Abstract

Distribusi merupakan rangkaian kegiatan untuk menyalurkan atau menyerahkan alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai (BMHP) dengan menjamin keamanan, ketersediaan, ketepatan jumlah, ketepatan jenis, dan ketepatan waktu yang terjangkau dan sesuai dengan standar mutu pelayanan kefarmasian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem distribusi alat kesehatan dan BMHP di bangsal rawat inap rumah sakit dirgahayu samarinda dan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem distribusi alat kesehatan dan BMHP tersalurkan dengan efisien di bangsal rawat inap rumah sakit dirgahayu samarinda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripitif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan telaah dokumen. Informan dalam pengambilan data di rumah sakit dirgahayu samarinda adalah kepala gudang farmasi atau kepala bagian penyimpanan dan distribusi, petugas pelaksana distribusi, kepala ruangan, dan perawat. hasil penelitian yang didapatkan Jumlah persentase permintaan dan pengeluaran barang gudang ke ruangan diperoleh hasil yang belum efektif karena tidak memenuhi standar 100% yaitu pada ruang Gabriel 1 sebesar 97%, Gabriel 2 sebesar 96%, Gema 1 sebesar 96%, Gema 3 sebesar 98%, Theresia 2 sebesar 96%, theresia 3 97%, dan Yakobus B sebesar 98.91%. Dan ada juga yang memenuhi standar yaitu pada ruang Gabriel 3 sebesar 100%, dan Gema 2 sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Apotek merupakan pelayanan kefarmasian tempat apoteker melakukan praktik kefarmasian Salah satu kegiatannya adalah PIO (Pelayanan Informasi Obat). Pelayanan informasi obat merupakan kegiatan pemberian informasi yang tepat dari apoteker ke pasien. Swamedikasi adalah upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk mengobati penyakit atau gejala yang dialami oleh diri sendiri tanpa mendapatkan resep, diagnosa, dan saran dari dokter juga bantuan dari petugas kesehatan lainnya. Cara mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yaitu dengan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan tersebut dengan menggunakan dimensi kehandalan (reliabilitiy), bukti fisik (tangible), ketanggapan (responsiveness), empati (emphaty), dan jaminan (assurance). Penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan rumus Cochran untuk menentukan besar sampel, populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh pasien yang masuk dalam kriteria inklusi di Apotek Kem Kem Cendana dan jumlah sampel adalah 100 responden. Hasilnya pada dimensi kehandalan total nilai kualitas pelayanan sebesar -0.88, dimensi fasilitas berwujud sebesar -0.24, dimensi daya tanggap sebesar 0.07, dimensi jaminan sebesar 0.11, dan dimensi empati sebesar -0.09. Dari hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar pasien dari Apotek Kem Kem Cendana merasa belum puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan.

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency of East Kalimantan Province recorded 337 HIV/AIDS cases in 2023, with Samarinda accounting for the highest number of cases (134). Effective HIV/AIDS treatment is key to slowing disease progression, improving patients' quality of life, and reducing the risk of viral transmission. Antiretroviral therapy (ARV) has become the standard of care for HIV/AIDS patients. This study aims to analyze adherence to antiretroviral therapy in HIV/AIDS patients at the Temindung Community Health Center. The method used was a quantitative cross-sectional approach, where the independent and dependent variables were measured at a single point in time. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, data collection techniques, and the number of HIV/AIDS patient visits to the Temindung Community Health Center Pharmacy Unit. The expected outcomes of this study are improved patient understanding and adherence to antiretroviral therapy (ARV), as well as identification of factors influencing adherence levels in HIV/AIDS patients at the Temindung Community Health Center. Based on the analysis of data obtained through observations, questionnaires, and the number of patient visits for ARV treatment, this study is expected to provide relevant recommendations to improve the quality of service and support the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS patient treatment at the Temindung Community Health Center.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical Services in Hospitals is a unit that cannot be separated from the entire service system in hospitals that focuses on patient care, the provision of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and Medical Consumables (BMHP) that are affordable for every community, one of which is pharmaceutical services. clinic. Pharmaceutical services can be identified through the satisfaction level of outpatients. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients with pharmaceutical services at the Pharmacy Installation of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital, Samarinda. This study uses a questionnaire sheet which was carried out in July – August 2022. The sample used was outpatients who received services at the Pharmacy Installation of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital, Samarinda, which were taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the percentage using the TKP formula. The results of the analysis of patient satisfaction levels obtained are very satisfied tangibles (89%), very satisfied reliability (86%), very satisfied responsiveness (84%), very satisfied assurance (85%) and very satisfied empathy (85%).

Abstract

Research on methanyl yellow dye in yellow tofu was carried out to determine the presence or absence of methanyl yellow and to determine the levels of methanyl yellow in yellow tofu samples circulating on the market in Samarinda Ulu sub- district by Thin Layer Chromatography and UV-Vis Spectrophotometry. This study began with a TLC test on 10 samples of yellow tofu so that the results obtained after the test obtained a standard Rf value of 0.946 while in the 10 samples of yellow tofu, the presence of methanyl yellow dye was not identified. In the UV-Vis Spectrophotometry test, the maximum wavelength was 422 nm with an absorbance of 0.279, which is still within the standard range for the maximum wavelength of methanyl yellow, namely 390-450 nm. The standard curve equation results obtained are y = 0.1062x – 0.0719 with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9989, this indicates that the correlation is very strong if the R2 value obtained is above 0.9 but less than 1.0. The UV-Vis spectrophotometry method was also carried out on 10 samples of yellow tofu although it had been tested using the thin layer chromatography method and did not identify the presence of methanyl yellow dye. The aim was to see the wavelength produced by each sample along with its absorbance value.
