Dua tahun sudah negara Indonesia telah mengalami pandemi COVID-19 dampaknya di bidang pendidikan, pemerintah Indonesia mengambil kebijakan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran daring namun kenyataannya pendidikan formal di Indonesia sebelumnya lebih didominasi dengan pembelajaran langsung atau tatap muka. Pembelajaran daring yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pembelajaran daring dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD Yayasan Imelda Medan. Sampel yang diambil seluruh siswa kelas III SD Yayasan Imelda Medan sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian angket dan tes secara daring. Uji keabsahan instrumen angket dan tes dilakukan dengan validasi ahli, uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS V.18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran daring dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD Yayasan Imelda Medan sebesar 15,9%. Perlu dukungan oleh semua pihak yang terlibat dalam pembelajaran guna memenuhi seluruh aspek pembelajaran daring dan motivasi belajar.

Traffic accidents are something that every road user wants to avoid, but sometimes these traffic accidents occur suddenly because of poor road infrastructure or due to negligence of the road users themselves. At present there are widespread accidents in the traffic system, this is caused by many factors, one of which is the arrangement of lights and the distance between vehicles on the highway. The number of traffic accidents in Indonesia has increased every year. The number of traffic accidents in Indonesia is in line with the increasing number of motorized vehicles. Good lighting and distance allow people who drive to see objects that are done clearly, quickly and without unnecessary effort, especially adequate lighting gives the impression of a better appearance and a refreshing environment. Good lighting and distance can also provide higher efficiency, can increase productivity and reduce visual difficulties and pressure when driving. Conversely, poor lighting and distance will result in a high level of traffic accidents.

The background of this research is that the method or approach used in teaching Akidah Akhlak is less able to generate student motivation. To follow the Akidah Akhlak lessons, it is proven by the number of students who are still busy alone and busy joking with their classmates and also the student's learning activity is very low because the methods used in learning Akidah Akhlak are considered not to have reached the desired target due to teachers who are less successful in the learning process. teaching with several indicators, namely student learning outcomes are still low and the delivery of material is not in accordance with predetermined standard limits. The objectives of this research are: To determine the learning outcomes of students' Akidah Akhlak after applying the cooperative script method in class VIII MTs Nur Bahri Bubun. This research was conducted in the form of classroom action research. According to the type of research chosen, namely classroom action research, this research uses an action research model in the form of a spiral and from one cycle to the next. The results of this study are: The learning outcomes of students' Akidah Akhlak after applying the cooperative script method in class VIII MTs Nur Bahri Bubun, namely in the first cycle students who have a complete score of 20 students or 74.1% of 27 students and in the second cycle there is an increase of as much as 22 students who completed or 92.6%. In cycles I and II, there was an increase of 24.97%.

In the world of education, we often find the use of learning methods that are less effective and less precise. This of course greatly affects the learning outcomes that can be obtained by children. The learning method is one of the methods used by teachers in establishing relationships with students during the learning process. The use of wrong or inappropriate learning methods will only complicate or slow down the goals of an education. The timeline method in SKI learning can make learning more active, both in terms of active students and make the class more crowded because students will try to understand themselves and their friends. This research was carried out with the aim of 1) To determine student learning outcomes after using the time line method. 2) To find out how the time line method is carried out. 3) To find out how the time line method can improve student learning outcomes The method used in this research is the classroom action research method. The data used are qualitative and quantitative data. The number of samples studied was 25 people. The method used in this research is quantitative data analysis and observation as qualitative data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the timeline method in cycle II is more improved than in cycle I. The application of the timeline method in cycle I reaches an average percentage of 47.62%, but in cycle II it increases to 76.19%. This shows that the application of the timeline method in improving students' abilities in ski subjects increased by 20%. The timeline method is a very active method for students, because the timeline method provides positive benefits for student learning activities. In addition, student activities that are less focused, such as not concentrating, chatting with their peers and others will be avoided and minimized.

Permasalah penelitian menujukkan bahwa penyajian materi Al quran Hadis memiliki alokasi waktu yang sedikit, sehingga kegiatan belajar dan mengajar di kelas tidak dapat berjalan dengan maksimal dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu. Selama proses belajar dan kegiatan mengajar berlangsung pada guru bidang studi Al quran Hadis kadang-kadang menerapkan metode pembelajaran kooperatif namun terkadang masih menerapkan metode konvensional. Sehingga kegiatan belajar dan mengajar di kelas belum termasuk pada kategori belajar dan mengajar inovatif dan kreatif. Teknik menganalisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian adalah danya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada Al-Qur’an melalui Model Discovery Learning berjalan efektif dan afesien setelah diterapkannya Model Discovery Learning di kelas VII MTs. Swasta Al-Ma’arif Gebang, berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siklus III sebanyak 20 orang siswa mendapatkan ketuntasan dalam bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits dengan persentase 100 %. Namun ketuntasan tesebut masih ada siswa yang mendapat nilai pada interval 70-79. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa pada siklus III yaitu 98.

Syekh Ismail Abdul Wahab adalah salah seorang tokoh Islam yang sangat besar pengaruhnya di Kota Tanjung Balai dan Kabupaten Asahan pada masa-masa perjuangan kemerdekaan. Beliau termasuk tokoh yang banyak gagasannya dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan dan pembela tanah Air Republik Indonesia. Syekh Ismail Abdul Wahab salah seorang ulama besar di Sumatera Utara, beliau dikenal sebagai seorang ulama yang sangat berani dan teguh pendirian dalam menentang penjajahan disaat merebut kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia. Oleh karena itu pengaruh Syekh Ismail Abdul Wahab sangat besar dalam sejarah hidupnya, khususnya bagi masyarakat Tanjung Balai, bahkan sampai pada saat sekarangpun masih nampak. Salah satu diantaranya adalah nama beliau ini dibuat nama salah satu jalan di Kota Tanjung Balai. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa Syekh Ismail Abdul Wahab tetap tercatat sebagai pahlawan yang tidak terlupakan bagi masyarakat Tanjung Balai, bahkan sampai saat sekarang bekas pengaruh dan sumbangsih beliau masih nampak di Tanjung Balai. Oleh karena melihat pengaruh beliau yang sangat besar di mata masyarakat Kota madya Tanjung Balai dan sekitarnya maka penulis merasa perlu membuat sebuah penelitian ilmia seberapa jauh kontribusi dakwah yang dilakukan Syeikh Ismail Abdul Wahab dalam mengembangkan ajaran Islam di Kota Tanjung Balai Penulis ingin memakai pendekatan penelitian kualitatip Penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian, seperti perilaku, persepsi, motivasi tindakan, secara holistik, dengan cara mendeskripsikan dalam bentuk kata-katadan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah, serta dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode alamiah menliti tentang Sejauh manakah pengaruh Syekh Ismail Abdul Wahab, dalam merintis kemerdekaan, dan sejauh mana pula pergerakan yang dibentuk beliau dalam menentang penjajah di Kota Tanjung Balai, sehingga dihati masyarakat tercatat sebagai pahlawan yang tidak terlupakan

Analisis Kedisiplinan ABK Dalam Menggunakan Alat-Alat Keselamatan Kerja di MV. Alken Pesat dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifkasi masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan kedisiplinan ABK dalam menggunakan alat-alat keselamatan kerja di atas kapal. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi di kapal MV. Alken Pesat, Interview dengan para perwira yang ada diatas kapal MV. Alken Pesat, dan Studi Pustaka. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh diolah dan ditarik kesimpulannya. Lokasi penelitian di MV. Alken Pesat Milik PT. Bangka Jaya Line dengan waktu penelitian selama 12 bulan 5 hari dimulai dari tanggal 10 Agustus 2018 sampai dengan tanggal 13 Agustus 2019, tepatnya pada saat Taruna kami melaksanakan proyek laut (Prola) di atas kapal tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh a). Rendahnya kesadaran ABK dalam mematuhi peraturan sehingga ABK kurang menjalankan prosedur kerja yang ada di atas kapal, b). Kurangnya persiapan ABK pada saat kapal akan beroperasi, c). Kurangnya kepedulian ABK terhadap pentingnya penggunaan alat-alat keselamatan kerja di atas kapal, dan d). Kurangnya kedisiplinan ABK dalam menggunakan alat-alat keselamatan kerja di atas kapal.
