The sampling technique is purposive sampling using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 63 respondents. Using test instruments, validity, and reliability. As well as the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis, namely t test and F test. The test results conclude that partially there is an effect of responsibility (X1) on work performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, while the effect of ability (X2) work on work performance (Y) with significant value of 0.063 > 0.05, meaning that there is no significant effect on work performance. Simultaneous F test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect simultaneously on responsibility and work ability on employee performance at PT Catur Adiluhur Sentosa Palembang. The test results are strengthened by a correlation test of 0.711 and a determination test of 0.505 which shows the results of the discussion and then have a strong relationship. So that it can form an explanation of 50.5%, the remaining part is influenced by other variables not included in the research model, including mental abilities and attitudes.

Students are required to implement their knowledge to the community, one of which is by becoming a teaching volunteer. Teaching activities carried out by students are a form of prosocial behavior. Prosocial behavior can be influenced by internal factors, one of which is empathy. The purpose of this study is to test empirically the contribution of empathy to prosocial behavior in students who become teaching volunteers. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted on 108 respondents with certain criteria, that is active students who became teaching volunteers for at least 1 month. Data collected by distributing questionnaires containing the respondents' identities and the research scale. The scale used in this study is a helping attitude scale and an empathy scale. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this research is a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, the F value was 31.114; R square of 0.227 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). This shows that there is a very significant contribution from empathy to prosocial behavior in students who become teaching volunteers and empathy contributes to prosocial behavior by 22.7%, while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by other factors outside of research.

The Law Number 40 of 2007 Concerning Limited Liability Companies does not clearly forbid self-dealing transactions by the Board of Directors of Limited Liability Companies. The Board of Directors has a chance to engage in self-dealing activities that are fraught with conflicts of interest if this ban doesn't exist, which could be detrimental to the company. The study is aimed at analyzing the legal safeguards for limited liability companies against the self-dealing activities of board of director members and the board's accountability for such activities that result in losses for limited liability companies. Legal, conceptual, and case-based research methods are combined to create normative legal research. Interviews, literature reviews, and document studies as data collection methods were used. This study concludes that the Law does not specifically forbid limited liability company board of directors self-dealing transactions. The availability of provisions in Book III of the Civil Code as lex generalist, the Limited Liability Companies Law itself as lex specialist, and the principles of Good Corporate Governance all provide legal protection for limited liability businesses from self-dealing transactions. Restrictively, the Law gives the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and Shareholders the right to sue the Board of Directors in district court for any wrongdoing caused by the Board of Directors.

The data were analyzed using correlation meta-analysis with the help of the Meta-Mar online website. The results show that the correlation value of random effect size (I2 = 95%) is .519 (95% CI = .437; .715) with a significance value of .001 (p-value < .05), which means that a large effect size exists. Therefore, work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant and strong relationship. The Rosenthal Fail-safe Number value is 7739 (F-s N > 5K+10), which means that this study is free from publication bias.
