Abstract

Program Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) merupakan komponen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan keselamatan pasien. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen program PPI di Rumah Sakit Tingkat III Brawijaya, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi program, serta menyusun strategi yang dapat diadopsi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan tenaga kesehatan dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran dan tanggung jawab anggota Komite PPI telah diatur dengan baik, dan mereka bertugas dalam penyusunan kebijakan PPI, pengawasan, serta evaluasi rutin terhadap pelaksanaan prosedur pencegahan infeksi. Namun Beberapa unit, seperti ICU dan Kamar Jenazah, memiliki tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri/APD yang rendah (sekitar 71%). Tantangan utama dalam implementasi program PPI meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kurangnya dukungan infrastruktur, serta ketidaksesuaian dalam kepatuhan prosedur standar. Strategi yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini meliputi peningkatan pelatihan tenaga kesehatan, optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi, serta penguatan kolaborasi lintas departemen. Dengan strategi yang tepat, diharapkan manajemen PPI di Rumah Sakit Tingkat III Brawijaya dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Surabaya European School. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 51 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediator. Namun, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa di Surabaya European School, keterlibatan kerja lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dibandingkan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen kinerja terhadap retensi karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Bank Mandiri cabang Mulyosari, Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sensus, di mana seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 37 karyawan dijadikan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Namun, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan dan memediasi hubungan antara manajemen kinerja dan retensi karyawan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan manajemen kinerja yang disertai dengan peningkatan kepuasan kerja dapat meningkatkan retensi karyawan di Bank Mandiri cabang Mulyosari.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to help business actors of Krupuk Ikan Gabus SME Partners to provide understanding to business actors about the factors supporting business activities, namely legality and business management factors so that the business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented. The target of PPM activities in this snakehead fish product partner is to make employee SOPs, training on making simple financial reports, making new krupuk packaging, helping digital marketing so that revenue increases, coaching and training employees for hygenic product production, training and coaching management in inventory and good business management, helping to create logos, media banners and pamlets for advertising. The method applied in this PPM activity is through business mentoring techniques including partner mindset coaching, business capital assistance online marketing training, training and financial report coaching, product promotion assistance, quality and quality krupuk production assistance, business management training, and training on selecting the most desired krupuk flavor. The results of the activities can increase the income and productivity of this group of community partners higher before, significantly understand the business well, ranging from good production, very fast sales and digital marketing as well as an increase in hygenic knowledge in the management of this krupuk product.abstract in bahasaTujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu pelaku usaha Mitra UKM Krupuk Ikan Gabus untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha mengenai faktor-faktor pendukung kegiatan usaha yaitu faktor legalitas dan manajemen usaha sehingga kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan tidak hanya berorientasi pada profit. Target kegiatan PPM di mitra produk ikan gabus ini adalah membuat SOP karyawan, pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana, pembuatan kemasan krupuk baru, membantu digital marketing sehingga pendapatan meningkat, pembinaan dan pelatihan karyawan untuk produksi produk hygenic, pelatihan dan pembinaan manajemen dalam inventory dan manajemen bisnis yang baik, membantu membuat logo,  spanduk media dan pamlet untuk iklan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan PPM ini adalah melalui teknik pendampingan usaha meliputi pembinaan pola pikir mitra, pendampingan modal usaha pelatihan pemasaran online, pelatihan dan pembinaan laporan keuangan, pendampingan promosi produk, bantuan produksi krupuk yang berkualitas dan berkualitas, pelatihan manajemen usaha, dan pelatihan pemilihan rasa krupuk yang paling diinginkan. Hasil kegiatan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan produktivitas kelompok mitra masyarakat ini lebih tinggi sebelumnya, secara signifikan memahami bisnis dengan baik, mulai dari produksi yang baik, penjualan yang sangat cepat dan pemasaran digital serta peningkatan ilmu hygenis dalam pengelolaan produk krupuk ini.

Abstract

Sumber Mulyo is a village located in Jogoroto Jombang District. Sumber Mulyo Village has potential in the field of village tourism because this village is location in an area that has a history of "PECEL" culinary tourism in Jombang Regency since the 1980s. The village tourism potential in this village has not been manage properly. The Community Service Program partner is BUMDes "Murni Jaya", which manages various business units, one of which is the fishing pond  business unit. During the Covid-19 pandemic, this tour was in great demand by the people in the village, even people other the village.The objectives of this program are first, to improve the managerial capabilities of Partners in managing village tourism business units; second, to improve Partners' abilities and skills in keeping financial records. The methods used are training, mentoring, and monitoring. The results of this community service program include: first, Partners have a village tourism business plan; both Partners increased their ability to plan village tourism development; third, Partners increase their ability and skills in preparing financial reports.abstract in bahasaSumber Mulyo merupakan sebuah desa yang berada di Kecamatan Jogoroto Jombang. Desa Sumber Mulyo memiliki potensi di bidang wisata desa, karena desa ini terletak di daerah yang memiliki sejarah wisata kuliner”PECEL” di Kabupaten Jombang sejak tahun 1980 an. Potensi wisata desa yang terdapat di desa ini belum terkelola dengan baik. Mitra Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah BUMDes “Murni Jaya”, yang mengelola berbagai unit usaha, salah satunya adalah unit usaha wisata kolam pancing. Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, wisata ini sangat diminati oleh masyarakat di desa tersebut, bahkan masyarakat di luar desa tersebut.Tujuan program ini adalah pertama, untuk meningkatkan kemampuan managerial Mitra dalam mengelola unit usaha wisata desa; kedua, meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan Mitra dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan dan monitoring. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain: pertama, Mitra memiliki perencanaan usaha wisata desa; kedua Mitra meningkat kemampuannya dalam membuat perencanaan pengembangan wisata desa; ketiga, Mitra meningkat kemampuan dan ketrampilannya dalam menyusun laporan keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to help educators, particularly teachers at An Nur Kodak Sampang Islamic Middle School, implement effective learning communication strategies. By applying the right communication methods, the learning process can have a positive impact, especially in motivating students and increasing their interest in learning. Effective communication between teachers and students is essential to ensure that information is clearly delivered and understood by students. The research focuses on finding the most appropriate communication strategy for teaching, allowing teachers to foster a dynamic, interactive learning environment. One of the study’s goals is to increase student motivation, which plays a crucial role in students’ commitment to the learning process. Higher motivation and interest will drive active participation and improve students' understanding of the material. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study gathers data from interviews, direct observations, and relevant documents, providing a holistic view of the teaching dynamics. The study also explores various factors that can hinder effective communication, such as environmental distractions and language limitations, offering solutions for teachers to overcome these barriers. By improving teacher communication skills and addressing these obstacles, the research aims to enhance the quality of learning and create a more conducive environment for students at An-Nur Kodak Sampang Islamic Middle School.

Abstract

Companies begin strategic management by developing a clear vision and mission to guide the organization's strategy and ensure not only its survival but also its growth and competitive advantage. This process involves analyzing the internal and external environment, formulating strategies, implementing them, and evaluating and controlling them. In this study, an internal assessment was conducted using an internal advantage profile, followed by the development of an internal factor evaluation matrix. An external assessment using an environmental threats and opportunity profile was conducted, resulting in an external factor evaluation matrix. The analysis then proceeded to the matching stage, where the internal and external matrices were evaluated. A competitive profile was created through a survey, which incorporated key success factors into a competitive profile matrix. Finally, the positioning stage resulted in strategic recommendations using SWOT analysis and QSPM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen manajemen, kesiapan sumber daya manusia, dan sistem monitoring evaluasi terhadap keberhasilan implementasi pencegahan serta pengendalian infeksi (PPI) di RS TK III Brawijaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik menggunakan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi pencegahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengendalian infeksi. Kesiapan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan implementasi pencegahan, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap pengendalian infeksi. Komitmen manajemen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengendalian infeksi, namun tidak terhadap keberhasilan implementasi pencegahan. Sistem monitoring evaluasi berpengaruh signifikan baik terhadap keberhasilan implementasi pencegahan maupun pengendalian infeksi, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan kesiapan SDM, dukungan manajemen, dan sistem pemantauan yang baik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian infeksi di rumah sakit.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Kec. Palengaan with a total sample of 53 people (sampling technique is random sampling). The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe and analyze how the description of the principal's leadership style, school culture and work commitment to school effectiveness in MA Miftahul Ulum Rek Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan. 2) To Test and analyze whether the principal's leadership style, school culture and work commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on the effectiveness of the School at MA Miftahul Ulum Rek Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan. 3) To Test and analyze whether leadership style, school culture and work commitment partially have a significant influence on School effectiveness in MA Miftahul Ulum Rek Kecamatan Palengaan Kabupaten Pamekasan. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results of the study show that: 1). Leadership is the ability to move, influence, motivate, invite, direct, advise, guide, instruct, govern, prohibit, and foster so that human intentions as media management will work in order to achieve administrative goals effectively and efficiently, that school culture is a belief, policies, norms, and habits in schools that can be formed, strengthened, and maintained through leaders and teachers in schools, work commitment is a person's orientation towards the organization in terms of loyalty, identification, and involvement. 2). Simultaneously, leadership, organizational culture and work commitment have a significant effect on school effectiveness Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum Rek Kerrek Kec. Palengaan Pamekasan Regency, evidenced by the calculated F value of 0.951 with a significance value of 0.04 which means less than 0.05. 3). Partially, leadership style, school culture and work commitment have a significant influence on school effectiveness, leadership style is evidenced by the value of t count is equal to 0.674 with a significance level of 0.04 (smaller than 0.05), then known work motivation with t value count of 0.303 with a significance level of 0.03 positive and significant effect on school effectiveness (smaller than 0.05) and Competence has a positive and significant effect with a value of t count of 1.146 with a significance level of 0.04 (smaller than 0.05).

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Madura IAIN Campus in Pamekasan Regency with a total sample of 62 people (sampling technique was random sampling). The objectives of this study are: 1). Describe and analyze leadership style, motivation, competence and non-academic employee performance at IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency, 2). To test and analyze whether leadership style, motivation and competence simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of non-academic employees at IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency, 3). To test whether leadership style, motivation and competence partially have a significant effect on the performance of non-academic employees at IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency, 4). To test which variables among leadership styles, motivations and competencies that have a dominant influence on the performance of non-academic employees at IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that: 1). Simultaneously, leadership style, motivation and competence have a significant influence on the performance of non-academic employees at Madura IAIN in Pamekasan Regency, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 0.818 with a significance level of 0.04 (less than 0.05). 3). Partially, leadership style, motivation and competence have a significant influence on the performance of non-academic employees of IAIN Madura in Pamekasan Regency, leadership style is evidenced by the value of t count is 0.265 with a significance level of 0.02 (smaller than 0.05), then known work motivation with a t count value of 0.342 with a significance level of 0.03 positive and significant effect on the performance of non-academic employees at Madura IAIN in Pamekasan Regency (smaller than 0.05) and Competence has a positive and significant effect with a t count value of 1.413 with a level significance of 0.04 (less than 0.05).
