This research was conducted at BRI Bank Syariah in Malang, the purpose of the study was to determine the effect of incentive, leadership style, age, education, gender and the lenght of work on the performance of marketing employees. This analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression tests are : the amount of incentives has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. The age of employees does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Gender employees have ni significant effect on employee performance. The duration of work of employees influences employe performance. There is influence together (simultaneous). Together the magnitude of incentives, leadership style, age, education, gender, and lenght of work affect the performance of marketing employees.

Community Service (PKM) activity entitled “Uangmu Adalah Mimpimu di Masa Depan, Ayo Rencanakan Keuangan Raih Impian” was carried out by the Pamulang University Serang Campus team at SMA Negeri 2, Cipocok Jaya District, Serang City, Banten. This activity aims to improve students' financial literacy through an understanding of the importance of wise financial management as a step towards achieving dreams in the future. A qualitative approach was used to describe the effectiveness of the socialization method used. The results of the activity showed that students who previously did not understand the importance of financial literacy now have a better awareness of financial management, including distinguishing needs and wants, saving, and starting investments. The responses of active participants were conveyed through high participation in discussions and questions related to financial management strategies. This activity also succeeded in motivating students to implement a frugal and disciplined lifestyle, as well as to prepare long-term financial plans. Through this education, it is hoped that students can build positive habits in managing finances, reduce consumptive behavior, and increase their confidence in personal financial management. The positive impact achieved shows the great potential of PKM as a sustainable education program to empower the younger generation financially.

The discovery of errors in writing single sentences taught to third grade students at SD Negeri 5 Tubanan became the inspiration for the title of this research. The aim of this research is to evaluate the efficacy of scrapbook learning media on the acquisition of Indonesian through learning single sentence content. 22 third grade students from SD Negeri 5 Tubanan participated in this research. The research approach uses quantitative experiments and data collection procedures through the use of 25 multiple choice questions for pre and post tests. The t-test was used as part of the data analysis procedure. The average posttest score was 71.09, while the average pretest score was 51.64, as shown by the paired sample statistical test. The paired sample correlation test produces a significance level of 0.023, which is less than the predetermined limit of 0.05. In addition, a significance value of less than 0.001 is indicated by the results of the Paired Sample T Test which is smaller than the significance limit of 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that learning activities with single sentence learning material using scrapbook media are effective.

Sungailiat District is an area with children as the biggest potential perpetrators in Bangka Regency in criminal acts, especially online gambling. So that efforts are needed that are considered appropriate and strategic to tackle the criminal act of online gambling by children, namely through non-punitive policies as an effort to prevent, control and deter before criminal acts occur. This study aims to determine the implementation of non-penal policies against online gambling crimes by minors and describe the obstacles and solutions in the implementation of non-penal policies against online gambling crimes committed by minors in Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency. This research uses empirical juridical method with legal identification approach. The results showed that non-punitive policies against online gambling crimes committed by children in Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency have been implemented in several forms, namely socialization / legal counseling, and x-banners and for the community in the form of cyber patrols, digital posters and radio broadcasts about the dangers of online gambling practices by several agencies, namely the Bangka Resort Police, Sungailiat Sector Police and Bangka District Attorney's Office. The obstacles and solutions are HR/APH overcome by cooperating with other parties, legal substance overcome by coordinating with the authorities and reporting to the Police Headquarters, Children / Community can be overcome by giving regular appeals, Culture is not responsive quickly overcome by self-evaluation and conducting socialization / counseling simply / just an appeal and Infrastructure facilities overcome by prioritizing dominating problems.

The smartphone market, dominated by several major brands, reflects the characteristics of an oligopolistic market with intense competition and dynamic price fluctuations. This study aims to analyze the factors contribubuting to smartphone price fluctuations in Peterongan Market, Jombang, as well as to understand how interactions among market participants (sellers, distributors, and manufacturers) influence these dynamics. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method, with primary data collected through in-depth interviews with four counter owners and 45 consumers, along with direct observation at the location. Secondary data were obtained from reports by the International Data Corporation (IDC) and supporting literature related to smartphone price trends. The findings reveal that price fluctuations are influenced by a combination of internal factors, such as technological innovation and marketing strategies, as well as external factors, such as imbalances in supply and demand, government fiscal policies, and global economic conditions. Interactions among market participants play a crucial role, with manufacturers setting base prices, distributors adjusting to local market conditions, and sellers implementing promotional strategies to attract consumers. The impact of these fluctuations affects price-sensitive consumers, sellers who must adjust their sales strategies, and manufacturers who are required to maintain competitiveness through product innovation. This study provides valuable insights for market participants in managing price dynamics and helps consumers gain a better understanding of the market

Pemenuhan hak asasi manusia menjadi salah satu barometer yang menjamin terlaksananya hak asasi manusia. Dalam pengelolaannya perusahaan harus memperhatikan hak asasi manusia terutama bagi perusahaan yang terlibat langsung dengan lingkungan dan masyarakat seperti perusahaan tambak udang yang berlokasi di pesisir pantai. Pemenuhan HAM bagi masyrakat pesisir diatur dalam Pasal 60 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengelolaan Wilayah Pesisir dan Pulau-Pulau Kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pemenuhan hak asasi manusia pada masyarakat pesisir yang terdampak limbah tambak udang di Pantai Remodong dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung terpenuhinya hak asasi manusia oleh perusahaan tambak udang di Pantai Remodong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bentuk pemenuhan hak asasi manusia berupa pemberian uang ganti kerugian, penyerapan tenaga kerja lokal, serta pemberian hewan kurban setiap perayaan hari raya idul adha. Adapun faktor pendukung terpenuhinya hak asasi manusia bagi masyarakat Desa Remodong diantaranya adalah kepatuhan perusahaan akan regulasi yang berlaku, adanya kebijakan perusahaan tambak udang yang tepat bagi terpenuhinya hak asasi manusia, terjalinnya harmonisasi antara perusahaan dengan pemerintah Desa Remodong.

Internet telah menjadi kebutuhan utama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama di lingkungan perumahan. Namun, keterbatasan jangkauan sinyal Wi-Fi sering kali menjadi kendala dalam memberikan koneksi yang stabil bagi penghuni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan jangkauan sinyal Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) di kontrakan Perumahan Pemda Sukaharja menggunakan perangkat Tenda N300 AP sebagai Wi-Fi Extender. Metode penelitian meliputi survei lokasi, analisis hambatan sinyal, pengujian kecepatan jaringan menggunakan Speedtest by Ookla, serta konfigurasi perangkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah pemasangan Tenda N300 AP, sinyal Wi-Fi di lantai 2 yang sebelumnya lemah menjadi lebih stabil, dengan peningkatan kecepatan download dan upload yang signifikan. Namun, masih ditemukan ketidakseimbangan penggunaan bandwidth antar pengguna. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan bandwidth menjadi aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas jaringan.
