Abstract

Practices that use methods that are not scientifically acceptable, such as psychics and traditional health services, are part of cultures in various parts of the world, tribes, races, and throughout the history of human civilization until now. This research uses a qualitative, phenomenological approach, which is based on the theory of "Scientifically Unaccepted Beliefs" developed by Harvey Irwin. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing individuals who were practitioners of traditional health using energy techniques. Authentication regarding participant practices is carried out by documenting official letters from the government of the Republic of Indonesia that acknowledge these practices. Based on data analysis carried out on the results of interviews with two participants, it is known that there are unique aspects in their lives that support the formation of beliefs about things that cannot be accepted scientifically. The research results also found that each participant had a certain motivation to carry out each service practice using methods that were not scientifically acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the management of Sicakra's digital archives which includes digital archive management facilities and to find out the positive impact of digital archive management for the company. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by describing and analyzing problems related to digital archive management. Primary and secondary data form the basis of qualitative research. The primary data of this research was obtained through documentation, observation, and interviews, while secondary data was obtained from books, research and related articles. From the results of this study, it is known that PT. Cakra Putra Parahyangan Tasikmalaya is still in the process of implementing digital archive management. The initial step taken is to carry out manual archive management habits and then input them into the digital archive, Sicakra. There are still many obstacles in the implementation process, one of which is the factor of human resources who are still reluctant to work double in archiving. Nevertheless, the company will still make a gradual transition from manual to digital archive management, through Sicakra. The background to this change is that there are more benefits when the company implements Sicakra, starting to facilitate and speed up the process of sending, sharing and searching, saving physical storage space, as well as providing more efficient access. Thus, this research shows that digital archive management can benefit companies, such as improving operational efficiency and resource management.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of the North Morowali Regency General Election Commission in the 2020 Regional Head and Deputy Regional Head Elections, to what extent the Morowali General Election Commission carries out its duties and authority to ensure that the stages of holding the 2020 North Morowali Regency regional head election run effectively. and efficiently, resolving complaints by providing satisfaction in service, responding to the needs of all interested parties, as well as implementing correct administrative principles and how elections are carried out with full responsibility. This research uses a qualitative approach as a choice that guides research in conducting exploration, looking closely at a social situation to achieve a broad understanding and comprehensive analysis, producing or describing data in the form of narrative words about objects in the form of behavior observed when the search is carried out, The performance of the Morowali KPU was observed using the four aspects put forwardAgus Dwiyanto namely Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. The research results show thatThe election stage is divided into two stages, namely preparation and implementation, in the discussion of implementation it is specified, namely starting from candidate registration, determining candidate pairs, campaigning, voting and counting votes, and determining selected candidate pairs and resolving violations and result disputes. The performance of the North Morowali Regency General Election Commission in holding the 2020 regional head and deputy regional head elections has been carried out well in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Every activity and decision rule that is issued is based on KPU regulations. However, in the realization of the implementation of each stage of the regional elections, there is a possibility that the activities and decisions taken are not included in the KPU regulations, so a joint decision with the election participants is needed to make a decision which as long as it does not conflict with existing regulations. Several things that need to be corrected regarding improving service quality are the availability of adequate facilities, office facilities that are not optimal, especially office buildings that are old. This is the most basic thing that needs to be improved and there will even be a new office building built. Because a good building covers many aspects of maximum service. In terms of human resources, the service process has also been maximized which fulfills a sense of satisfaction. Because every data needed by the public and election participants can be fulfilled quickly and precisely.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and understand the anatomy of social religious conflict in the Poso conflict as learning through the territorial development approach as a resolution and problem solving strategy. This research uses qualitative research. The researcher's reason is that the problem being studied is very general, dynamic and complex, not an independent reality but an object full of transcendental meaning (religious in nature and difficult to understand). This research procedure was carried out by analyzing the opinions of leadership elements in the Central Sulawesi region, including the military, Civil Officials, NGOs (NGOs) related to conflict studies, Conflict Actors, Religious Leaders, and Social Science Experts. The mediation approach was carried out through territorial guidance by the Indonesian National Land Army apparatus. The research results show that anatomically, the cause of the Poso conflict comes from within the Poso community and not external parties. The Poso conflict was caused by many factors, not only related to religious factors but also the overlap of various factors, such as economic inequality, political institutional crisis, distrust in legal institutions and law enforcement, security crisis and disorientation of socio-cultural values. The resolution is carried out through the territorial development approaches such as (1) the territorial development in the Field of Ideology. (2) the territorial development in the Political Sector which is directed and implemented through non-physical activities, (3) the territorial development through an Economic Sector approach. (4). the territorial development through a Socio-Cultural Sector approach. which is directed at developing community aspects of culture and social ethics. (5) Special Assistant in the Field of Defense and Security. which is directed at community development in the field of public security defense. Based on the research results, it is recommended to central and regional leaders that the Poso Complex should be used as an event for valuable learning and serious understanding of conflict triggers (triggers), basic causes of conflict (pivotal factors), factors that mobilize conflict (mobilizing factors), as well as factors which exacerbate the conflict (aggravating factors). Then it is recommended that the TNI be able to carry out intensity and existence as well as professionalism of territorial development by Indonesian National Army officers from the army headquarters in their subordinate units such as military area commands, military resort commands, and military district commands and their staff to be able to detect symptoms of more vital factors. early so that the symptoms of conflict can be controlled.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research using a one group pretest-posttest design experimental method with the aim of the research to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness therapy in reducing levels of depression in female prisoners. Subject selection was carried out by purposive sampling. The subjects involved were five female prisoners who had the BDI-II category of moderate depression with a minimum sentence of less than one year in prison. The level of depression was measured using the BDI-II (Beck Depression Inventory) scale by Beck (1976). The BDI-II scale was given before and after being given mindfulness therapy and the data collected was analyzed using a paired sample t-test and effectiveness test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference in the level of depression, where the average level of depression decreased after receiving the intervention, the level of depression in subjects who previously had an average score of 25.4 decreased to 17.6. This shows that the intervention provided in the form of mindfulness therapy can reduce the level of depression in the subject. To test whether the results of the intervention were significant or not, the researcher also carried out a significance test using paired sample t-test analysis, but first the researcher carried out a normality test on the research data. Based on the results of the Difference Test analysis, a significance value of 0.022 (p<0.05) was obtained, meaning that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores, so it could be concluded that there was a decrease in the level of depression in research subjects after being given intervention in the form of mindfulness therapy.
