Abstract

This research is the form of School Action Research, which is a research that is a collaboration between researchers and teachers. This study aims to improve the competence of subject teachers in preparing the Lesson Plan (RPP) through a workshop at MA Masmur. A total of 20 MA Masmur subject teachers became research subjects through workshops held at the school in two cycles. Submission of material related to the development of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) is carried out by the researcher who is the Head of MA Masmur. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The research procedure carried out includes the following steps; 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation and 4) reflection. Data were collected through interviews, observations and reflections. The data was then analyzed using the percentage technique to see the increase that occurred from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The results of this school action research showed that in the first cycle the average value of the 2013 Curriculum RPP component developed by the teacher was 52.2%, in the second cycle the score was 52.2%. the average component of the 2013 Curriculum RPP developed by teachers was 84.4%, so there was an increase of 32.2%. The results of the School Action Research (PTS) can be concluded as follows: Through workshops it can increase teacher motivation in compiling the 2013 Curriculum RPP completely

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of mathematical items on the topic of Trigonometry. The items are pretest/posttest questions that have been tested on class XI students who have studied the topic of Trigonometry. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used the statistical application of the Anates 4.05 program. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the validity of the questions was categorized as good and very good. In addition, the test reliability value was obtained with 0.79 points which stated that the question had a very high level of reliability. Based on the differentiating power, the items are quite good and are classified as easy and medium questions based on the level of difficulty. The quality of the pretest/posttest items is valid and reliable and deserves to be tested.

Abstract

This study aims to identify student learning barriers on the topic of Chemical Equilibrium Shifts. This research is a descriptive analysis research. This research was conducted in class XI MAN 3 Pekanbaru with a total of 30 students. Data collection in the study was carried out using document studies, observation, and interviews. The data obtained were then analyzed using a descriptive interpretive method. Based on data analysis, it can be seen that learning barriers are caused by previous learning experiences that familiarize students with memorizing concepts so that they are not familiar with problems that require higher analytical thinking skills. And due to the limitations of students' understanding of contextual applications and concepts. Based on the analysis of the findings and discussion, the conclusions that can be obtained are that the learning barriers identified on the topic of chemical equilibrium shifts in this study are didactic and epistemological.

Abstract

This research is a Class Action Research with two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The study was conducted on 32 students of class XI IPA at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Techniques used in collecting data include tests and observation of student activities. The results showed that the application of the TAI type of cooperative learning model could improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by an increase in student learning outcomes and student activity from cycle I to cycle II, namely the value of learning outcomes on the final test and student activity in cycle I is 80% of students scored 78 and the average value of student activity is 1.9, while in the final test and student activity in cycle II were 90% of students scored 78 and the average value of student activity was 2.7. This shows an increase in student learning outcomes and activeness by using the TAI type of cooperative learning model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the capacity of the bumdes business through improving business management and initiating the establishment of new businessesThis study uses a qualitative descriptive research method that is useful for providing a detailed description of the Strategy for Developing the Village Economy through Strengthening the Bumdes Business Unit for Savings and Loans (U-USP) in Parit Kebumen Village, Rupat District.The results of the research. Community empowerment in developing the economy in Parit Kebumen Village is going pretty well, indicated by the existence of MSMEs in Parit Kebumen Village such as Handicraft Businesses, stalls, Shrimp Ponds, Rubber, Oil Palm, Coconut, Tofu, Tempe and public knowledge about MSMEs at this time do not fully know because the village community opens a business only to meet the daily needs of the Parit Kebumen village community and needs to be considered in managing MSMEs starting from aspects of financial management, human resources, operations and marketing.
