The Pancasila student profile is a number of characters and competencies that are expected to be possessed by students, which are based on the noble values of Pancasila. The perennialism approach is a method of instilling strong and lasting human good values to students, so that they can understand and believe in noble lives and are able to implement them in everyday life. Perennialism arises because the world situation is full of chaos, poor human behaviour, and disorder, especially moral, intellectual and sociocultural decline. The method used in writing this scientific paper is a qualitative descriptive type that studies existing problems and applicable work procedures. The Pancasila Student Profile has 6 dimensions which include: having faith, fearing of God Almighty, and having a noble character; global diversity; self-sufficient; work together; critical reasoning; and creative. This discussion can be related to the view of perennialism which emphasizes the sustainability of eternal and universal values, as well as character building through a conducive learning environment. In the view of perennialism, strengthening the Pancasila student profile can be done through teaching that emphasizes a deep understanding of Pancasila values as eternal truths that must be mastered by every student.

Indonesian needs a generation that needs to implement Pancasila values in their lives. Pancasila student profile is basically a name for the character of students in everyday life which is instilled based on school culture in the form of intra-curricular, extracurricular, and student profile character strengthening projects. Pancasila through work culture using literature study methods that refer to relevant previous studies or research. Literature study is a literature review which is a description of literature that is relevant to a particular field or topic. The design of this research is to collect literacy data source related to the Pancasila student profile. Then it will be explained using a comprehensive descriptive-analytical analysis method. This Pancasila Student Profile was created as a guide for Indonesian education. Not only is education policy at the national level, it is hoped that it will become a guide for educators in building children's character. Students who have this profile are students who have fully awakened the six dimensions that form it, namely Faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble character. Independent. Collaborative. Global diversity. Critical reasoning. Creative. This strategy is the Pancasila student profile with a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile. Instilled in students in Indonesia starting from elementary school level to high school and/or vocational level. So that students can become complete 5.0 citizens who are able to face the demands of work in the industrial revolution 4.0 era when they finish school and enter society.

School literacy policy is one of the education policies that aims to improve students' literacy skills. Although in line with national education goals, the survey results show that the average literacy score of Indonesian students is still far below the average of OECD countries. This study aims to analyze school literacy policies by providing an in-depth understanding of school literacy policies and their contribution to 21st-century skills development, as well as providing solutions to improve the effectiveness and equity of policy implementation. This study used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Literature analysis shows that school literacy policies in Indonesia have increased, reflected in the growth of school libraries, the number of books, and the participation of teachers and students in literacy activities. However, challenges such as limited access to literacy resources and lack of student motivation in reading still need to be addressed. A deep understanding of the role of school literacy policy in developing 21st-century skills can make a positive contribution to national education in Indonesia. For future research, it is recommended to explore the impact of the use of technology in improving literacy in the school environment.

The spreading use of technology will have repercussions on individuals’ Self-understanding and their belief in themselves concerning technology. Psychologists have studied these two major phenomena under the title Self-actualisation and Computer Self-efficacy. Multiple papers have been published on Self-actualisation and Computer Self-efficacy but minimum research has been explored concerning the association between Self-actualisation and Computer Self-efficacy. This paper is a maiden effort to study the association of Self-actualisation and Computer Self-efficacy among academicians of professional courses. An online and offline survey was carried out where the Self-actualisation Scale prepared by Kaufman (2018) and the Computer Self Efficacy Questionnaire curated by Teo & Ling Koh (2010) was administered to the participants. The data was analysed using mean, standard deviation, standard error, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation. The results supported the preposition of a previous study, which suggested a relationship between technical competency and self-actualisation by placing technical competency under D-needs and Self-actualisation under B-needs of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Further exploration of the outcome was done concerning academicians followed by educational implications.

Compliance to the law and policies that govern public schools in South Africa is fundamental in ensuring effective and efficient use of school funds. Compliance can mitigate the role confusion between the respective duties of the school principal as the manager of the school and the School Governing Body (SGB). This aim of the study was to identify the gap on compliance from the principals’ point of view. The qualitative design with phenomenological approach was used, and data was collected by means of semi-structured interviews with purposefully sampled principals. The literature and findings reveal that many SGB chairpersons are still profoundly reliant on principals regarding financial decisions and management at schools. This indicates the perpetuation of role confusion where school principals regard themselves as accountable for school funds. Even though financial management challenges in public schools have been researched before, the study found that such challenges still occur and hamper effective financial management by both the principals and SGBs.

This research aims to determine the effect of price on the decision to purchase starter cards, by considering the moderation of consumer behavior. Although many studies have highlighted the relationship between price and consumer purchasing decisions, this study explores whether consumer behavioral factors moderate this relationship in the context of the telecommunications industry. The survey method is used to collect data from respondents who are potential starter card users. The data analysis technique used is the t test with the Moderated Regression Analysis interaction test. This test meets the requirements of instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and model suitability testing. Based on the test results, it is known that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.879 with a significance of 0.004 < 0.05 and consumer behavior has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.684 with a significance of 0.013 < 0.05. Meanwhile, price which is moderated by consumer behavior has no significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient value of -0.023 and a significance of 0.112 > 0.05. Thus, consumer behavior variables have not been able to moderate the influence of price on purchasing decisions.

Spiritual leadership has been recognized as holistic leadership that prioritizes spiritual aspects in managing the complex and dynamic academic environment. However, its implementation remains challenging. This study aimed to comprehensively understand lecturers' perceptions of spiritual leadership in higher education institutions. The research method used was a descriptive quantitative design. Respondents consisted of 336 lecturers from various private higher education institutions in Bali determined through a proportional random sampling technique and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings demonstrate lecturers' perceptions of spiritual leadership in the very high category. The vision indicator received the most important focus of attention in motivating and directing lecturers' actions in achieving institutional objectives, while the aspects of altruistic love, hope/faith, meaning/calling, and membership indicate opportunities for deeper emphasis to develop leaders who are responsible, competent, and have integrity. The findings contribute to the importance of implementing spiritual leadership in developing a harmonious academic community and creating the spiritual well-being of lecturers to achieve the main performance of higher education institutions.

Citizenship education learning is synonymous with learning that contains boring material because the learning model applied is monotonous and teacher-centred. This research aimed to analyse the effectiveness of the combination of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) and Value Clarification Technique (VCT) models in improving students' critical thinking skills. This study used a quantitative approach. The research population was junior high school students at SMP Negeri 21 Banjarmasin City. The research sample was 120 students from four groups selected random sampling technique, namely classes, that based on the homogeneity test, had relatively the same abilities. This research used a Quasi Experimental method with a Non-equivalent Control Group Research design. Data were analysed using the N-Gain test and Paired Sample Test (t-test) with the help of the SPSS 21.0 for Windows program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was known that (1) There were differences in students' critical thinking skills between the application of the Project Based Learning model and the application of the expository learning model; (2) There were differences in students' critical thinking skills between the application of the Value Clarification Technique model and the application of expository learning; (3) There were differences in students' critical thinking skills between the application of a combination of Project Based Learning and Value Clarification Technique and the application of expository learning. The highest N-Gain value for students' critical thinking skills was when applying a combination of Project Based Learning and Value Clarification Technique. Based on this, the combination of PjBL and VTC could be used as an innovative citizenship learning model solution to improve students' critical thinking abilities according to the demands of 21st century skills.
