Abstract

Islamic financial institutions are currently growing rapidly. Based on the data from the Financial Services Authority in 2018 there were 34 Islamic Banking in Indonesia. From this data, 13 include Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) and the other 21 are the Sharia Business Units (UUS). As the growth of Islamic financial institutions, it requires internal control in carrying out banking operations. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation and impact of the internal sharia audits at BNI Syariah Branch Office Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and in-depth interview. The results of this study indicate that the implementation impact of sharia internal audits are in accordance with the applicable standard. Particularly the impact of sharia internal audits increases the effectiveness and efficiency of banking activities both in terms of accounting control and administrative control.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation of income and attitudes of the Muslim society in Semampir District Surabaya with interest in paying cash waqf. The independent variable in this study consisted of 2 variables, namely income variables and attitude variables. Income variables are measured using indicators of the amount of wages, other income and household expenses. While attitude variables are measured using cognitive, affective and conative component indicators. The dependent variable in this study is interest and measured using indicators of awareness, choice, attention and desire. This research method uses a quantitative approach with Kendall's correlation analysis and multiple correlation. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that income has a low and significant correlation with interest in paying cash waqf with a value of 0.200. Whereas the attitude has a moderate and significant correlation with the interest in paying cash waqf with a value of 0.404. And there is a moderate and significant correlation between income and attitudes of the Muslim society in Semampir District Surabaya with an interest in paying cash waqf with a value of 0.573.

Abstract

This research is aimed to observe the influence of marketing mix towards customers’ decision to get Islamic home financing in Bank Jatim Sharia Branch Surabaya. The type of research is qualitative with associative clausal approach. The number of the sample for this research is 50 respondents and the type of sampling used is simple random sampling. Technique of analysis used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23 program. The result shows that partially, the marketing mix variables which influence significantly towards customers’ decision in using the product Islamic home financing variable are, promotion, place, people, and promise. Meanwhile, variables which do not influence the customers’ decision are product, price, process, physical proof and patience. Simultaneously, marketing mix variables influence customers’ decision significantly.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to test effect of sharia compliance and good corporate governance towards loyalty of customers of BNI Syariah Branch Office Surabaya. This research was condacted with an associative quantitative approach. Number of sampel that used in this research is 100 responden from customer BNI Syariah Branch Office Surabaya. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The result of this research show that simultaneously sharia compliance and good corporate governance has a positive effect to loyalty of customers. Based on patial test show that variable sharia compliance not significantly effected to loyalty of customers and variable good corporate governance significantly effected to loyalty of customers.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the stock price as well as knowing the right investment decisions on the company’s listing in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) using fundamental analysis approach price earning ratio (PER). This research is quantitative descriptive research. This population of the research is using companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) period of 2015-2017. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling, with the specified criteria so there are 13 companies that made the samples on this research. The results showed that there 11 company whose shares are includeds in the category of undervalued, shares with code: ADRO, AKRA, ASII, INDF, KLBF, LPKR, LSIP, SMRA, TLKM, UNTR and UNVR then the right investment decisions is buy the stock. While the two companies whose shares are includeds in the category of overvalued, shares with code: ICBP and WIKA, then the right investment decision is to sell the stock.

Abstract

This research was conducted at BRI Bank Syariah in Malang, the purpose of the study was to determine the effect of incentive, leadership style, age, education, gender and the lenght of work on the performance of marketing employees. This analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression tests are : the amount of incentives has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. The age of employees does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Gender employees have ni significant effect on employee performance. The duration of work of employees influences employe performance. There is influence together (simultaneous). Together the magnitude of incentives, leadership style, age, education, gender, and lenght of work affect the performance of marketing employees.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing because performance shows the results of every work performed by employees. Employee performance increases seen from employees able to meet the targets set by company. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine whether the ability and motivation of work affect employee performance in BMT in Sepanjang, Sidoarjo Regency. The method in this reseach is associative which means there is a relationship or influence between variables one with other variables. The population used in the study amounted to 30 respondents from all employees at BMT in the Sepanjang Sidoarjo region using saturated sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that partially, the variabke work ability does not effect employee performance and motivation influence the performance and motivation influence the performance of employees on BMT in Sepanjang Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and motivation of Islamic work on employee performance at Depot Rawon Rosobo Mojoagung. This research was conducted using an associative quantitative approach. The samples used in the study were all employees at the Depot Rawon Rosobo Mojoagung, amounting to 37 people. This study used a questionnaire that was measured using a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that partially Islamic leadership variables (X1) do not significantly influence employee performance variables (Y). The motivation variable of Islamic work partially influences significantly on employee performance variables (Y). Simultaneously Islamic leadership variables (X1) and Islamic Work Motivation (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance variables (Y).

Abstract

Buying and selling is an economic activity that involves several parties who are trying to make a profit in order to make ends meet. Buying and selling between fishermen and middleman in the Bulu-Tuban fishing port contains an element of cooperation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the aim to find out an Islamic legal review of the fish buying and selling mechanism between fishermen and baskets at Bulu-Tuban Fishing Port.Based on the results of the study found the practice of tadlis, gharar and talaqqi ruqban in the mechanism of fish trading between fishermen and baskets. The sale and purchase of fish between fishermen and baskets in the Bulu-Tuban Fishery Port is not right according Islamic law that refers to Al-Qur'an surah An-Nisa verse 29 because in the sale and purchase it has not yet achieved justice and there are still practices that are not allowed in Islamic rules.

Abstract

The distribution of zakat to the Sentra Ternak Mandiri (STM) Program to Mustahiq aims to have Mustahiq have a business so that it can improve the welfare of Mustahiq and also be able to change the status of Mustahiq to become Muzakki. This study aims to determine the effect of the Sentra Ternak M(STM) program on welfare mustahiq. This study uses a quantitative method with 15 mustahiq as respondents and data analysis techniques using SPSS 20. The test used in this study is a simple linear regression test, normality test, linearity test, and T test. The results of this study are the Sentra Ternak Mandiri (STM) program has an effect on welfare mustahiq.
