Abstract

The title of this article is the National Narcotics Agency Performance Pontianak Drugs in Preventing Spread The background of this research is still many drug abuse in teenagers. This researcher uses descriptive qualitative research. These results indicate productivity Pontianak City National Narcotics Agency was deficient in providing outreach programs about the effects, prevention, and the level of drug abuse in the youth level. Less melting the National Narcotics Agency Pontianak in the plan-making program with community outreach programs. This is because people are still not satisfied with the services provided BNN Pontianak. Not maximal Pontianak City National Narcotics Agency in response to complaints, suggestions and aspirations of the people gave. With the National Narcotics Agency Pontianak, not to minimize abuse addictive substances among adolescents Pontianak.Keywords: BNN performance of Pontianak City, drug abuse.

Abstract

This article is backgrounded about set of problems the requirements and the mechanism of promoting government staff for structural position in the bureau of protocol and public relation in West Kalimantan provincial office. The problem of this study is about the procedural process of assigning staff for structural job in the bureau of protocol and public relation in West Kalimantan provincial office. This is a descriptive study aiming to investigate and explain the procedure comprises recruitment, pre-selection, competency test, final selection and decision making. Observation, interview and documentation were used to collect the data which were then analysed qualitatively.The preliminary result of this reserrch shows that the implementation process of promoting structural position has undergone all of the procedures. However, the implementation of the process is far from ideal. It occurs due to political interest. Top level managers appoint staff for the structural position are based on the similar political interest and individual relationship not on their competence.Key words: Promotion, Government staff.

Abstract

The problem in this study is still found no place officers at work, as well as health facilities are still limited sanggat. The purpose of this study is to want to examine and describe the public health service, namely the quality of medical personnel in providing care for patients who are in great Sajingan Sambas district health centers. The results showed that the public health services in District Health Clinics Sajingan Besar has not done well, it's based on research that shows a simple service and condition of health facilities, assessed by the informant can not be executed properly. To address this phenomenon the authors suggest should be increased by providing explanations to patients who seek treatment are more details on the services that are easy on the PHC Sajingan Great Sambas district still needs to be improved about the doctor in charge should always working hours so that the patient or the public do not wait longer and get direct care of a physician. PHC facilities in Great Sajingan Sambas district still need to be completed such as medical supplies, waiting benches, fans, the parking lot in order to facilitate and provide comfort in the service process. It is expected the officers of service providers (doctors and nurses) in order to improve the quality of health services to the community by approaching people or patients. Keywords: Quality of Care, Public Health, Facilities and Services Easya

Abstract

The title in this research is “the implementation of incomes tax of territory office to improves the collected taxes of earth and construction in pontianak city”. The writer in this thesis have a meaning to express the implementation of taxes by doing of territory office in pontianak city to improves the collected of the taxes in the earth and construction. Still remained to much people is not aware to play a taxes. There are four kinds to implementation the collected of taxes to used. First communication, it is one of programme will be a good to implement if clear to be the implement. The thing have a process to given an information, to got clear information and to given consistent of the information. The second is resources, in here there are four component are total of fulfilment staff and quality of quantity, to get an information to take a decision or arbitrariness to uses enough in the implementation as a responsibility of a task and need a facilities in the implementation. The third is authorizing signature, attitude and commitment of the implementation as a special programme of them to be programme implementation. The fourth is structure of bureaucracy is that sop (standar operating procedures) to put in order method in the programme implementation. Key words: The implementation of taxes, collected the taxes, taxes of earth and construction.

Abstract

Human resources is one important factor in the organization, because it plays a role in conducting activities to achieve goals. That's why we need a coaching for employees to improve and enhance the quality and quantity of employees. In addition, the guidance also aims to improve employee discipline. This study focuses on the implementation of the guidance to the employee coaching skills as well as intellectual and mental and spiritual development. The focus of the research discussed using qualitative methods and case study research conducted in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Pontianak. From the results of the study found that coaching is conducted in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Pontianak is less than optimal, so there are still several irregularities committed by the employee. One deviation that occurs is of some employees still come too late. Therefore, the researchers suggested that coaching can provide intellectual leadership and skills optimally in order to improve the quality of employment. Leaders are also expected to provide mental and spiritual guidance to the employee.Keywords: Intellectual and Skills Development, Mental and Spiritual Development, Employee Work Discipline.

Abstract

This thesis is intended to provide an understanding of the factors that affect staffing in the Secretariat long Kubu Raya District , covering education , job knowledge , job skills and work experience . Problems in staffing in Kubu Raya District Secretariat is long in-service staffing is still not based on competence . Besides staffing system is not oriented to the Merit System , such as the classification of positions , job descriptions , competency standards and objective appraisal is still not available . As a result, the placement can not be based on a rational plan needs . From the findings of the research that the factors that influence the placement of employees in this case education , knowledge , skills and work experience has not shown adequate results . Abstract

The problem in this study is the work load carried by each apparatus is uneven , this is due to lack of personnel and a limited amount of work infrastructures and adequate . Another problem is the lack of implementation of training followed by employees that result in low employee responsiveness to the duties and functions . From the research it was found that the performance of the organization of Mining and Energy of West Kalimantan Mining Sector in enhancing non-tax revenues are less than optimal . It is based on the results of a study that examined aspects tigas Baitu efficiency , effectiveness , and responsiveness Justice showed poor results . Responding to the suggestion that there is a phenomenon which recommended , among others : 1 ) the need for the implementation of education and training concerning the things that are special as training related to mining tax state revenue ( non-tax revenues ) due to the mining sector need a deep understanding of the tasks related to the mining sector so that the increase in non-tax revenues mining sector will be more effective and efficient , 2 ) need a heightened awareness of officers at the Department of Mines and Energy of West Kalimantan Province so that the implementation tasks become responsibilities can be well understood . 3 ) to improve responsiveness tarhadap entrepreneurs , leaders at the Department of Mines and Energy of the Province of West Kalimantan in order to improve the oversight and guidance to the holders of Mining Permit ( IUP ) so that the entrepreneur is aware of its obligation to pay a fixed contribution of mining to the achievement of revenue targets Non-tax ( non-tax revenues ) mining sector in West Kalimantan Keywords : Efficiency , Effectiveness , Fairness, Responsiveness

Abstract

This article raises issues in certification program in improving performance und incentives teacher, and has not fully qualified bachelor's degree in public elementary school 7 singkawang. The problems in face not fully performance improvement teacher goes well, professionalism often it seems that fund allowance the profession of a teacher an impact on the performance of a teacher. I have still many teachers who do not meet academic qualifications a university degree. This article is intended to provide an understanding of the implementation of the certification of teachers so that teachers can be profesonalisme improvement objectives are achieved as a result of the expected. This research included in this type of descriptive study with a qualitative paradigm. based on the research conducted, the author concludes that the implementation of the certification on the run in primary school the country 7 singkawang already can be said to be doing well. In terms of the implementation process runs smoothly and could be said to be a success, so that the perceived impact of the results of these policies is capable of delivering prosperity and improve the performance of teachers. Suggestions for research is. teachers are expected to further improve the quality of her ability in delivering the learning process by improving academic qualifications so that the awarding of this certification is no longer based on the age of the average minimum is S1. Keywords: program certification, professionalism of teacher, improving education

Abstract

The problem in this study is the distribution of Raskin in the Village Bansir Land , District East Pontianak , Pontianak not on target . Besides, the data RTS PM needs to be reviewed because it does not correspond to the expected allotment policy Raskin program . Another problem is the program Raskin less professional and more dominant element of nepotism in its implementation . The results showed that the implementation of the program in the Village Bansir Army Raskin is not maximized , it is based on field research findings which found irregularities in their distribution . Deviations in question is related to the determination of Target Households Beneficiaries there are still poor families who have not been recorded and registered as Beneficiaries Target Households and families otherwise there among the better but listed as Target Households Beneficiaries . Responding to a phenomenon that there would have to be raised synergistic coordination of policy makers and program implementers Raskin to avoid deviations that can harm the Target Households with reference to the 6 Right , namely the right target , the right amount , the right price , the right time , the right administration and right quality , so that the basic purpose of the program can be achieved with good Raskin . Furthermore, the Raskin program execution at the point or distribution point should be no supervision of the competent authorities in order to ensure that the delivery of aid to the poor rice Target Households Beneficiaries actually refers to the 6 Right Keywords :Distribution, Rice Poor, and Poor Families.
