AbstractIndonesia is one of country that has great potential zakat. That is because the majority of Indonesias population is Muslim. But the phenomenon that the opposite is where zakat is not as big as the existing potential. In fact, in Indonesia many Organisasi Penerima Zakat (OPZ) both government and private sector have a good system, professional and trustworthy. Allegedly one of the problems is the lack of transparency and accountability of institutions. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques used interviews. The object of research is UPZ BNI Syariah. The results of this research are largely muzaki UPZ BNI Syariah not feel the transparency and accountability of UPZ BNI Syariah.

This Community Service (PKM) activities is based on the condition of the orphanage which is inhabited by many people. Maintaining health is very important while living and interacting with many people during the Covid-19 Pandemic. One of the efforts to maintain health is by implementing personal hygiene so we are not become a virus carrier for other people. Based on the recommendation of WHO and also the Surabaya City Government, residents are asked to implement a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS). This PKM aimed to provide information to the community, particularly who lives in orphanage, about efforts to live a clean and healthy lifestyle and provide vitamins and foodstuffs to maintain and improve the personal health of the residents of the orphanage. The implementation of this Community Service activity took place from June-October 2020. With the implementation of this activity, it was found that there was an increase in the understanding of the orphanage about clean and healthy living habits. In addition, it is hoped that in the long term, the residents of the orphanage will be more concerned with personal hygiene and also apply health protocols in their daily lives so that they can break the chain of transmission of the Covid 19 pandemic

This study was conducted to investigate financial distress risk of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia during the 2015-2019 period using Bankometer S-Score and to find out its response to shock of financial ratio. The financial ratio that used in this study are FDR, ROA, Leverage and Size bank. The data is a monthly time-series data from January 2015 until December 2019 obtained through the official sharia banking statistics website from Financial Service Autority (https://www.ojk.go.id). The hypothesis are tested by using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) methodology. The result of this study indicate that Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia are super sound. The VECM test results show that in the short-term the significant effect on the level of S-Score are ROA and Leverage. Meanwhile, the shock of FDR, ROA, Leverage and Size bank have significant effect on S-Score.

Meningkatnya populasi angkatan kerja di Indonesia menjadikan pencari kerja terus bertambah. Akan tetapi perbandingan antara angkatan kerja dengan lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia menunjukan lebih besarnya angkatan kerja sehingga terjadi pengangguran. Ketika seorang individu menganggur maka individu tersebut tidak bisa secara keseluruhan memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya yang berakibat menurunnya kesejahteraan. Salah satu cara penanggulangan masalah pengangguran adalah mendorong masayarakat untuk berwirausaha dan memberikan pembiayaan pada UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Diharapkan dengan adanya pembiayaan maka UMKM dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang meneliti Pembiayaan BPRS Dalam Peningkatan Kesejahteraan UMKM dengan indikator kesejahteraan adalah maqashid syariah (Agama, Jiwa, Akal, Keturunan dan Harta). Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan pada nasabah UMKM setelah mendapatkan pembiayaan dari BPRS.Kata Kunci : Pembiayaan, UMKM, Maqashid sharia

USPPS BMT Sunan Drajat has several strategies so that the number of Wadi'ah Savings members experiences a significant increase every year. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the strategy implemented by USPPS BMT Sunan Drajat could increase the number of Wadi'ah Savings members. The research subjects were taken using the purposive sampling method and the data sources were obtained through interviews. The validity test is done by the triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy applied by USPPS BMT Sunan Drajat on Wadi'ah Savings products is to use the Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning marketing method. Segments are selected based on occupation. The selected targets are entrepreneurs. BMT to attract public interest and trust through the image of Pondok Pentren Sunan Drajat. BMT Sunan Drajat also implements a Marketing Mix strategy which consists of Product Strategy, Price Strategy, Place Strategy, and Promotion Strategy.

Investment plays a significant role in national economic growth. As of today, Islamic investment shows its growth every year, especially on Islamic stocks and Sukuk. This growth is believed to bring an impact on the national economy. This research aims to know the partial and simultaneous relations of Islamic stocks and Sukuk on Indonesia economic growth in 2010-2019. This is quantitative research. Classic assumption test, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Test and multiple correlation test are used in this research. This research shows that islamic stock and sukuk have both partial and simultaneous relations to Indonesia's economic growth in 2010 - 2019.

The development of the Indonesian cosmetic industry is relatively rapid because cosmetic products have become a primary need in Indonesia which the population is predominantly Muslim. This development caused competitive competition between cosmetics brands in Indonesia. Because of this competition, Wardah cosmetics is considering the halal label in its products and the quality of the products to increase consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative, associative methods to investigate the relationship between halal brands and product quality with the purchasing decision of Wardah cosmetics, especially in Surabaya. The number of samples used is 100 Muslim respondents who used Wardah cosmetics products in Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation coefficient analysis using SPSS version 25. The study results showed that halal labeling and product quality simultaneously had a significant and robust relationship with the purchasing decision of Wardah cosmetic products. While partially, the halal labels and product quality had a moderate and meaningful relationship with the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetics products.

This paper aims to measure Islamic Insurance Efficiency in Indonesia. This paper uses quantitative data analysis through Data Envelopment Analysis to assess efficiency. Input variables in this study are total assets, expenses, and claims payments, while the output variables used are tabaru income and funds during 2012-2016. The objects of this paper are PT. AJS Amanahjiwa Giri Arta, PT AJS Al Amin, and PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga. The result shows that in general, Islamic insurance in Indonesia is not yet efficient.
