Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan sapta pesona pada daya tarik wisata loang baloq, mengetahui sikap masyarakat terhadap perkembangan pantai loang balok, pengembangan daya tarik wisata di loang baloq. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observational dengan desain Cross Sectional Study. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan alat bantu kuesioner dan wawancara.Hasil dari penelitian ini,Daya Tarik Pantai loang baloq terletak di Kelurahan Tanjung Karang, Kecamatan Sekarbela, Kota Mataram, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Nama loang baloq ini sendiri berasal dari makam atau petilasan di pulau Lombok yang terdapat di sebelah timur pantai yang merupakan penyebar agama islam di pulau Lombok yang datang dari timur tengah yakni Syeikh Gauz Abdurrazak. 18 Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung atau wisatawan lokal yang berkunjung ke Wisata Long Baloq.Hasil Survei, sebanyak 77,95 persen Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di wisata loang baloq turut terdampak negatif pandemi Covid-19 pada tahun 2020. Persoalan utama yang dialami UMKM ialah turunnya pendapatan dan peningkatan biaya operasional

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the regional original income of Morotai Island Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Collecting qualitative descriptive analysis data by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the performance of regional financial management describing the performance of the Morotai Island Regency government at the level of decentralization, the degree of contribution of regional original revenue to total regional revenue, regional financial capacity is still very low, and the factors that influence Regional Original Revenue in Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency Morotai Island Regency; The factor of the minimal contribution of restaurants and hotels in optimizing the sources of regional original revenue, the factor of the ineffectiveness of related agencies or agencies in optimizing the sources of regional original revenue; and the population factor for the regional original income of Morotai Island Regency.

Management science is basic knowledge that must be possessed by every business actor in running a business. In order for the application of the management science system in a business to run optimally, business actors must understand and apply management functions including; planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Knowledge Management System in MSMEs in Salatiga City (Case Study of Pak Kun Frozen food). Data from this study was obtained from two resource persons who are owners and employees of Pak Kun Frozen food. This research is qualitative by using direct interview methods at the research location. Data analysis uses methods of data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and triangulation. The results showed that MSMEs Pak Kun Frozen food has implemented the Knowledge Management System, but there are obstacles related to the lack of employee awareness about management science. Therefore, full support from management and business owners is needed in facilitating employee training and development.

Pada umumnya konsumen memilih minimarket Indomaret ini karena tata letak dan penempatan barang di Indomaret lebih nyaman dibandingkan minimarket lainnya. Selain tata letak toko yang lebih nyaman, juga harga barang-barang yang relatif lebih murah dari pada barang-barang di minimarket lain. Semakin maraknya perkembangan supermarket dan minimarket yang berkembang belakangan ini. Mendorong para pelaku pasar dalam hal ini supermarket dan minimarket kian gencar mempromosikan, agar para konsumen berbelanja di supermarket dan minimarket tersebut. Banyak cara yang dilakukan oleh supermarket dan minimarket tersebut dalam manarik para konsumen, salah satunya adalah dengan cara memberikan promosi baik berupa kupon maupun potongan harga secara langsung. Minat beli adalah tahap kecenderungan responden untuk bertindak sebelum keputusan membeli benar benar dilaksanakan. Kualitas merupakan suatu kondisi dinamis yang berhubungan dengan produk, jasa, manusia, proses, dan lingkungan yang memenuhi atau melebihi harapan. Berdasarkan dari data yang kami peroleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa responden yang lebih banyak merasa puas dan sering berbelanja di Indomaret baik berdasarkan jenis kelamin, umur dan tingkat pendidikan adalah responden perempuan dibandingkan responden laki-laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan “untuk mengetahui ada Atau tidak pengaruhnya tingkat pendapatan kantin UMKM terhadap pandemic covid-19 dan new normal di universitas pendidikan mandalika mataram”. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang di gunakan untuk memperoleh data tersebut adalah metode Teknik lapangan (field research) dan wawancara. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Dalam Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan obsevasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh tingkat pendapatan kantin UNDIKMA pada saat paska covid-19 sampai dengan new normal ,sedangkan pengaruhnya tingkat pendapatan pada saat paska covid-19 sampai dengan new normal mengalami perubahan yang menurun sangat dratis. Pendapatan pada saat covid melanda di 2020 tidaka ada pemasukan sama sekali dikarenaka kantin ditutup sementara,dan pada tahun 2021 mencapai Rp.500.000,00/harinya karena kampus ada yang mengadakan kegiatan kuliah secaraoffline dan online. Pada tahun 2022 pendapatan kantin meningkat Rp.2.000.000,00/harinya pada kampus mulai melaksanakan kegiatan perkuliahan seperti biasanya dan berdampak pada kantin yang meningkat

The existence of competition with competitors makes the company to make products that are superior to other competitors . For this reason, there is a need for quality supervision or quality control. Quality control is needed in the supervision of the production of each company to reduce the number of defective products that can be caused then the product can be identified and known whether the product produced is in a controlled state or not. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of the products produced is still within the limits of quality standards , and to analyze the factors that cause the quality is not in accordance with quality standards. From the analysis using Control Charts based on X-Chart analysis, it was concluded that tofu meatballs have not met the requirements when viewed from the company standard of 5 %. From the measurement of weight (g) has a discrepancy of 39.74% or above 5%, and from the measurement of Volume has a discrepancy of 44.47% or above 5%. With the ishikawa diagram, it can be seen that the cause is caused by human factors, the environment, raw materials, production tools

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy carried out by shops in Lamongan Regency in order to increase sales of their clothing products, where this is to get consumer satisfaction and profit from sales that have been made, the output of the seller will get increased sales of clothes in the form of shirts, pants, and oversized jackets. In research using qualitative research. The type of research used is the descriptive method, the object of research is one of the shops in e-commerce which is a large clothing store. The results of the study show that the 7P marketing mix is the basis for shops in Lamongan Regency to market their clothes, so that they can satisfy consumers. Based on the SWOT matrix that has been carried out, it is described through SO, consumers can make clothes according to the basic materials and models they want. WO because the price of cloth is unpredictable, so sometimes the seller doesn't get too much profit. ST in the form of advertising prices contained in e-commerce. WT in the form of ordering a certain amount will get an attractive discount from the shop in Lamongan Regency

Financial performance is a measure of the condition from ability of a business in financial point of view of the business. By measuring financial performance, it can help a business to know the condition of its business. Measurement using profitability ratios in analyzing the company's financial performance through financial statements can produce important information in the form of how much the company generates on the resources used. The financial statements used are in 2020 and 2021 for comparison. The results showed that Rumah Warna experienced a decrease in performance in 2021 compared to the previous year (2020). This was due to several factors that occurred inside and outside the company.

Islam mengajarkan gaya hidup yang Islami dan mengajak umat Islam untuk mengamalkan Islam secara keseluruhan atau holistik. Bisnis yang dijalankan oleh umat Islam masih banyak yang didapati hanya memperhatikan salah satu fungsi di dalam manajemen saja seperti misalnya dalam proses manufaktur. Makalah ini mencoba membahas kerangka kerja menuju bisnis Islami yang holistik dengan memasukkan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam misi dan visi bisnis, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen operasi, manajemen pemasaran, dan juga manajemen keuangan. Bisnis yang Islami sesuai syariah seharusnya tidak semata bertujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan materi duniawi, tetapi juga untuk mencapai berkah dan keridhoan dari Allah SWT.

The use of social media in Indonesia is increasing. One of them is the use of the WhatsApp application. In business, WhatsApp is often used as a medium for interacting with customers. Currently, business actors are starting to use the development of the WhatsApp application called WhatsApp Business which is equipped with features that support interaction between sellers and buyers. This interaction is called the consumer engagement process. This research entitled "The Influence of Consumer Engagement and Attitudes on Consumer Trust in the Utilization of WhatsApp Business". The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumer engagement and attitudes on consumer trust in using WhatsApp Business. The research was conducted using a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression methods. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique from 114 consumer respondents who Samples were taken using the technique purposive sampling to 114 consumer respondents who have purchased goods/services online and have found sellers using WhatsApp by business accounts (WhatsApp Business). The results of this study indicate that consumer engagement and attitudes have a significant influence on consumer trust.
