<![CDATA[During the pandemic, many businesses, including SMEs, experienced a slump due to a decrease in sales volume. To maintain the survival of SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic, an appropriate marketing strategy management is needed. Therefore, this study aims to describe the implementation of the 7P marketing mix in increasing sales volume, and to find out the factors that hinder and support its implementation. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The variable being tested is the 7P marketing mix strategy (Kotler and Keller) in increasing sales volume. Data collection was carried out in March-June 2021 with interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis technique uses interactive model data analysis, checking the validity of the data using triangulation. Research shows that AMPUH SMEs are successful in implementing the 7P marketing mix strategy in increasing sales, namely to attract consumers' interest by developing a sustainable competitive advantage.]]>

<![CDATA[One component of the athlete's physical condition is endurance. With good endurance, the athlete's performance in the competition will increase. The purpose of this study: to provide information to coaches and athletes about the VO₂Max level of Dragon Wira Yuda Diving Athletes in 2021. The results of this study are expected to be useful for athletes and readers. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study, namely the Dragon Wira Yuda Diving Athlete, amounted to 12 athletes. This research instrument uses the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). The results of the analysis of VO₂Max data for the Dragon Wira Yudha Kediri athlete in the diving (finswimming) branch, the majority were categorized as LESS with men level 6 turning 8 with a score of 35.87, while for female athletes level 5 turning 7 with a value of 32.4 aerobic capacity (VO2MAX).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how big the students' perception of swimming lessons in class X SMA N 1 Pare in the 2019/2020 school year. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The population in this study were students of class X SMA N 1 Pare totaling 190 students. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling technique. Validation of the data using the product moment formula with rhit > rtab (0.361) there are 28 valid questions. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. The results showed as many as 65 students or (50.39%) in the very positive category, as many as 61 students or (47.29%) in the positive category, as many as 3 students or (2.33%) in the less positive category and 0.00% in the negative category]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of size, DAR, and managerial ownership structure on earnings management by applying prudence as moderating both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the automotive industry and its components which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016 with a total population of 12 companies. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the type of research is causality. Data analysis used the Moderated Regression Analysis (Moderated Regression Analysis) with SPSS 20. Then tested using the classical assumption test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test), and hypothesis testing (F Test, T Test). The results of the study simultaneously state that size, DAR and managerial ownership structure have a significant effect on earnings management. Partially stated that the size and structure of managerial ownership have a significant effect on earnings management, while DAR has no significant effect on earnings management. Prudence can simultaneously moderate the effect of size, DAR and managerial ownership structure on earnings management. Partially Prudence can moderate the effect of size on earnings management.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to improve the skill of passing down in volleyball in class IV SDN Sumberagung 2 Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency. This research is a type of classroom action research with a qualitative descriptive approach. This classroom action research consists of 4 stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation. and (4) reflection. The subjects in this study were 13 fourth grade students at SDN Sumberagung 2, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency. The results showed in two cycles, namely three meetings in cycles 1 and 2. The success rate of students in cycle 1, meetings 1,2, and 3 was 38.6%, 43.3%, 49%, and in cycle 2 as much as 62%, 77%, 80%. In conclusion, using the king and troop game method can improve down passing skills in volleyball learning for fourth grade students at SDN Sumberagung 2.]]>

<![CDATA[Passing is the most basic technique in a volleyball game and usually the down pass is also called the forearm pass. The aims of this study were to determine: (1) whether there was a significant relationship between arm muscles and the ability to pass down the athletes of the Pasuruan bong volleyball club; (2) the presence or absence of the level of arm muscle strength with the ability to pass down in the athletes of the bong volleyball club of the Pasuruan city club. The target of this study was the male athletes of the Bong Volleyball Club, Pasuruan City, totaling 16 athletes. The type of research used in this research is correlational research. The data collection process was carried out by testing the strength of the arm muscles using a push up test for 30 seconds and a passing down test using the Brady Wall Volly Test. Furthermore, the research data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 series. The results showed: (1) There was a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and lower passing ability with a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The accuracy of smash in badminton extracurricular at SMP Negeri 3 Lamongan still varies. This study aims to determine the accuracy of the badminton extracurricular male students' smash at SMP Negeri 3 Lamongan in 2020/2021. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The research population was male students in extracurricular badminton at SMP Negeri 3 Lamongan, totaling 12 students who were taken using a total sampling technique. Data analysis using SPSS version 20 software application. The results of this study indicate that the accuracy of the badminton extracurricular male students' smash hits at SMP Negeri 3 Lamongan is in the "very poor" category of 8.33% (1 student), "less" of 0.0 % (0 students), "enough" at 33.33% (4 students), "good" at 41.66% (5 students), "very good" at 16.66% (2 students).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of personality, human resource competence, use of accounting information, and venture capital on the performance of MSMEs. The population of this study is the owner of MSMEs in Purworejo Regency. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique. The sample was taken as many as 176 MSMEs in Purworejo Regency. Collecting research data using a questionnaire method distributed online. Data processing using SPSS Statistic version 26 application. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that personality, human resource competence, use of accounting information, and business capital had a positive influence on the performance of MSMEs. The better the personality and competence of human resources, as well as the use of accounting information will improve the performance of SMEs. In addition, the greater the amount of business capital can also improve the performance of MSMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[Every employee is entitled to a future guarantee after the end of the working period. This study aims to establish a defined benefit pension plan which shows whether the age at work and the age at entering the pension plan affect pension benefits and contributions. This research is a literature study using case studies from secondary data of employer pension fund programs at PT. PLN West Kalimantan Region. The results obtained from this study include: 1) the greater the age to enter the pension fund program, the higher the contribution to be paid each year based on the age at which a person enters the partnership, and 2) the greater the age at which a person enters work, the benefits he receives. will be smaller based on participants with different working age and entry age into the same pension plan.]]>

<![CDATA[Bullying is a type of conduct disorder and antisocial behavior that makes the group of children with the largest mental disorder. Spiritual factors or religiosity are also associated with juvenile delinquency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and bullying behavior in adolescents at Al Irsyad Middle School, Cilacap. This research is a correlation research with cross sectional design. The sample in this study were students of class VIII and IX at SMP Al Irsyad Cilacap as many as 69 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis used univariate test to determine the frequency distribution of each variable and bivariate using the Spearman-rank test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and bullying behavior in students (p value 0.000).]]>
