Abstract

This research is a qualitative research which aims to determine the distribution model of zakat funds in community economic empowerment at the Pasuruan City National Amil Zakat Agency. From the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that the process of distributing zakat funds in the economic empowerment of the people of BAZNAS in Pasuruan is an empowerment program, namely the Pasuruan Peduli, Pasuruan Makmur, Pasuruan Cerdas, and Pasuruan Bertaqwa. In terms of mustahiq income every month, mustahiq expenditures which include food ingredients, and other needs are above the average, in this case the standard of living mustahiq can be said to be prosperous.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of income, institutional image and service quality toward the interest of muzakki in paying zakat maal through LAZ Ummul Quro’ in Jombang. This research applies quantitative approach with method multiple regression analysis. This research engaged 67 respondents as the samples with Random Sampling technique. The result indicates that the income , institutional image and service quality partially affects the interest in paying zakat maal at LAZ-UQ Jombang. Then, on simultaneous testing (simultaneously) income, institutional image and service quality variables affect the interest in paying zakat maal at LAZ-UQ Jombang.

Abstract

The progress of information systems and technology has influenced the development of banking performance and is believed to be an attraction for customers. Bank Syariah Mandiri is one of the banks that has developed the m-banking service innovation, namely BSM Mobile Banking. This study aims to determine how much the influence of Mobile Banking Service Quality on Customer Interests of Bank Syariah Mandiri Surabaya. This study uses quantitative data and questionnaire dissemination. The method used is Non Probability Sampling with a sample of 120 respondents. Sampling technique with accidental sampling with several criteria and considerations. While the analytical method used is the T Test (Partial Test). Based on the test results indicate that there is an influence of service quality on the interest of customers using PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Surabaya mobile banking.

Abstract

This research aimed to test the factors that influence welfare mustahiq of productive zakat utilization at Laznas Yatim Mandiri Surabaya (perceptions of the adequacy of productive zakat assistance, quality of age mustahiq, family interests, mentoring and guidance, and duration of business). The method used is associative quantitative. The samples of the research were 31 mustahiq with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linier regression. The result of this research showed that partially, the perception of the duration of business had a significant effect to the welfare of mustahiq Laznas Yatim Mandiri Surabaya and simultaneously perceptions of the adequacy of productive zakat assistance, quality of age mustahiq, family interests, mentoring and guidance, duration of business had a significant effect to the welfare of mustahiq Laznas Yatim Mandiri Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of public perceptions of cash waqf on interest in representing money in the city of Surabaya. The independent variable in this study consisted of one variable, namely the perception variable about money waqf was measured using indicators of experience, knowledge, understanding and evaluation or assessment. The dependent variable in this study is interest and is measured using indicators of Inner Self, social motives and emotional or feeling factors. This research was conducted with an associative quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. This study uses a questionnaire with a likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the public perception variable about mony waqf has a significant effect on interest variables representing money in the city of Surabaya. As for based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the perception variable has an influence of 36,9% on interest variables representing money.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of spiritual intelligence and the application of Islamic work ethic to the performance of Madina Collection Muslim Clothing Distributor employees. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The number of samples used as many as 36 respondents, taken from all employees who worked at the Madina Collection Muslim Clothing Distributor using saturated sample techniques. This study uses a questionnaire that was measured using a Likert Scale and analyzed using SPSS 20. Based on the T test and the F test that has been done shows that the variable spitual intelligence and Islamic work ethic variables partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on the performance variable. The test based on the coefficient of determination R2 shows that the variables of spiritual intelligence and Islamic work ethic variables have an influence of 85.7% on the performance variable.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to determine the effectiveness of the utilization of productive zakat on economic empowerment of mustahik. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research results it can be concluded that the concept of productive zakat utilization on mustahik economic empowerment carried out by BAZNAS East Java Province was poured into several programs, namely in the form of providing business capital assistance both individually and in groups, providing work skills training, and providing work tools. As for the effectiveness indicators using the theory from Ni Wayan Budiani, namely: the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of the accuracy of program targets and have been effective. As for indicators of program socialization, program monitoring, and program objectives can be said to be ineffective.

Abstract

Low e-commerce consumer protection resulted in a lack of customer satisfaction. In increasing customer satisfaction is necessary the existence of Islamic business ethics applicability by traders.This research aims to test the influence of customer perception related application of Islamic business ethics based on the nature of the noble Prophet Muhammad towards customer satisfaction is measured using a likert scale and analyzed using spss version 23 fore-commerce users. This analysis technique is used in a simple linear regression analysis to apply and test T. The results showed that customer perception of the Islamic business ethics related to customer statisfaction of users of E-commerce.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the internal and external factors that can affect the value of profitability in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The internal factors consist of CAR, FDR, NPF, and BOPO while the external factors consist of Inflation Rate, Interest Rate, and GDP. This research was conducted using an associative quantitative approach.The sample used in this research amounted to 13 Islamic public banks in the period 2013-2017 using purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 22.The results of this research indicate that all independent variables used have an effect on profitability. Partially, the NPF, BOPO, and Inflation Rate variables have a significant negative effect on ROA while the CAR, FDR, Interest Rate and GDP variables have no significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the instruments in Islamic economics that has the potential and benefits to overcome poverty and realize public welfare. In optimizing the potential and benefits, productive utilization of zakat is needed. This study aims to determine the relationship between the utilization of productive zakat with mustahiq welfare on laznas yatim mandiri Lamongan branch. This research is quantitative descriptive. The number of samples used in this study were 10 respondents from the mustahiq recipients of the assistance of the utilization of productive zakat in 2018 and using the Saturated Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a very strong relationship between the variables of the utilization of productive zakat with the mustahiq welfare variable. A very strong relationship between the two variables is known through the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. Based on the results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation test, the Pearson correlation value is 0.817. Then it can be concluded that there is a very strong relationship between the variables of the utilization of productive zakat with the welfare variable mustahiq Laznas Yatim Mandiri Lamongan branch
