Abstract

This research discusses about the implementation of the cost efficiency strategy at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. As for the phenomenon of the problem that the authors observe on the financial ratios report of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., especially in the BOPO ratio (Operating Costs to Operating Income), it ranks fourth highest out of a total of 13 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Based on the authors’ observation, it has implemented the cost efficiency strategy that is also carried out by banks in general. However, there are some obstacles that result in inefficient bank performance, so the BOPO ratio is still high. Therefore, PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. has made several solutions to overcome the obstacles faced.

Abstract

Belanja melalui online (online shop) merupakan cara lain belanja yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi komunikasi yaitu internet dengan berbagai kemudahan yang diberikan, seperti kemudahan waktu dalam melakukan pekerjaan tanpa harus bertatap muka terlebih dahulu. Para konsumen belanja melalui online dapat dengan mudah mengakses online shop yang diinginkan, melihat pilihan barang, harga yang akan dibelinya, mengetahui kualitas barang melalui komen pembelinya dan cara pembayarannya. Kemudahan dan keunggulan belanja melalui online yaitu prosesnya, konsumen hanya membuka web online shop memalui internet bisa langsung melakukan transaksi online. Shoppe adalah salah satu situs belanja online pendatang baru, jika dibandingkan dengan situs belanja online lainnya. Strategi komunikasi bisnis Shoppe melalui marketplace. Dengan memudahkan para penjual serta pembeli dalam berinteraksi melalui fitur live chatnya, Shoppe juga menyediakan banyak produk mulai dari gadget, fashion, kosmetik, elektronik, otomotif dan lain sebagainya .

Abstract

The patient registration service is the starting gate for the health center services. In implementing BPJS, the community expects to get satisfactory health services.  Patients will feel or not depends on the quality of registration services provided. If the patient feels satisfied the he will come back to get health care. However, if the patient is not satisfied, there will be many complaints that will not only be delivered face-to-face but more than that it can occur the complaint is submitted thorugh print media, visual media, and even social media.  The purpose of study was to determine the comparative satisfaction of BPJS and non BPJS patients on the quality of registration services at the Johar Baru Health Center in Central Jakarta.riptive method with a Cross Sectional Comparative approach in the registration section at Johar Baru Health Center, Central Jakarta Research methods. This research was conducted with a descriptive method with a Cross Sectional Comparative approach in the registration section at Johar Baru Health Center, Central Jakarta.  The population in this study were BPJS and Non BPJS patients who registered at the outpatient Registration in October-December 2019.  The method of selecting samples was used with probability sampling whie to take samples using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique.  The tool used for research with Questionnaire/Questionnaire. With a Likert scale measurement scale.  For data analysis techniques using the Vality Test used is the product moment correlation which results in that the whoe question items are valid, which decision considerations are based on the r table for N = 30 at a significance of 5%, amounting to 0.361.Realibility Tests are used to show the extent to which a measurement result is relatively consistent if our measuring instrument repeatedly.  Based on the reliability test, for the item questionnaire, the decision consideration is based on Cronbach’salfa value>0.60, the questionnaire is declared reliable or consistent. In this study the Cronvachs’s Alfa Value of 0.699 ‘s was rounded to 0.70, the cronbanch Alfa Value of 0.70>0.60, the questionnaire was declared reliable or consistent. With cross sectional time approach. The Mann Whitney U test was used to prove the hypothesis with the SPSS For Windows 25 software version, the significance value or Symp was obtained. Sig, (2 tailed) of 0.001. Therefore the value of Symp. Sig, (2 tailed) of 0.001>from the probability of 0.0f, the hypothesis “Ha is a accepted” or there is a difference. Based on the average value in the level of BPJS patient satisfaction obtained an average of 79.96 for Non BPJS patients obtained an average of 76.13 while the difference between the two amounted to 3.83. Targeted Output.  Is a scientific publication in the National Journal of ISSN submitted, speakers in scientific meetings are registered, teaching material (ISBN) draft newspapaer articles are published. Abstract

This research aims to create the eradication of the poverty model by using smart village product industrial activity that will be implemented in orange farmers in Poncokusumo. This research has done in the planned method include 1) planning, 2) action, 3) evaluation and reflection. Based on data analysis that got by seminar and socialization in Poncokusumo show there are huge potentials in orange products. These products can be used as a competitive product that can be branding for Poncokusumo. This product branding called Poncosweet as a representative of the candy product. By developing this potential product can make smart village product industrial activity toward sustainable development’s society in Poncokusumo. The suggestion of this research are all stakeholder should be involved in the developing of the smart village in Poncokusumo.

Abstract

Manufacturing company is a company that processes raw goods into semifinished or finished goods. In manufacturing companies to determine the selling price does not escape from the calculation of the cost of production which is appropriate and in accordance with cost accounting standards. PT. Indramukti Segara is a fast food company that comes from natural ingredients. Products produced by PT. Indramukti Segara includes: pecel sauce and fried onions. Calculation of cost of goods manufactured by PT. Indramukti Segara is not right to determine the selling price, because the company only calculates the material used multiplied by the price of the material. On this occasion the author analyzes the cost of production in accordance with the Cost Accounting standard and conducts a comparison between two methods, namely: the full costing method and the variable costing method.  The purpose of this study is to compare the cost of production using the full cost and variable costs method. The data collected comes from the results of interviews with the Production Administration, Sambel Pecel production supervisor, and employees of Sambel production at PT. Indramukti Segara. Data obtained includes data on raw material expenditure, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs that are fixed and variable. Based on the comparison of the calculation of Cost of Production between the full cost method and variable costs there are differences, because the full cost method calculates all costs that are fixed and variable while the variable cost method only calculates costs that are variable in nature.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how the K3 procedure in Jakarta's Satunol Mikrosistem and the obstacles faced in the K3 procedure and what solutions can be done to deal with these obstacles.The research method that the author is doing is to look for references from books related to the title that the author took, then by interviewing methods, as well as direct observation to PT Satunol Microsystems.The results of this study, the authors conclude that the K3 procedure at PT Satunol Mikrosistem has been running well and has been in accordance with the rules and provisions of the applicable laws in Indonesia. The purpose of this writing is to find out how the K3 procedure in Jakarta's Satunol Mikrosistem and the obstacles faced in the K3 procedure and what solutions can be done to deal with these obstacles.The research method that the author is doing is to look for references from books related to the title that the author took, then by interviewing methods, as well as direct observation to PT Satunol Microsystems.The results of this study, the authors conclude that the K3 procedure at PT Satunol Mikrosistem has been running well and has been in accordance with the rules and provisions of the applicable laws in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of the economy at this time will cause very tight competition in the business field. The company will continue to develop its products by creating unique products that are different from competitors that produce similar products. At this time consumers are fanatic in choosing a product, besides they want a quality product they will also choose a product that has a brand image that is quite good in the community. Deenay veil products are currently a product that is favored by every society. At Gea Fashion Banjar deenay brand hood sales are higher each month compared to other brand hoods. Based on that, the writer is interested in researching the Effect of Brand Image on the Decision to Purchase Deenay Veil in Banjar Gea Fashion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Brand Image on the Purchase Decision Deenay Veil on Banjar Gea Fashion? The research method used is quantitative descriptive research method, with a sample of 50 people. The results showed that brand image had a significant influence on the decision making for purchasing veil deenay. This significance value was obtained from Fcount 29,689 with a significance of 0,000 with F table (4.04) at the significance level of 0.05 and the coefficient of determination (r²) or R square obtained by 0.328, so that the magnitude of influence was 38.2%, whereas the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable. In conclusion, consumers make purchasing decisions due to the influence of brand image and social, cultural, personal and psychological factors.
