Journal Competency of Business is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (July and December) by the Management Study Program at Universitas Cokroaminoto Yogyakarta. Journal Competency of Business discusses management and business broadly and its applications, especially for research relevant to management practices (finance, marketing, operations and human resources) and developing business strategies. Abstract

Abstract Background: A company is an institution or organization whose mission is to provide goods and services to maximize profits. Every company management wants their company to remain sustainable; therefore, it always tries to find strategies to achieve its goals. Company value is central to investors' decisions to invest in a company. The higher the company value, the higher the company's image. This company's high and low value cannot be separated from the various factors that influence it. Several factors can affect the value of a company, including profitability, capital structure, and liquidity. Aim of the Study: The study aimed to test the effect of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on company value partially and simultaneously. Research Method: This quantitative research used secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study included food and beverage sector companies listed on the IDX for 2020-2022. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 31 companies for three years, and after outlier data, the total sample was 93. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software version 26 with a significance level of 5%. Findings: The data analysis showed that the capital structure variable partially affects the company value. Meanwhile, the liquidity and profitability variables partially do not affect the company value. The profitability, liquidity, and capital structure variables simultaneously jeopardize the company's value. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Capital Structure, Company Value.

Abstract

This study is titled "The Influence Of Product Quality, Environmental Knowledge, Environmental Awareness, And Environmental Attitude On Purchase Intention Of Sustainable Products (Electric Motorcycle Products in Yogyakarta City)". This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, environmental knowledge, environmental awareness, and environmental attitude on the purchase intention of electric motorcycles in Yogyakarta City. The research was conducted using a survey method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study was the people of Yogyakarta City who have an interest in buying electric motorcycles. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents who have an interest in electric motorcycle products. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with a coefficient of 0.381, a T-Statistic value of 4.448 (>1.96) (p<0.05). Environmental knowledge with a coefficient of 0.102, a T-Statistic value of 1.063 (<1.96) (p>0.05) and environmental attitude with a coefficient of 0.165, a T-Statistic value of 1.244 (<1.96) (p>0.05) did not affect the purchase intention of electric motorcycles in Yogyakarta City. And environmental awareness also significantly and positively affects purchase intention with a coefficient of 0.331, a T-Statistic value of 3.283 (>1.96) (p<0.05). These findings indicate that the better the product quality and the higher the consumer's environmental awareness, the more it will increase their purchase intention for electric motorcycle products.

Abstract

Financial management is very important in managing a company's funds not only in obtaining funds, financial management also plays a role in determining the appropriate amount of assets from investments in various assets and selecting sources of funds to spend these assets. The same is true in the banking world. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Descriptive research is data collection to test hypotheses or answer questions about the latest status of research subjects. The definition of quantitative itself is research that emphasizes theory testing through measuring research variables with numbers and analyzing data with statistical procedures PT BPR Chandra Muktiartha is one of the companies. The results of the analysis concluded that there was insufficient evidence to support the significant influence of the variables of lending (LDR) and non-performing loans (NPL) on the company's Return on Assets (ROA). Therefore, these results suggest that other factors may be more dominant in influencing the company's ROA that are not considered in this model

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh : (1) Customer satisfaction terhadap minat repurchase pada klinik kecantikan di Yogyakarta, (2) Service quality terhadap minat repurchase pada klinik kecantikan di Yogyakarta, (3) Customer satisfaction dan service quality terhadap minat repurchase pada klinik kecantikan di Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menjelaskan antar variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini belum diketahui jumlahnya sehingga, menggunakan rumus lemeshow agar mendapat nilai minimal responden sebesar 96 responden dan sampel penelitian yang telah dilakukan penyebaran serta pengisian kuesioner sebesar 110 responden melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria berikut (1) Konsumen yang sudah pernah menggunakan jasa klinik kecantikan di Yogyakarta minimal 2 kali, (2) Minimal usia 18 tahun, (3) Berdomisili atau bertempat tinggal di Yogyakarta. Uji prasayarat analisis meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data meliputi analisis regresi ganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) customer satisfaction secara parsial memiliki nilai t sebesar 2.194 dan nilai signifikansi 0,03≤0,05 maka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat repurchase; 2) service quality secara parsial memiliki nilai t sebesar 6.404 dan nilai signifikansi 0,00≤0,05 maka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat repurchase; 3) pada uji stimultan variabel customer satisfaction dan service quality memiliki nilai signifikan 0,00≤0,05 artinya kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengguaan AI dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah sesuatu yang tidak mungkin dihindari, salah satunya adalah di bidang pendidikan. Salah satu aplikasi berbasis AI yang bisa digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa adalah Diffit for Teacher. AI dalam Diffit memudahkan Dosen untuk menentukan materi dan metode pembelajaran yang tepat bagi setiap mahasiswa berdasarkan level kemampuannya masing-masing. Pemanfaatan AI untuk pembelajaran ESP telah terbukti memberikan banyak manfaat baik bagi dosen maupun mahasiswa. Mahasiwa yang menggunakan bantuan AI mempunyai kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam speaking, listening maupun reading comprehension. Kata kunci: AI, ESP, Diffit for teacher Abstract Ai for daily use is something that cannot be avoided, especially in the education field. One of the applications based on AI uses for language learning is Diffit for Teacher. AI in Diffit made lecturers easily identify and analyze suitable material and method of learning for each student based on their level of knowledge. AI for language learning has been proofed helping both lecturers and students. Students who use AI for their study get a better level of speaking, listening and reading comprehension skills than students who do not use AI. Keyword: AI, ESP, Diffit for teacher.
