Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation and employee commitment to performance and to determine the importance of leadership variables, work motivation and employee commitment to the performance of doctors and nurses at Ruteng-NTT Regional Hospital. To analyze this problem, multiple regression analysis was used using 42 samples based on purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling means that the determination of a sample that considers certain criteria that have been made against an object in accordance with the objectives of the study. The results of the study illustrate that leadership, work motivation and employee commitment variables significantly influence the performance of doctors and nurses. Based on the level of influence, in RSUD Ruteng-NTT leadership variable is the most dominant factor influencing performance, and sequentially followed by work motivation and employee commitment factors. Thus the development of leadership in the Ruteng-NTT Regional Hospital needs to be a concern..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices, promotions, and products on consumer purchasing decisions simultaneously, partialy, and significantly. And to determine which variables have a dominant influence. Methods of research using quantitative methods in the study population are consumers Restorant Burger King Surabaya Plaza Surabaya. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and accidental sampling with a sample size of 95 respondents to the formula Slovin. Technique uses multiple linier regression analysis. The variable is the prices, promotions, products, buying decisions. Result were obtained value of F count 31,843 with a significance of 0,000, t value of each variable of prices 2,635 > 1,98638, variable promotions 2,892 > 1,98638, and variable products 3,531 > 1,98638 Based on the result of research in Restorant Burger King Surabaya Plaza Surabaya to the simultaneous effect of three independent variables, partial and significant impact on buying decisions. The Independent variable of Product has a dominant influence on the Purchasing Decision which has a Beta value of 0,351.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover to profitability in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2009 to 2017. This research uses a multiple regression analysis model. This result of this research showed that there was no effect between Cash Turnover on profitability, while the receivable turnover and inventory turnover variables have a positive effect on profitability.

Abstract

A responsibility accounting is an accounting system which accrued the exitense of responsibility centers in a corporation. This is caused by given authority and how to account it for in written report. The report could be a responsibility report that could use as a analyzing refference of mnagerial performance for each responsibility centers and cost controller. In this case, cost is linked to the manager who have an authority to dispose the resources hence, the resources must be nonfied in currency, so responsibility accounting is a cost controling method which enable management to manage cost. This reearch use qualitative approach. This research also use divining manual study and interview with accounting staff of PT. Kereta Api Logistic to abtain data. From result of research in PT. Kereta Api Logistic, the company have not applied responsibility accounting well enough, this matter an be known based on any qualifications and characteristic which have not been fulfilled. The company also have not implement cost control well, this matter can be seen from analysis for cost variance that have not been done.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine which factors as an amplifier to improve the performance of employees of PT. Gading Murni Surabaya, between the leadership style and compensation received by employees. This study uses a survey approach by collecting data using a questionnaire of 50 respondents then analyzed using quantitative methods. The regession equation is Y = 8.009 + 0,223 X1 + 0,240 X2. The results of this study concluded that the leadership style and compensation variables had a corrected item total correlation value exceeding r table = 0.284 and the reliability test of the leadership style variable, and the alpha cronbach's compensation results exceeded 0.060, which means that the variable was valid and reliable. Leadership and compensation styles also simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. And the independent variable that has the largest beta coefficient is the compensation variable (X2) with a beta coefficient of 0.240.

Abstract

Abstract In 2016 - 2018 the number of visits to 6 poles including general surgery poly, echocardiography, eye poly, internal medicine, ENT poly, poly urology fluctuated from 11.23% to -5.23%. Fluctuations in the number of visits can be caused by several factors, one of which is consumer behavior in health service selection decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on service selection decisions.This research is an analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were patients in 6 outpatient clinics at Jemursari Islamic Hospital in Surabaya. The number of samples is taken by quota sampling within one month.The results showed that the marketing mix at 6 Polis RSI Jemursari Surabaya with a good category of 77.5% resulted in high service selection decisions. The results of the ordinal regression test show a significance value of 0,000 which means that there is an influence of the marketing mix on the decision of choosing the Jemursari Hospital. Of the seven marketing mix elements that have the lowest influence on service selection decisions are the 47.1% price mix element, while the most influential marketing mix element is the human resource mix element with a percentage of 68.6%.The conclusion in this study is the positive influence of the marketing mix on the decision to choose outpatient services at the Jemursari Hospital in 2019.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, promotion and price on costumer loyalty simultaneously, partialy, and significantly. And to determine which variables have a dominant influence. Methods of research using quantitative methods in the study population are consumers of shampoo Sunsilk in around Gadel Tandes Surabaya. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a sample size of 91 respondents to the formula Slovin. Technique uses multiple linier regression analysis. The variable is brand image, promotion, and price on consumer loyalty. Result were obtained value of f count of 29,470 with a significance of 0,000, t value of each, variable of brand image 26.922 > 1.9876, variable of promotion 0.138 < 1.9876, variable of price -0.058 < 1.9876

Abstract

This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Kec. Palengaan with a total sample of 53 people (sampling technique is random sampling). The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe and analyze how the description of the principal's leadership style, school culture and work commitment to school effectiveness in MA Miftahul Ulum Rek Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan. 2) To Test and analyze whether the principal's leadership style, school culture and work commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on the effectiveness of the School at MA Miftahul Ulum Rek Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan. 3) To Test and analyze whether leadership style, school culture and work commitment partially have a significant influence on School effectiveness in MA Miftahul Ulum Rek Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results of the study show that: 1). Leadership is the ability to move, influence, motivate, invite, direct, advise, guide, instruct, govern, prohibit, and foster so that human intentions as media management will work in order to achieve administrative goals effectively and efficiently, that school culture is a belief, policies, norms, and habits in schools that can be formed, strengthened, and maintained through leaders and teachers in schools, work commitment is a person's orientation towards the organization in terms of loyalty, identification, and involvement. 2). Simultaneously, leadership, organizational culture and work commitment have a significant effect on school effectiveness Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Rek Kerrek Kec. Palengaan Pamekasan Regency, evidenced by the calculated F value of 0.951 with a significance value of 0.04 which means less than 0.05. 3). Partially, leadership style, school culture and work commitment have a significant influence on school effectiveness, leadership style is evidenced by the value of t count is equal to 0.674 with a significance level of 0.04 (smaller than 0.05), then known work motivation with t value count of 0.303 with a significance level of 0.03 positive and significant effect on school effectiveness (smaller than 0.05) and Competence has a positive and significant effect with a value of t count of 1.146 with a significance level of 0.04 (smaller than 0.05).

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Madura IAIN Campus in Pamekasan Regency with a total sample of 62 people (sampling technique was random sampling). The objectives of this study are: 1). Describe and analyze leadership style, motivation, competence and non-academic employee performance at IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency, 2). To test and analyze whether leadership style, motivation and competence simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of non-academic employees at IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency, 3). To test whether leadership style, motivation and competence partially have a significant effect on the performance of non-academic employees at IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency, 4). To test which variables among leadership styles, motivations and competencies that have a dominant influence on the performance of non-academic employees at IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that: 1). Simultaneously, leadership style, motivation and competence have a significant influence on the performance of non-academic employees at Madura IAIN in Pamekasan Regency, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 0.818 with a significance level of 0.04 (less than 0.05). 3). Partially, leadership style, motivation and competence have a significant influence on the performance of non-academic employees of IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency, leadership style is evidenced by the value of t count is 0.265 with a significance level of 0.02 (smaller than 0.05), then known work motivation with a t count value of 0.342 with a significance level of 0.03 positive and significant effect on the performance of non-academic employees at Madura IAIN in Pamekasan Regency (smaller than 0.05) and Competence has a positive and significant effect with a t count value of 1.413 with a level significance of 0.04 (less than 0.05).

Abstract

Abstract Setiap organisasi perlu mengelola arsip dengan baik supaya dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kearsipan yang baik akan menunjang kegiatan operasional organisasi. Saat ini, bagian administrasi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Dinamika saat ini memiliki masalah dalam pengelolaan arsip. Arsip belum ditata dengan rapi, sehingga sulit menemukan kembali arsip yang dibutuhkan. Masalah lainnya yaitu, media penyimpanan yang semakin berkurang jika dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan dokumen yang semakin tinggi. Munculnya teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa arsip harus dikelola secara elektronik. Google Forms menawarkan sebuah fitur yang bisa membantu proses pengarsipan secara digital. Dengan adanya Google Forms, proses pengelolaan arsip pada bagian administrasi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Dinamika menjadi lebih mudah dan tidak memakan waktu lama, sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam proses penemuan kembali arsip yang akan dibutuhkan.
