East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (EAJMR) is a scientific multidisciplinary research journal published by Yayasan Pendidikan Penelitian Pengabdian Algero. Abstract

Sarojini Naidu was a student who excelled academically, a renowned freedom fight activist in India, and a poet who wrote sonnets. She is popularly known as the "Nightingale of India" and has been given this title for many years. She was the first lady to hold the position of President of India in our country, she was a notable person in Indian women's history, and she was the first Governor of Uttar Pradesh after the state of Uttar Pradesh gained its independence. She was one of the most well-known figures of the 20th century, and her presence on our planet as a powerful figure is celebrated annually on the holiday that is known as "Women's Day." The significant achievement that has been set in the field of poetry is the topic that will be discussed in this paper. Her sense of poetry is centered on an extraordinary bank of words that are so culturally specific that they can be sung with genuine feelings. In the year 1905, she had the poem "Bull Bule Hind" published; this was the beginning of her exploration into the literary realm. The Pardah Nashin, The Village Song, Lotus, and The Bird of Time are the primary focal the points of this paper's analysis.

Abstract

This paper examined the role of environmental adult education in community development. In this study, the concept of adult education, its objectives and its relevant was properly stated, it also investigates the concept of environmental adult education, its objectives and principles, the concept of community development and its objectives, and lastly the role adult education in community developmental drive. In conclusion, this study discovered that, our environment is full of activities daily by man, industries and other natural occurrences which needed to be properly managed and controlled. In view of the above the following recommendation where made: that Government at every level should ensure that environmental laws are enforced to cut down some of this environmental hazardous activities, the policies of adult education should be pursuit squarely, measures should be put in place for checks and monitoring,  the role of every adult in the society should not be under-mind, which calls for mass campaign or sensitization of the need for human capacity development, development of indigenous people in our communities should be paramount in the pursuit of this environmental issues as the only solution or a way out the problems we are facing these days especially in Rivers State and other part of the country.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to document the impact of movies/cinema on Indian culture and to investigate the ongoing cultural transformations that have happened over a point of time in India owing to the contributions made by Indian cinema. Moreover, an attempt is made to understand how Indian movies have initiated various changes with regards to thought process on one hand and lifestyle on the other. There has been changes with regards to the institutions of marriage and instances of live in relationships have come of age and there has been a constant and continuous shift from joint families to nuclear families. Elaborating on the changes in the cultural practices; preferences have changed with regards to food habits, clothing, choice of career options and belief system. The distinctive contribution of the present paper is to offer an understanding of the impact of movies on Indian culture especially on the youth extracting information from the structured and in-depth interviews. This paper also tries to document the behavioral changes in the youth as a behavior patterns.

Abstract

In the 21st century the online technology as updated with high performance and used widely by all users. In top five the Digital Banking Sector is also one which makes use of online  technology constantly such as NEFT, Googlepay, Phonepe etc. Though there are more usage of Online banking but still the cybercrime in the banking sector has been increasing over the years. As reported 50% of cybercrime is happened related to ATM, debit card and net banking. Banking sector is facing cyber attacks more times compared to other sectors. This paper view the cyber attacks in the banking sector and way of providing the cyber security to those attacks.

Abstract

Dental and oral health problems based on The Global Burden Disease in 2016 stated that dental caries is still experienced by almost half of the world's population. One of the factors causing caries is salivary pH. This research is an experimental research with pre and post test designs. The research sample of students from the Department of Dental Health is 100 samples taken by simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using univariate test and multivariate test using One Way Anova Test followed by Post Hoc Test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that in the One way Anova test there was a significant difference in the average of gargling with rosella flower extract mouthwash 20%, 40%, 60%, and chlorhexidine on salivary pH, but based on the Post Hoc test, rosella flower extract mouthwash 20 % as effective as 40% rosella flower extract mouthwash, but different from 60% rosella flower extract mouthwash. Thus, it was concluded that the effectiveness of 60% rosella flower extract mouthwash was significantly stronger in increasing salivary pH than Chlorhexidine mouthwash, this was shown in statistical test.

Abstract

This study was used to The Effect of Financial Literacy, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Money Saving To Use Decision Financial Technology In The Millennial Generation in North Bekasi. This research is quantitative research where the object used is an employee in a use decision financial technology millennial generation in north Bekasi. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study was 152 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using a structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study provide an explanation that the financial literacy variable affects the use of decision financial technology, performance expectancy affects the use of decision financial technology, effort expectancy affects the use of decision financial technology, and money saving affects the use of decision financial technology.

Abstract

This study was used to measure the effect of product quality, brand and promotion on purchase decisions for sports equipment for athletes in region x. This research is a quantitative study in which the object used is the athletes in area x. This research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study was 90 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study provide an explanation that the variables of product quality have a positive effect on the purchase decision for sports equipment for athletes in region x, and brand and promotion have thas no effect on the purchase decision for sports equipment for athletes in region x. This research has a limited object of research which is only carried out on the athletes in region x. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of product quality, brand and promotion on purchase decisions for sports equipment for athletes in region x.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of internal and external environmental analysis in Strategic Management at SMPN 1 Laubaleng, North Sumatra Province. The external environment and the internal environment have a fairly important role in decision-making efforts to realize the school's vision and mission. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods by utilizing data in the form of documents, observations and interviews. In addition, literature studies are also used to support existing theories. SMPN 1 Laubaleng has 566 students, consisting of 242 male students and 324 female students, meanwhile, there are 31 teachers, with 18 classrooms. This represents great potential in the region to advance education. There are still many weaknesses in utilizing the results of internal and external environmental analysis, this can be seen in the still not optimal quality of education at SMPN 1 Laubaleng.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in inventory control, in terms of inventory profitability and non-financial performance (production efficiency, timely delivery, product quality). The research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. This study calculates the optimal inventory raw materials of chicken, beef, and lamb. The EOQ is more optimal and efficient, showed by the ordering cost difference is Rp 702,000,-, the total storage cost difference is Rp 2,863,917, -, the difference between the total purchase cost is Rp 57,278,334, -, and the difference in the total cost of inventory is Rp. 3,565,917,-. By using the EOQ method, Royal Tulip can save a total cost of Rp 64,410,168,-.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of discipline on compensation, (2) the influence of discipline on Performance, (3) the effect of compensation on Performance, and (4) the influence of discipline on the Performance of the Civil Servant of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency mediated by compensation. The method used is explanatory. The research population is all ASN in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency. The sampling technique used is Census taken is 58 people. The process (method) used is a questionnaire. This study's primary data is quantitative data analyzed through regression. The results of the study show: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline on compensation. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline. (3) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on Performance, and (4) compensation cannot be a mediating variable between Discipline and Performance of Civil Servant at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency.
