerning standards of academic qualifications and teacher competencies. Teacher performance appraisal does not yet have an assessment history that impacts the difficulty of school principals to see teacher development so far. In addition, the results of the calculation of teacher performance are still many errors because it is done manually. The solution to be made is, a web-based application that can simplify the teacher performance evaluation process. The teacher performance appraisal process will use the Graphic Rating Scale method and refer to the Ministry of Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on the standards of academic qualifications and teacher competency. In this Graphic Rating Scale method the performance appraisal will be assessed by the principal's principal, the teacher as himself. The trial results show that this application can provide calculations in accordance with the Graphic rating scale method. And can conduct assessments in accordance with the rules set by No. 16 of 2007 concerning the standards of academic qualifications and teacher competencies. In addition, the application can also provide a historical assessment of teacher performance.

Dalam proses pelaporan kegiatan atau prestasi mahasiswa pada bagian kemahasiswaan Universtias Dinamika dimulai dari pengumpulan berkas atau data dari mahasiswa, lalu mahasiswa mendatangi bagian kemahasiswaan untuk menyerahkan berkas kegiatan, kemudian kemahasiswaan melakukan scanning atau pemindahan data kedalam web aplikasi simkatmawa secara manual dan meyimpan kedalam google drive. Tidak adanya aplikasi dalam proses tersebut membutuhkan waktu relatif lama dan kemahasiswaan atau mahasiswa tidak memiliki wadah untuk menyimpan berkas kegiatan. Selain itu, kepala bagian kemahasiswaan sulit untuk melakukan monitoring proses pelaporan kegiatan mahasiswa secara langsung.Solusi untuk permasalahan di atas adalah merancang dan membangun aplikasi manajemen pemeringkatan kemahasiswaan menggunakan panduan Simkatmawa Ristekdikti. Panduan simkatmawa ristekdikti digunakan untuk menjadi acuan penilaian daripada pelaporan kegiatan mahasiswa dengan memperhitungkan setiap aspek dan bobot yang dinilaikan. Sistem ini dapat mebantu Staf bagian kemahasiswaan dalam proses pelaporan pengambilan data kegiatan mahasiswa sampai pelaporan kedalam aplikasi simkatmawa dan juga sebagai wadah penyimpanan kegiatan atau prestasi mahasiswa.Hasil uji coba menggunakan blackbox testing membuktikan bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Perhitungan nilai menggunakan panduan Simkatmawa menghasilkan laporan nilai kegiatan dapat membatu Kepala Bagian Kemahasiswaan untuk melakukan monitoring kegiatan atau prestasi yang dilakukan mahasiswa. Selain itu, aplikasi ini membantu Staf Bagian Kemahasiswaan dalam pengumpulan data kegiatan, proses perhitungan skor, sampai dengan pelaporan.

SMK Ketintang Surabaya is one of the private SMK located on Jalan Ketintang 147-151 Surabaya. Every year SMK Ketintang opens registration for prospective new students. The process is carried out with new students or parents of new students coming directly to the SMK and filling out the registration form. The process resulted in the accumulation of registrants, the process of checking prospective students' data and payments tended to be slow, there was a discrepancy of data written in the registration form with those recapitulated by the PPDB committee, archives in physical form that were prone to data loss and damage, the work of the committee piled up causing late confirmation to the principal and the slow process of announcing the admission of new students. The solution that will be made is, an application for developing rules driven workflow management system for new website based student admissions. This application has features such as file checking, recording, reporting, archiving, and announcements to speed up the process of accepting new students. With this application made helps improve the performance of those who handle the registration process. This application also helps in archiving documents that are converted into data. The acceptance of new learners is also easier in managing student data and making reports. The results of the trial application for the development of rules driven workflow management system on the acceptance of new students of the Surabaya-based SMK Ketintang website were able to assist in the management and archiving of new student registration data and the ease of distributing related documents for immediate approval.

SIAM is a web-based academic information system application at WR Supratman University in Surabaya with the aim to provide information about students' academics. From the results of a review of the SIAM similarweb application, there were fewer visitors due to the unattractive and less responsive user interface / user experience on the smartphone display, whereas the number of users through smartphones reached 78% more than users accessing via a PC. Besides that, from the results of the questionnaire to 30 users, it is known that the appearance of SIAM when accessed via smartphone 84% of students stated that the application still looks less attractive and still does not look neat. The solution of this problem is to design a user interface / user experience that is specific to smartphone devices using the Lean UX method, consisting of 4 stages namely Declare Assumptions, Creat an MVP, Run an Experiment, Feedback and Research. The test was conducted on 30 students of WR Supratman University. From the First iteration it is known that the success rate of the prototype reaches 85%, while the second iteration reaches 92% which indicates an increase in the user interface / user experience from before. This shows that the prototype produced is good enough in terms of user interface / user experience so that the prototype can be easily used on a smartphone display

Surabaya dynamics university career and alumni service centers have a career and alumni service center website. The website is a digital information specifically for Surabaya dynamics university alumni with an online system released in 2008. The career center and alumni university Surabaya dynamics services website ranks 3,395 in Indonesia according to Alexa with the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) www.alexa.com. After the career center and alumni website has been implemented, there has never been an evaluation of the system quality, information quality and service quality of the career center and alumni website based on the end-user perception as feedback to the website manager.Based on the existing problems, by analyzing the success of the career service center website and alumni as an evaluation material and input or consideration material for the career service center and alumni of Surabaya dynamics university in knowing the quality of the system, the quality of information and the quality of service. This success analysis uses the information system success method of DeLone and McLean by analyzing the variables of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Usage, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits from the career center and alumni service center website.The results of the study by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 137 alumni, showed that the System Quality variable had a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction. Service Quality Variables have a positive and significant effect on Usage. The User Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Net Benefits. And the Service Quality variable has a significant influence on the Net Benefit variable through the mediation variable. So the Surabaya dynamics university career and alumni service center should further improve digital service information related to job vacancies, and the website service system of the career and alumni center of Surabaya Dinamika University.

With the increasing number of gadgets and other online media, it is possible for consumers to provide reviews of services in the form of comments and opinions. In Appgrooves only assess by rating, but sometimes the rating is not enough to show consumers' responses to the services they get. From these problems, sentiment analysis is needed to classify user reviews based on positive and negative sentiments. In this study using the K-Nearest Neighbor method to classify negative and positive reviews. The reason for using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is because the level of accuracy is good and effective when used on training data which is large and contains information that is less or not meaningful (noisy). Based on the validity test using 10-Fold Cross Validation, the accuracy for Hotels.com is 94.55%, for Booking.com is 87.58%, and for Agoda.com is 98.83%.

The limited market segment of hydroponic products makes it difficult for hydroponic farmers to develop their businesses. The impact of slow sales and limited marketing of products from farmers can cause a decline in the competitiveness of other products and the long term can affect the farmer's economy. With a marketplace that sells hydroponic products, it is expected that hydroponic farmers can sell their products online. In building a marketplace, one thing that is of concern is the ease of utilizing the marketplace, this means paying special attention to the design stage of the user interface or user interface of the marketplace. User Interface has an important role in building an information system. Lean UX was chosen in building the user interface because it is one of the methods in designing interface designs to meet the needs of users with frequent learning and involving users as early as possible so that they can meet the needs of users quickly. There are 4 stages in the Lean UX method namely Declare Assumption , Create an MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback & Research. The results of tests that have been done to 32 respondents using usability testing show that designs that have been made get an average value of 78.9%, acceptable with grade B and obtain range good, which means the design can be accepted by users well.

The process of majors that occur at this time the school is sorting the value of students by eliminating students according to the interests that students have chosen, then the result of the grouping will be compared again with the number of UN are sorted from highest to lowest UN value and will be compared with TPA value and psychotest result. The result of the sorting is the highest value of TPA, interest majors choosing IPA, the number of the highest value of the UN will enter the SCIENCE department in accordance with the remaining IPA class quota will go to the Department of IPS. The student majors have several problems, one of them, it takes 2 weeks to sort the students grades so that they can exceed the date limit set by the school. Based on the problems, SMA GIKI 2 Surabaya need an application that can support in the process of student classes are timely and accurate using the Simple Additive Weighting method. Based on existing solutions, it will generate a website based student program that can help the BK section manage the data, perform student majors, and report generation.

PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals Makassar (Nippon Paint Makassar) is one of Nippon Paint Gresik's corporate branches. The Nippon Paint Makassar is a company used for the storage of paint products that will be distributed to parts of Sulawesi such as South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, and Central Sulawesi. Every year there are performance assessment process, when conducting assessment there are several problems among others the performance assessment report of previous period is missing, there is no weight in performance assessment on the every indicators used as a priority for working to be met by employees on the company, performance assessments conducted using manual calculations with microsoft excel that are carried out repeatedly so as to cause the risk of calculation is not appropriate, Sometimes employee performance assessment reports have a delay set in the deadline. Based on the problems outlined, the solution required for Nippon Paint Makassar is an employee performance assessment application using the Graphic Rating Scale method. Results obtained from the performance assessment application that has been designed is this application can help the Head of Depo in performing the performance assessment process easily with accurate results.

The Tjoekir Sugar Factory is a subsidiary of the company of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X with its main business being the production of sugar which is located on the road of Irian Jaya, Cukir, Jombang, East Java. The Tjoekir Sugar Factory has 206 employees. every year the employee has a performance appraisal to find out the performance of each employee. Measuring employee performance is done in each unit by using the key performance indicator method. The assessment has several problems, one of which is the result of an inaccurate calculation of employee performance appraisal, so the human resources must re-calculate to justify the calculation. Based on the existing problems, the Tjoekir Sugar Factory requires a performance appraisal application using the key performance indicator method that can support the performance appraisal process of the Tjoekir Sugar Factory employee. The developed application can help several units (human, plant, processing, installation, financial, general resources and quality control) in the performance appraisal process. The design of employee performance appraisal applications developed can help the general manager, managers, assistant managers and young assistants in the process of data processing, assessing and evaluating appraisals and making employee performance appraisal reports.
