Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the impact of online learning using Google Meet based on Android Mobile on the learning interest of informatics students. This research uses quantitative descriptive by describing the data on student interest and response during learning using Google Meet based on Android Mobile and the results of the analysis using linear regression analysis to make conclusions. Research Results The use of Google Meet based on Android Mobile has an impact on learning interest in conditions of online learning. Then the percentage of influence on the use of Google Meet based on Android Mobile in interest in learning is 51.9%. The response also showed a percentage of 71% had good criteria to receive as learning during the pandemic.

Abstract

The development of technology today cannot be stopped. Many parties take advantage of this technological advancement, one of which is in the learning process or online which is generally known as e-learning as a public service that has been implemented at STKIP NU Tegal which can be accessed through the campus academic website. However, technological advances cannot be avoided from threats or losses so they must be balanced with preventable harm or loss. This study aims to realize the performance of the information system and governance of e-learning learning that has been running. This study uses the COBIT 4.1 framework with the domain of Monitoring and Evaluation and Delivery and Support using the technique of calling the questionnaire data with selected sources according to the domain and Control Objective used. From the research results, it was found that STKIP NU has Elearning management in supporting both online learning services and it is felt that there is a need for improvements to some very important control processes that are related at this time.

Abstract

The development of technology today is increasingly developing, including in the agricultural sector, in Penggarutan Village, Bumiayu District, an area in the Brebes Regency, where most of the population works as farmers in the fields. The area in Penggarutan village is ± 239.70 ha, residential area is ± 47.950 ha, rice field area is ± 141.623 ha. (Source: Penggarutan Village Head Office). In Penggarutan Village, the irrigation pattern carried out by farmers usually harvests 3 times per year. Water is indispensable in the process of cultivating paddy fields because if the water is not enough there will be crop failure, by the Sabab, in this paper, we are looking for a suitable irrigation route pattern to irrigate the rice fields in Penggarutan village by applying the Learning Vector Quantization algorithm ( LVQ) as an algorithm for classifying its irrigation paths. The data used as samples of this study were 62 samples of rice fields and attributes consisting of land area, distance of irrigation paths, quality of rice obtained and crop yields during the last year. The programming language used in this paper is to use the Python language. The accuracy of this research results in an accuracy of 76%. Abstract

The construction sector is one sector that strongly supports national development. The benefits of construction services are greatly felt by the community, for example the construction of school buildings, repair and improvement of irrigation networks, construction of hospitals and health centers, telecommunications facilities, roads, railways and so on. Development in each field will provide a very large contribution to its users. Where on CV. Indah Kiat Construction, starting from the project implementation process which takes a long time, is not fast and precise in calculating the budget plan. The purpose of this study to facilitate CV. Indah Construction Tips in calculating the RAB (Expense Budget Plan) so that it is fast and precise. Data collection methods in the form of literature studies, interviews, and observations with the SDLC system development method. The system developed includes project data, work data, price analysis data, RAB data and RAB reports. The result of this research is a project accounting information system design that makes it easier for CV. Indah Construction Tips in calculating RAB (Expense Budget Plan) quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Along with technological developments, images play a very important role as a form of information with the convenience offered in terms of retrieval, processing and storage. Digital image can have a defect (noise) / the main disturbance is salt & pepper type noise which causes the image to experience a decrease in quality. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of digital images (Image enhancement) to improve image quality. The method that can be used to improve image quality (Image Enhancement) is Adaptive Typee-2 Fuzzy. This method will be applied to images containing impulse noise (salt & pepper). This filter consists of two steps, in the first step the pixels are categorized as good or bad. In the second step the pixels that were categorized as bad in the previous step will go through the filter stage. This method is applied to grayscale images to find out how accurate the method is. Based on the discussion, it is found that this method is effective in reducing noise in grayscale-type photographic images, as evidenced by the small value of the Mean Square Error (MSE) and the large value of the resulting Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR). The average MSE value of the adaptive type-2 fuzzy method is 0.006497218 and the average PSNR value is 24.242225. This method is also better when compared to linear filter methods, for example the Median Filter. The average MSE value of the median filter method is 0.061200481 and the average PSNR value is 17.4459775. The histogram equalization method is applied to the output of the filtering, which is a process that changes the distribution of the grayscale value in an image so that it becomes uniform (uniform). This method is proven to be effective in increasing the distribution of grayscale values so that the output image looks brighter and the details are more visible.

Abstract

The Kaliwungu Sejahtera Waste Bank or commonly called BASAMKAS is one way of managing household-scale waste, which focuses on empowering the community in managing household waste. which has economic value. The transaction process carried out at the BASAMKAS waste bank is still less effective and efficient where customers come to the Garbage Bank location with garbage and savings books, then the officer records the results of customer deposits and details of waste savings using notes in the book. Then the clerk wrote back in the savings book belonging to the customer. This study aims to create an android-based waste bank management information system so that activities in the waste bank are in one system. The Android-based waste bank management system will make it easier for officers to make reports and make it easier for customers to transact. Customers or officers do not have to worry about their books being lost or damaged because all data is already stored in the database.

Abstract

Tanaman sawi dapat diserang berbagai macam penyakit, penyakit tersebut dapat diketahui dari gejala yang ditimbulkan, akan tetapi untuk mengetahui secara tepat jenis penyakit yang menyerang tanaman sawi tersebut, memerlukan seorang pakar/ahli pertanian. Sedangkan jumlah pakar pertanian terbatas dan tidak dapat mengatasi permasalahan petani dalam waktu bersamaan, sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem yang mempunyai kemampuan seperti seorang pakar, yang mana di dalam sistem ini berisi pengetahuan keahlian seorang pakar pertanian mengenai penyakit dan gejala tanaman sawi. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem pakar berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining yang dimaksudkan memebantu petani dalam mendiagnosa tanaman sawi. Metode dalam pengembangan sistem yang diapakai adalah extreme programming yang terdiri dari tahapan planning, design, coding, testing. Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit tanaman sawi berbasis web ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman python dengan database PostgreSQL. Sistem pakar ini mampu melakukan tanaman sawi dengan cara mengajukan gejala-gejala penyakit pada saat pemeriksaan. Berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dipilih tersebut, sistem ini akan memberikan hasil diagnosa kemudian akan menampilkan penyakit dan solusi dari penyakit tanaman sawi tersebut serta memberikan nilai keakurasian yang tepat. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Forward Chaining, Tanaman Sawi.

Abstract

The city of Bima is also located between the islands of Bali, Lombok and Labuan Bajo, which have tourist destinations that are in great demand by both domestic and foreign tourists, so that the city of Bima has potential as a tourist destination. The total number of tourist visits experienced a decline from the number of visits from 2019 of 56.39%, which from BPS data the number of tourist visits in 2019 was 170,646 people. During the pandemic, finding the right target in addition to segmenting the market from tourists, managers can identify a market with purchasing power, geographic location, facilities that are already available at tourist objects. By using K-means, it is hoped that the segmentation of the potential of tourist areas in the City of Bima can produce recommendations for the City Government of Bima to develop a strategy for developing tourist destinations. In developing tourism potential, institutions are strengthened through village/kelurahan tourism. For the Districts of Raba and Mpunda even though they are far from Teluk Bima, which do not have marine tourism, they can develop other types of tourism objects such as culinary tourism. The need for travel agents in the promotion of tourist destinations needs to be increased inversely with the number of guides, because the guides will be maximized if the tourists visiting are directly proportional to the number of guides.

Abstract

For identifying the rate of population growth in an area ata future time, a prediction is needed with Radial Basis Function Neural Network algorithm for prediction population number. In this study the decided center using an algorithm K-Means clustering. The study used data on population number, mortality rates, and the brithing rate. The data used is monthly data starts from January 2015 to December 2018 with 144 data as training data and data from January 2019 to August 2020 with 57 data as testing data. MSE results from RBF network training of 0,00033023 and MSE testing of 0,99301. And the MAPE value on this assessement is 14,6968% with accuarcy at 85,3032%

Abstract

The determination of majors in high school, vocational high school and Madrasah Aliyah is done at the beginning of school. Sma Islam Ta'alumul Huda Bumiayu implemented the 2013 education unit level curriculum as a foundation in the cornering process. The selection of the concentration of majors should take into account the interests and academic ability of students so as not to have difficulty in absorbing and understanding the material, to overcome the above problems is required methods that can provide reference for students in selecting the concentration of majors. The methods used are the K-Means clustering algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm. Classification results using the K-Means clustering algorithm and Naive Bayes obtained 80% accuracy.
