Abstract

There are important things that can increase the productivity of MSMEs, one of which is entrepreneurial orientation. MSMEs in Indonesia which have an entrepreneurial orientation are still low compared to other countries. Characteristics are determined by several factors inherent in the business owner or can be determined by limitations or sizes inherent in the stage of business development. The shortcomings of MSME actors in Indonesia can be caused by a lack of resources such as money, time, knowledge, and expertise. entrepreneurial orientation is very supportive of the performances of business people or MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to find out how entrepreneurial orientation can be an effort to improve marketing performance, especially for MSMEs. This study uses a descriptive narrative method where the main explanation focuses on the results of the analysis and discussion of theories that are in accordance with the research problem. Entrepreneurial orientation has significant and insignificant implications for the marketing performance of SMEs. Based on the results of the research, entrepreneurial orientation has positive implications for marketing performance. Almost all previous studies say that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance. However, if you look deeper, some studies still suggest that entrepreneurial orientation does not have positive implications for marketing performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence, independence, work experience, and professional skepticism on audit quality with auditor ethics as moderating at the Representative Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency of Riau Province. This research is a quantitative research that uses primary data with a questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were all internal auditors who worked at the Representative Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency of Riau Province. The research sample was selected using the non-probability sampling method , the research sample obtained was as many as 53 respondents.software (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 25. The results showed that the independent variables, namely competence, independence, work experience, and professional skepticism had an effect on the dependent variable, namely audit quality. And the moderating variable, namely auditor ethics, is known to not moderate the effect of competence, independence, work experience, and professional skepticism on audit quality

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions in Pekanbaru. This study uses the technique of Accidental Sampling with a sample determination of 100 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires, and the data analysis used was simple regression analysis with the spss 25.0 application for windows. This study uses simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Word of Mouth has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Smile With Vegas Pekanbaru. It can be seen that the monitoring and instrument indicators have a minimum value, while the speaker indicator has a maximum value. The average results of respondents' responses regarding purchasing decisions are classified as agree in making purchasing decisions at Smile With Vegas Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, find out, and explain the effect of price and promotion on the purchase decision of Honda Beat motorcycles on a CV. Prima Motor Pasirpangaraian (Case Study of Rambah Jaya Village Community, Rokan Hulu Regency). This study used quantitative methods by managing data obtained from the population and a research sample of 100 respondents and 1 PIC dealer CV. Prima Motor and 1 marketing chairman. The type and source of data used in this study were to use secondary data and primary data where data collection was through the dissemination of questionnaires and conducting interviews. Then the data that has been collected by the author identifies and groups data using a descriptive analysis method, namely conducting research from data that has been found in the field. From the results of the study, the price variable was in the agree-on category, the promotion variable was in the agreed category and the purchase decision was in the agreed category. Then from the statistical calculations, there are results where the price and promotion have a significant effect on the purchase decision of the Honda Beat motorcycle on the CV. Prima Motor Pasirpangaraian (Case Study of Rambah Jaya Village Community, Rokan Hulu Regency).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance in students. This type of research uses the method of library research (library research). The results of the research on entrepreneurial orientation which consist of aspects of innovation have a significant effect on business performance of business actors carried out by students. Entrepreneurial orientation has an effect on business performance, these results are able to increase entrepreneurial orientation and are able to improve business performance in students.
