Abstract

In the ever-evolving landscape of digital security, educational institutions face heightened challenges in safeguarding sensitive information. This study explores network security factors within the IT infrastructure of University of Raharja, emphasizing the utilization of SmartPLS as an analytical tool. The research adopts an exploratory descriptive design, encompassing diverse stakeholders to comprehensively analyze technical and human-centric aspects of network security. SmartPLS, a Partial Least Squares (PLS) path modeling software, serves as the primary analytical tool, evaluating the impact of Technical Infrastructure, User Awareness and Training, and Incident Response and Management on Network Security Effectiveness. Findings reveal strong internal consistency and reliability across key variables, emphasizing the interconnected nature of incident response management, SmartPLS implementation, technical infrastructure, and user awareness and training. Structured surveys, in-depth interviews, and system log analysis contribute to a holistic understanding of network security challenges. The study not only provides insights for University Raharja but offers valuable findings applicable to similar educational institutions. The research underscores the efficacy of SmartPLS in unraveling the intricate dynamics of network security within the academic domain. This study contributes to informed decision-making for fortifying digital ecosystems in educational institutions against evolving cyber threats.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, local governments are increasingly pursuing innovation to improve the quality of public services. This research aims to carry out digital transformation in the government of Pakuhaji District, Tangerang Regency, by designing and building an efficient and responsive public service information system website. Through a systems development approach, this research identifies community needs, evaluates existing service processes, and designs information technology-based solutions. The designed information system covers various aspects of community services, such as submitting correspondence, public service information, and managing population data. The use of web technology enables better accessibility for the public, increases administrative efficiency, and speeds up the handling of service requests. The application of responsive design principles and intuitive interfaces is also a focus in website development to ensure optimal user experience. The research methodology includes a community needs survey, analysis of existing service processes, and development of a website prototype. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the effectiveness and efficiency of community services in Pakuhaji District, creating a local government that is more responsive and connected to the needs of its citizens. It is hoped that this digital transformation can become the basis for further development in realizing a technology-oriented government for the welfare of society.

Abstract

Technological advancements have a place in every industry, including libraries. Artificial intelligence (AI) is one technology that libraries may make use of. The authors of this study provide a detailed explanation of how libraries have evolved in the wake of disruption and note many applications of AI that could be applied in library settings. Applications of AI include helping librarians do their jobs more easily and giving users quick, effective service. But the best use of AI necessitates thoughtful thought. Literacy libraries must change to meet the requirements of various learners in this more linked and complicated society. The integration of AI technology is suggested in this article as a creative way to enhance literacy library services for students with various requirements. We investigate the potential of AI in maximizing accessibility, personalizing learning, and early detection of learning issues using conceptual analysis and observational literature. With an emphasis on equity and inclusivity, we also emphasize the opportunities and difficulties associated with implementing AI technology. A responsive, adaptable, and inclusive learning environment can be created for students of different backgrounds and skill levels by using AI into library literacy.
