Palm oil is one of the largest agricultural commodities in Indonesia, which positively influences economic and social growth. Riau Province is the province with the largest oil palm plantation in Indonesia. Economic development is considered a threat because it pursues growth alone and is considered to ignore environmental conditions. So far, palm oil waste has been used for solid waste as briquettes, biogas, paper pulp raw materials, and liquid waste as fertilizer. Meanwhile, palm oil sticks are considered commercial and can become a new industry but have not been developed. The purpose of this study was to examine from a business perspective the external and internal environment in the utilization of palm oil stick waste in Rokan Hilir district, Riau Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the external environment consisted of guidance from the government, assistance with business facilities and equipment, loan application procedures, and licensing procedures, while the internal environment consisted of business capital, human resources, business networks, technology and equipment, product promotion and online marketing/marketing.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and member satisfaction on member loyalty at the Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Indragiri Financial Institution. The analysis method used in this research is Data Quality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test and Classical Assumption Test. In this study, it can be concluded that the quality of services provided and the satisfaction obtained by members of the Indragiri BMT Financial Institution can generate Member Loyalty and become a value for members to always survive and be loyal to the Financial Institutions BMT Indragiri. From testing the results of data analysis in this study, the data quality test results obtained from the validity and reliability tests on the variable service quality, member satisfaction and member loyalty declared valid and reliable, as evidenced by the validity test which shows that each item value is greater than the rtabel value. 0.208. Whereas the reliability test proves that the data is reliable with 20 instrument values which state the value is greater than the r table. The results of multiple linear regression analysis between service quality, member satisfaction and member loyalty obtained the value of Y == 4,541+ 0.109X1 + 0.243X2. From the research results obtained R2 value of 0.221, which means that the variable service quality, member satisfaction has a positive and significant simultaneous influencer of 22.1% of members on member loyalty. In testing the hypothesis, namely the F test, it can be seen that together these three variables had a positive and significant simultaneous effect because the value of Fcount lebih dari Ftable (12,203 lebih dari3,10). In the t test, to test the effect of the three variables, namely service quality and member satisfaction, the service quality variables had the most dominant influence on member loyalty. Where, the count value of the service quality variable (X1) is the largest compared to the member satisfaction variable, which is 3,902.

The research conducted by the author aims to determine the effect of the Product Innovation variable on the Buying Interest variable in the Tekat Tiga Dara business in Pekanbaru City, the phenomena raised include making new innovations to improve product quality, product innovation both in terms of increasing prices and values. use the product in order to create the features of the products sold, prioritizing Malay characteristics, The level of consumer buying interest in Tekat Tiga Dara products occurs because of the attractiveness of each unique product, and consumers tend to buy Tekat Tiga Dara products because of the desire for new product innovations. resulting from. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used incidental sampling technique with a total sample of 50 respondents, the data used in the study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, the types of data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data then data analysis techniques used in this study This research includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, T Test, Simple Coefficient of Determination, Statistical Hypothesis, and Simple Linear Regression using SPSS v.22. For the results of the tests carried out, the results showed that the product innovation variable affected buying interest in the business of three virgins in the city of Pekanbaru.

The existence of BUMDes BUMDes as a successful social institution is expected to contribute to the provision of all social service efforts to the community. In addition, as a commercial institution, BUMDes aims to provide benefits from every commercial business carried out that contributes to each of its business activities and favors the interests of the community. Achieving success, the professional implementation and management of BUMDes need to be carried out with a good, transparent, and sustainable level of accountability as a serious effort to make BUMDes run independently, effectively, and efficiently. In order to achieve this, it is, of course, essential for BUMDes to prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that suit the needs of each business unit effectively and efficiently. The problem of limited knowledge and skills of Community Service (PKM) partners related to preparing effective and efficient SOPs is overcome through this PKM activity. This community service activity with PKM BUMDes Sumber Berkah partners is carried out with counseling methods and basic training to recognize the steps for preparing BUMDes SOPs following SOP principles to improve the quality of BUMDes services. The achievement of the target of this PKM activity is an increase in the knowledge and skills of partners in formulating SOPs effectively and efficiently.

This study aims to analyze the strategy of developing Riau Malay woven fabrics’ competitiveness and what factors predominantly influence efforts to develop the sustainable competitive advantage of the Riau malay weaving industry based on local wisdom of Malay fabrics in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique chosen was using a purposive sampling of 14 SMEs of Riau Malay woven fabric in Pekanbaru. SWOT analysis was applied as an analysis tool. This research is more in looking at the Riau Malay woven fabric craftsmen based on their ethnic abilities to differ from previous research. The research findings show aspects of product strength consisting of authenticity values of motifs/patterns based on typical regional philosophies not possessed by other regions as a cultural identity. Facing the global challenge as one of the efforts to build professional Civil Servants and increase their competence is through Education and Training (Diklat). In Government Regulation No. 101 of 2002 on education and training of civil servant positions, it is mentioned that the implementation of the training is expected to create employee resources that have the necessary competencies to improve the quality of professionalism. This study aims to determine the Effect of Education and Training on Civil Servant Professionalism at the Personnel Board of Education and Training Bengkalis Regency. In order to get a detailed description of the authors using descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Samples in this study were 52 people Employment Agency Employment Education and Training Bengkalis Regency. Data collection is done through questionnaires. Testing research instrument using validity test and reliability test. Data processing techniques using simple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing to find out how much influence of Education and Training on Civil Servant Professionalism at Bengkalis District Education and Training Personnel Board. The results of this study indicate that the Influence of Education and Training on Civil Servant Professionalism at Bengkalis District Personnel Education and Training Agency categorized Strong. Therefore, efforts must be made by the Agency for Human Resources Education and Training of Bengkalis Regency for Civil Servant Competence at the Office of the Personnel Board of Education and Training of Bengkalis Regency is more optimizing the implementation of Education and Training programs of employees, especially education and functional technical training. Because the training program is very influential on improving the competence of civil service officers of the Education and Training Agency of Bengkalis Regency in particular and Civil Servants of Local Government of Bengkalis Regency in general.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of services to manage building permits (IMB) in the Department of Investment and One Stop Services (DPMPSP) Bengkalis Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative descriptive research which means to describe and explain in depth the public services that are carried out. Technical data collection using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the mechanism and procedures for implementing the services provided to the community have met the standard service procedures. The service period is fast and continues to be maximized by service officers and technical officers involved in issuing building permits. Service fees that are free of charge to license applicants and the payment system most applicants expect through ATMs. Service products that are considered to be very good and also require regular improvement, such as in the product of complaint services. Supporting facilities and infrastructures are deemed necessary for special attention so that the creation of maximum service, although at this time with existing facilities and infrastructure services are still carried out to the maximum. The competency of service officers is also maximized by providing soft skills and hard skills training, especially in building permit services.

Business actors' competition in capturing market share has made it essential for business actors to implement sustainable competitive advantage through local wisdom and innovation. It is expected to improve product quality sustainably. This study aims to analyze sustainable competitive advantage based on local wisdom and innovation in small and medium enterprises of Riau Malay traditional food in Pekanbaru. The research method used is qualitative with observation, interview, and literary techniques. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling on ten business actors and triangulation as the analysis technique in this study. This study's findings are that local wisdom factors and product innovation are a source of sustainable competitive advantage in the micro and small business sector of Riau Malay traditional food in Pekanbaru. Although innovations made in traditional Riau Malay food products, this has not made the product more homogeneous but still thick with its uniqueness and authenticity. The resources owned's heterogeneity is reflected in local knowledge, local skills, local resources, and local values in traditional Riau Malay food products, a differentiator that competitors cannot imitate.

The research was conducted using two variables, where variable X was product innovation and variable Y was buying interest. The phenomena raised include Sedap Talent's efforts to innovate products by processing catfish into various kinds of products without preservatives, Sedap Bakat also already has a P-IRT business license, LP-POM MUI halal certificate and P-IRT Health Office certificate so that the product is safe for consumption. consumed, the distribution channels offered by Sedap Talent vary so that consumers can choose the distribution channel they want. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product innovation variables on purchasing decision variables in the Sedap Bakat business in Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative methods. The research location is at Jalan Gading Marpoyan Gang Ludang Noomor 130 RT 05 RW 08 Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used incidental technique with a total sample of 50 respondents. The types and sources of data used in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques used in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, T Test, Coefficient of Determination, Hypotheses, statistics and simple linear regression using SPSS 22. For the results of the tests carried out, the results show that product innovation variables affect purchasing decisions in businesses. Tasty Talent in Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City by 60% and 40% is influenced by other variables.

Village-owned enterprises provide many benefits for village communities to be able to improve the village economy. One of the goals established by BUMDes is to improve the village economy. One of the goals of establishing BUMDes is to eradicate poverty in the village community and empower the potential of the village. This community service activity aims to assist the management of BUMDes in the village of Muaro Sentajo, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of the outreach activities for mentoring the governance of BUMDes can be arranged planning work programs based on the results of discussions between the PKM team, village officials, BUMDes managers and the local community. The mentoring for BUMDes governance provides solutions to problems faced by other things related to all human resources for BUMDes managers, namely providing technical guidance, management of existing BUMDes businesses but not yet optimal, (Savings and Loans, BRI Link, Saprodi Fertilizer, Agricultural Equipment and Agricultural Medicine).
