This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, compensation, and work culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Sukamenanti Public Health Center, West Pasaman Regency. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. by distributing questionnaires to 63 respondents. The results obtained that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Sukamenanti Public Health Center employees, West Pasaman Regency. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Sukamenanti Public Health Center employees, West Pasaman Regency. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Sukamenanti Public Health Center employees, West Pasaman Regency. The work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at Sukamenanti Health Center employees, West Pasaman Regency. Compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at Sukamenanti Public Health Center employees, West Pasaman Regency. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Sukamenanti Health Center employees, West Pasaman Regency. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Sukamenanti Health Center employees, West Pasaman Regency. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of the work environment on employee performance because the value of the direct influence is greater than the indirect effect. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance because the value of the direct influence is greater than the indirect effect. This study aims to test an extensive effect of transformational leadership, and organizational culture on the performance of employees with achievement motivation as the variable intervening comes home PT Semen Padang. Methods of collecting data through surveys and circulating kingdom, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis using STATISTIC SPSS 25. The results of the study were obtained transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on motivation to face faculty faced. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on achievement motivation. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Disconnecting motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Achieving motivation does not mediate transformational leadership on employee performance. Achieving motivation does not mediate organizational culture on employee performance. The contribution of the independent variable contribution of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and motivation faced variables depends on the performance of 85.7%. While the rest is 14.3% influenced by other variables outside of this study

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji “Dampak sosialisasi perpajakan, pemahaman wajib pajak, tarif pajak, sanksi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak”. Dengan mengambil data dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner terhadap 82 sampel pada kantor UMKM kota padang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 22 .Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) Sosialisasi perpajakan tidak berpenagruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak (2) Pemahaman wajib pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak (3) Tarif pajak tidak berpenagruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak (4) Sanksi pajak tidak berpenagruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak (5) Kualitas pelayanan fiskus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and discipline on employee performance through work motivation as an intervention variable at the Department of Horticulture and Animal Husbandry. This study uses a survey approach, namely the method of collecting data using primary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 71 respondents. The analytical method used is the multiple regression method. The results of the regression analysis in this study indicate that: There is a positive and significant relationship between job mutations, there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and employees, there is a positive but not significant relationship between performance mutations and employees, there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational culture. on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence between employee performance, organizational culture is not mediated by work objectives on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of the variable is a value of 0.591, meaning that mutations and organizational culture affect the variables by 59.1%, and the remaining 40.9% is not influenced by other variables that are not included in the research model.

This study aims to analyze and find out how much influence Servant Leadership and Work Environment has on employee performance at the Housing Office of the Land and Environment Settlement Area of Sawahlunto City with work motivation as an interfering variable. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 68 respondents. The analytical method used is validity and reliability test, path analysis, and multiple regression analysis, for hypothesis testing used t-test and F test using SPSS. The results of the study concluded that 1). There is a positive and significant influence of Servant leadership on work motivation. 2). There is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on work motivation. 3). There is a positive and insignificant effect of Servant leadership on employee performance. 4). There is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on employee performance. 5). There is a positive and insignificant effect of work motivation on employee performance. 6). Work motivation does not mediate Servant leadership on employee performance. 7). Work motivation does not mediate the work environment on employee performance

This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment has on the organizational commitment of the Padang Pariaman District Hospital with work as an intervening variable. The research variables are work environment (X1), workload (X2) work goals (Z), and organizational commitment (Y). Methods of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires with a sample of 73 respondents. The analytical methods used are validity and reliability tests, path analysis, and multiple regression analysis, for hypothesis testing used a t-test and F test. The results show a) That partially there is a positive and insignificant effect of work environment on job satisfaction. b) That partially there is a negative and significant effect of workload on job satisfaction. c) That partially there is a positive and significant influence on the work environment on organizational commitment. d) That partially there is a positive and significant influence on the workload of organizational commitment. e) That partially there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. f) goals do not mediate the work environment on organizational commitment. g) work goals do not mediate workload on organizational commitment. Figures Based on the Adjust R square equation 1 obtained by 0.467 or 46.7%, this shows that the proportion of the contribution of Model I independent variables Work environment (X1) and workload (X2) to the activity-dependent variable (Z) is 46.7%, while the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other variables that do not have to be studied

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Komitmen Organisasional sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Dharmasraya. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 70 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur menggunakan smartpls. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi.

This study aims to determine how much influence the variables of leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially on the performance of health workers at the Muara Siberut Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency, South Siberut District, using data collection methods in the form of questionnaires and the analysis method used is regression. multiple linear. The results showed that the variables of leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of health workers at the Muara Siberut Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency, South Siberut District, marked with an R value of 0.707 and an Adjusted R Square of 0.479. This shows that there is a strong relationship between leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of health workers at the Muara Siberut Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency, South Siberut District by 47.9% while the remaining 52.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Partially, the variables of leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of health workers at the Muara Siberut Health Center, Mentawai Islands Regency, South Siberut District.

This study aims to examine how much influence Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment have on the Discipline of State Vocational High School Teachers in Padang Timur District with Leadership as an Intervening variable. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 94 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis using smartpls. The results obtained based on the Partial Test have a significant positive effect on Organizational Culture on Leadership. There is an insignificant positive effect of Organizational Commitment on Leadership. There is a significant positive influence of Organizational Culture on Teacher Discipline. There is an insignificant positive effect of Organizational Commitment on Teacher Discipline. There is a significant positive effect of Leadership on Teacher Discipline. Leadership mediates the influence of Organizational Culture on Teacher Discipline. Leadership does not mediate the effect of Organizational Commitment on Teacher Discipline.
