Abstract

Flowmap is a mixture of map and flow chart, Flowmap describes what activities are currently running. explain the relationships of data and information with the parts of the activity. With a flowmap, you can describe system entities in detail. At PT. Sinar Halomoan lack of employee data management. Usually the system used to manage data and store employee data is currently still using MS.Excel so it is not used optimally. So far, in the process of managing employee data, they still use Microsoft Office Excel, to obtain or access employee data, they must find the section that manages the data. In order to make this easier so that it does not become a problem for the company in the future, a web-based personnel information system is designed with boostrap version 4.5 so that this system can meet the needs of PT. Sinar Halomoan in terms of employee data collection. With the design of the employee data information system at PT. Sinar Halomoan, it is hoped that it will help the Personnel and HRD departments to facilitate the management of employee data.

Abstract

IP addresses are also known as computer identification codes on the network / internet, every computer connected to the network must have an IP address on each interface and the IP address itself must be unique because no computer can use the same IP address. same. 32-bit IPv4 addresses will be increasingly limited and difficult to obtain in the future, therefore a new development of IP addresses is needed, namely, Internet Protocol vesion 6 (IPv6) or known as Internet Protocol Next Generation (IPNG) is a layer third protocol created to replace IPv4. At this time not only computers are connected to the internet, but everyday equipment such as cell phones, PDAs, household appliances and so on are also connected to the internet. The author tries to do a comparative study of the use of IPv4 and IPv6 in building a Local Area Network (LAN). This research is expected to help users who will make the transition from IPv4 to IPv6

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola perbedaan karakteristik pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sumatera Utara (RS USU) berdasarkan kelas Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) menggunakan pendekatan algoritma k-means. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan jumlah pasien dengan kelas BPJS yang berbeda selama periode tertentu. Metode analisis data menggunakan algoritma k-means untuk membentuk kelompok pasien yang serupa berdasarkan variabel yang relevan, seperti diagnosa, dokter yang bertanggung jawab, dan penanggung. Hasil analisis cluster diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pola-pola karakteristik pasien rawat inap dengan kelas BPJS yang berbeda di RS USU. Temuan dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi berharga bagi pihak rumah sakit dan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial dalam pengelolaan sumber daya, perencanaan layanan kesehatan, serta perbaikan kualitas pelayanan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan strategi personalisasi perawatan pasien yang lebih efektif sesuai dengan kebutuhan kelompok pasien tertentu. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan ini, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengelolaan sumber daya kesehatan secara efisien, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, dan memberikan landasan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam konteks analisis cluster pada pasien rawat inap dengan kelompok asuransi kesehatan yang berbeda.

Abstract

Saat ini, listrik tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Hampir setiap tugas yang dilakukan manusia sehari-hari melibatkan penggunaan gadget bertenaga listrik. Sudah menjadi rahasia umum bahwa penggunaan energi listrik terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Penerapan Teknologi Blockchain pada Sistem Keamanan Informasi menggunakan metodologi kualitatif, menganalisis dan meneliti berbagai sumber literatur terkait blockchain dan sistem keamanan informasi. Pendekatan ini akan mendukung pemahaman dan penilaian integrasi teknologi blockchain dengan sistem keamanan informasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah . Jaringan pintar (smart grid) memiliki ketahanan terhadap bencana alam dan serangan. Smart Grid tidak hanya tahan terhadap serangan fisik, namun juga tahan terhadap serangan siber. Sebagian besar kemajuan ekonomi berasal dari sistem yang kompleks seperti jaringan pintar (smart grid). Pengguna panel surya, misalnya, mungkin membebani jaringan listrik dengan lonjakan listrik dari sumber-sumber ini. Penerapan teknologi blockchain pada sistem keamanan informasi menawarkan sejumlah keuntungan signifikan, termasuk solusi keamanan informasi yang kuat, penyimpanan data yang andal, jaminan integritas data, anonimitas pengguna, dan transparansi dalam data dan transaksi. Penting untuk membicarakan bagaimana teknologi blockchain dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan privasi pengguna dan sistem keamanan informasi.

Abstract

Incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into educational settings has been thrust forward using information and communication technology to improve the teaching and learning processes. In November of 2022, a significant advancement in this field occurred with the launch of ChatGPT, a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence. This cutting-edge chatbot can create logical and instructive replies, much like those that human users generate. Because of its versatility, ChatGPT has emerged as a potential supporter of open education. It offers helpful assistance, coaching, and feedback to learners who are self-directed, which in turn increases the learners' levels of motivation and engagement. This article aims to conduct an in-depth comparison and analysis of the elements above, focusing on the possible uses of ChatGPT inside educational settings. The particular goals include lobbying for adopting ChatGPT in academic settings and providing educators with various strategies and approaches to use ChatGPT in a manner that is both deliberate and successful in pedagogical or research endeavours. One of the primary objectives of this study is to encourage a well-informed discussion on the use of ChatGPT in educational settings. When it comes to incorporating ChatGPT services into educational environments, it outlines the fundamental techniques and approaches that should be used simultaneously.
