Abstract

CV Delta Raya is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of indoor type furniture, both for home and office purposes. CV Delta Raya has several problems, including investments that do not support business objectives, lack of control over meeting IS / IT needs, never do IS / IT planning for the future, and do not have good information management. With the current problems that exist, CV Delta Raya needs to carry out System and Information Technology Strategic Planning. System and Information Technology strategic planning will be based on the Ward and Peppard method, in the process it will do planning based on business needs, which will produce the company's business strategy, Business IS Strategies that produce SI solutions for the company's business strategy, IS / IT Management Strategies to form resources that competent in carrying out strategic planning projects, IT Strategy that produces infrastructure and platforms so that business solutions can run optimally and Future Application Portfolios that will be a reference in future Information Systems and Technology development so that information systems and technology can improve processing company information and provide better service for company partners.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has very many production machines. Then there is a need for maintenance by overhauling. In the Planning Preparation Overhaul process that is used today uses the Microsoft Excel application that causes incomplete information to be available about the calculation of the overall percentage amount and the progress of Spare Parts, Fabrication, and Man Power.Of the things PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk wants to implement a Planning Preparation Overhaul system on website-based Production Machines. In Planning Preparation systems can integrate between system users according to their individual needs, provide information about the Planning Preparation progress and automatically calculate the current progress percentage according to the input given.Based on the results of the planning preparation overhaul machine production system with the Department of ICT and Management Service Development Staff of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the results can facilitate the calculation of the total percentage of input progress list preparation, and the detailed information contained in the progress list preparation, as well as recording electronic planning Preparation Overhaul history to minimize the risk of losing data in the Planning Preparation process.Keyword: Website, planning preparation, production machinery, overhauls.

Abstract

Abstract

The Royale Krakatau Hotel Cilegon is a 4 star hotel located on Jl. KH. Yasin Beji No.4 Cilegon, Banten. The Royale Krakatau Cilegon Hotel has a website that can be accessed with the link www.royalekrakatau.com. There are several obstacles from the website, namely the design of the user interface that is less attractive, complicated website flow, the main menu is difficult to find, the text is not legible clearly, the image size is too large, and the placement of content is not right. From these problems, the evaluation results using the Quality in Use Integrated Measurement (QUIM) method show problems with a high priority level of improvement found in the variables of effectiveness, satisfaction, and universality. Therefore a redesign was carried out using the Goal Directed Design (GDD) method. The steps in the GDD method are Research, Modeling, Requirement Definition, Framework Definition, and Refinement. Redesign has been compiled and tested. The final evaluation results on the website redesign carried out on respondents using the QUIM method, the average value obtained is 3.7 from the Likert scale with a rating scale instrument having a rating of 1 to 4, value 3 means good enough and there are no significant problems.

Abstract

The Library and Archives Office (Disperpusip) of East Java Province is one of the implementers of regional policies.  It focuses on the sector of the library and archives. There are some problems faced by Disperpusip. The archive search method which can only be done by looking at the inventory list. The availability of the archives and the staffs are not at their place, this leads the users to wait. Another problem is, the reporting method is done manually, which prone to lost or damaged. To solve the problems, an archive circulation application for Disperpusip needs to develop.  The app can handle a few processes such as archive search, orders, borrow and return, and also report making. It is web-based so it can run on all operating systems and lots of media such as computers desktop and phones.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia in its production, has a variety of machines that each day will perform a poction. With the continuous machine performance of PT Semen Indonesia will do the Overhaul of the machine owned. For now in the stage of scheduling Overhaul conducted by the company is still in a stage that lacks support because the software used can not update directly with SAP and still use Excel. In scheduling using SAP there is an issue where Software cannot determine the number of days present in the scheduling, unable to determine Shift, without filling in the PIC field and the Vendor Activity field keep running following Shift. The impact of the problem is that the process is disadvantaged at the time of the report generation and the lack of information. With such problems the company wants to create and implement a system scheduling Overhaul production machines. In the system can determine the number of days, can determine the Shift and also application demands to provide information at the time of the report generation.                Based on the test results of the Overhaul scheduling application with the Staff Department Of ICT and Staff Management Service Development, the results of the system can be easier to determine the number of days and Shift and the system can determine The selected vendor.Keyword: Website, Scheduling, production machinery, overhauls.

Abstract

Poliklinik Polrestabes Surabaya merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa layanan kesehatan dan terletak di Jalan Rajawali Nomor 43 di Kota Surabaya. Seluruh proses rekam medis yang dilakukan poliklinik ini masih belum terkomputerisasi. Sistem yang belum terkomputerisasi ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah. Pertama terjadi kehilangan berkas rekam medis, antrian pasien yang panjang karena petugas harus mencari rekam medis di ruang penyimpanan dan penyimpanan rekam medis yang menumpuk.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang telah disebutkan, pada penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah sistem berbasis web, dimana proses pendaftaran pasien dan proses rekam medis pasien dilakukan terkomputerisasi. Semua data pasien dan data rekam medis pasien tersimpan di dalam basis data pada komputer. Bedasarkan solusi yang di atas, penelitian ini yang dapat menghasilkan suatu aplikasi rekam medis pasien rawat jalan berbasis web pada Poliklinik Polrestabes Surabaya. Dengan ditrapkannya suatu aplikasi tersebut diharapkan dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas dalam melakukan pencatatan rekam medis serta dapat mengurangi antrian pasien yang panjang.

Abstract

Surabaya Mengaji is a community which included in Islamic Da’wah in surabaya. The one way of da’wah in this community is by the website www.surabayamengaji.com thats release on March 2018. However, by the interview with the website visitors san the managersit found some problems on the display of Surabaya Mengaji website. From the result of the interview, indicates that there is still need to be fixed from the Surabaya Mengaji website. To improve the display’s problem from Surabaya Mengaji website, the solution is by evaluation and develop User Interface design from the website using Design Sprint Metode. Beside that, it also using the modification from User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) metode to evaluate the succeed of the website. After doing some analysis, the result is still need to be fixed from the display’s website. The result of this study are design by user interface which made based from steps on the design sprint metode. The result of the evaluation using UEQ modification concluded that all average value are increased from 2.96 to 3.34. The result of the evaluation which is using UEQ, indicate that the sixths of variabel value are increase and got “excellent” criteria, which is it means that user interface design is made to solve the problems on the website.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Barunawati adalah salah satu SMA Swasta yang beralamatkan di JL. Perak Barat No. 173 Surabaya, SMA Barunawati berakreditasi A dan berada dibawah naungan Yayasan Barunawati Biru Surabaya. Berdasarkan data stelah di inputkan dalam www.similarweb.com menunjukkan adanya penurunan jumlah pengunjung website. Dengan menurunnya jumlah pengunjung tersebut, pihak terkait merasakan tidak maksimalnya informasi karena website SMA memiliki kontribusi seperti fasilitas, profil visi misi, hal seragam sekolah, kontak. Penelitian ini memakai ‘Technology Acceptance Model’2 yang dikatakan dpat untuk memprkirakan tingkat penerimaan aplikasi. Penyesuaian dan pngambilan data dilakukan dengan memberi sebuah kuesioner secara offlinee dengan ditentukan jumlah banyaknya sampel. maka kuesionner terbagi di case ini sebanyak 120 orang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja memengaruhi penggunaan yang diteliti ditopik ini adalah smabarunawati-sby.sch.id. Lalu Hingga tujuan tersebut dicapai dengan menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel eksternal.Kata kunci : Website SMA Barunawati, TAM2

Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya city is a company distributing water in Surabaya. At present PDAM Surya Sembada in Surabaya has problems in serving customers in the activities of new installations and meter replacementsadueatoathealargevnumberxof requests for new installations and replacement of unserved meters. In 2018 there were 77,291 new installation requests and only 18% (13,912) of new installation requests underserved, and there were 51,649 requests for replace meters and only 21% (10,846) of request for meter replacements served by the PDAM because reports of requests that were on customer service were often not reported to the distribution. Reports on arrears of payment information from the finance department take 2 days so that the distribution department cannot find out information on delinquent payments quickly. This study aims to solve the problem by creating a customer service information system application that can make prospective customers and customers request new installations and replace meters through the application.aThe resultseof thehtrial on the function obtained 100% results based on these results thecapplication can be used to serve requests for new installations and replace meters and can provide information on customer water meter payment arrears.
