The study criminology have some paradigm. First, Classical Criminology, Modern Criminology, Feminist Criminology and Post Modern Criminology. The Journal welcomes submissions from a variety of perspectives focusing on crime and society; and especially articles written from sociological, historical, philosophical, youth justice, feminist criminology, violence and victims, human trafficking, human right, news macking criminology, visual criminology, everyday life crime, cybercrime, transnational crime, geographical, environmental crime, economical crime, psychological, jurisprudential, cultural, political, or policy standpoints. Whilst the journal endeavours to be as inclusive as possible in terms of its content, its aim is also to publish the best work currently ongoing within the discipline. The two main criteria according to which articles submitted for publication will be assessed are: the degree to which the article contributes new knowledge to an understanding of crime and society; the overall quality of the argument and its presentation.

Corruption is not a new term in Indonesia, only recently started realizing ingrained and entrenched. The problem of corruption becomes increasingly macro and massive when regional autonomy (OTDA) and coloring Election Political Democratization in Indonesia. The phenomenon of corruption which delivers Indonesia as the most corrupt country in the world, increasingly gives the impression assured in order to prevent and overcome, when the instrument and the substance of the existing law is not able to give effect deterrence for perpetrators and potential perpetrators.

All of design in architecture building have some particular composition, compilation and presentation which is exclusively affecting the user inside. Each design have its own world of scope or characteristic which is symbolzed within definition of social relationship. The researcher interested in prison building, a place to implementing a punishment. According to Peter Severin, there is 3 function of prison architecture : confining criminals to protect society, punishing those individuals, and correcting their behavior make them return to society. But the last function is the hardest part and the right design continue to be sought. By studying various literature about prisons architecture design and how punishment implimented, the researcher analyzing pros and cons of each prison design in carrying out the punishment. This research is conducted that each prisons design have its own abilitys, wherein by covering weakness of previously prisons design will resulting in new prison design which is better for implementing punishment. Matter like prisons layout, cels shape, technology, up to materials used was important instrumental to achieving more appropriate design in the effort to reintegarting the convict to society.

Homosexual is a term used to describe the general tendency of sex with other people of the same genes. Measures of deviant behavior are not in the right or completely wrong size in the general sense, which occur based on the size or absence of norms and values of their sociality. If viewed from the aspect of criminology, deviant behavior becomes something that deviates from the limits determined by the norms and society. Lessons about Malay culture are inseparable from Islamic teachings which are the foundation of customs. Therefore the philosophy of Malay people says "Adat Bersendi Syarak, Syarak Bersendikan Kitabullah". From this sentence, it can be interpreted that religion and customs that grow and develop in Malay culture are very different. Where values, religious norms and rules that apply in the community are highly upheld in the life and culture of Malay people. Al-Qur'an as a book that is a source of guidance is the main basis of the handle of human life in carrying out daily activities, whether it is about how someone communicates with others and behaves in accordance with reasonable customs and culture. In this context homosexual behavior is seen as one manifestation of human behavior with deviant sexual orientation present in the community through a process of cultural development that is not good and immoral.

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) the lesbian behavior description inwoman’s prison, (2) deviant sexual orientation causing factors of female prisoners, and(3) appropriate treatment for lesbian behavior in women's prisons. This study wasconducted in woman’s prison clas IIA, located on the Bindanak street no.1 Pekanbaru.The research was conducted in March 2018. The research using qualitative method andelaborated by descriptive analythic way. The subjects of the study were 12 femaleprisoners selected by purposive sampling with the following characteristics: 1.Appearance that was not gender appropriate, 2. Recognizing that having a deviantsexual orientation, 3. recommendation by the officer of prison. Data processing is doneby analyzing the result of observation and interview. The result of this research isconcluded that 1) lesbian description in Female prison Class IIA Pekanbaru is a femalewho feel herself as good man by physically and psychic. Sexual intercourse is describedas two women who are attracted to each other, doing relationships like lovers. 3 peoplestill have an interested with a man, while the other 9 people are not at all. Physicalappearance of 11 subjects like as a man, the hair crop, wearing T-shirts, trousers andwear a jacket, their body language is also made dashing, While 1 person usedheadscarf and still seen as female, 2) The causing factors of lesbian behavior are 3people because of environmental factor and 9 others have felt the disorder of sexualorientation since adolescence, where the abnormality is felt happened naturally and 3)treatment appropriate for lesbian in woman’s prison are to provide informationservices and socialization of LGBT impact on physical and psychological health,providing guidance and counseling services of individuals and groups, religiousguidance and counseling services as well as religious lectures provided by experts.

The issue of terrorism has tapped the border of human civilization. The West has a viewon terrorism following their own perceptions. Now the Western world is afraid of theirown shadows after the entry into force of the events of September 11, 2001 which haveembodied the World Trade Center (WTC) in New York. This black event has reallyshocked the Western world which so far they are proud that the United States is thegreat power of the world, has now been attacked so extreme. The problem that arisesnow in the Islamic world is that the West has misinterpreted what is said to be jihad.The enemy of Islam has labeled terrorism as a jihad in Islam, this is how the West triesto put Islam as a ferocious religion. The term jihad is what terrorism says for the West.In Islamic teachings jihad cases are something that is highly demanded and has nodirect connection with terrorism activities.

This study aims to see the implementation of policies in resolving conflicts in the area ofIndustrial Plantation Forest Concession Rights of PT. Sinar Mas Group in PelalawanDistrict, the conflict must be quickly resolved so as not to cause greater problems, theseriousness of the government is needed. In this study researchers used theimplementation theory according to Grindle and used qualitative analysis methods withthe aim of describing, analyzing and attempting to elaborate policies and solutions inconflict resolution by interviewing directly and in depth the key informants who wereconsidered most knowledgeable using purposive sampling technique. The findings ofthis study indicate that the implementation of policies in resolving conflicts in the areaof Industrial Plantation Forest Concession Rights of PT. The Sinar Mas Group inPelalawan District has not been implemented properly, so it is expected that thegovernment will be more active in resolving the conflict, one of them is by revising theexisting policy and the government must prioritize the principle of consensus byinvolving the company and community leaders around the company that.

This research is generally intended to provide an overview of how the causesand forms of violence experienced by women in relationships with their partners, orthe so-called courtship. In this study using qualitative research methods. This studyshows that the causes of violence that occur in women due to the existence ofpatriarchal culture that developed in the community. In the relationship of courtshiprelationship that occurs there is a tendency that courtship is considered as a form ofownership of which arises instinct to regulate and master. So that the forms ofviolence that appear in this relation identify that women are as parties in the masterby his partner. Beatings, threats, restraints, are the means used by their malepartners in order to organize and master them. While it is recognized that women'seconomic dependency is fulfilled by their partners, the resulting form of violenceidentifies that it makes women weaker and has no strong bargaining position inrelationships. Until the form of violence that resulted in women being thedisadvantaged. This is one way to dominate a woman, the conscious and unconsciousactors force others to do what they want by playing with the fear, feelings of guilt orpity of others in order to exercise their dominance over women.

As one of the big cities in Indonesia, the development of entertainment places in the city of pekanbaru growing each day. Starting from family karaoke until the cinema mini or known Movie Box. But many of Movie Box is pointed out as the place is misused to visitors do immoral. Freely in determining the Movies what to wact, and a various facilities that to make visitors comfortable and safe in the room. Additionally Movie Box also provide food and drinks to order. Interesting thing, this Movie Box design the room is very closed and the room lights can be turned off. In terms of supervision, nothing is done by the owner even CCTV was not available. Additionally the weak supervision of government make a Movie Box increasingly exist and a favorite young couple in pekanbaru.

This Research study about Observation Of Bpom Town of Pekanbaru To supervison Cosmetic of Illegal in Town of Pekanbaru. Aim research is to know how observation done/conducted by BPOM to commerce of cosmetic of illegal in Town of Pekanbaru. research this of method use of qualitative Descriptive. Data technique collecting by doing/conducting direct observation, interview with precise documentation of time,Objective and totally , centrally at dots observation of strategic, Realistic economically, Realistic organizationally. Result of research of showing observation of BPOM to Commerce of Cosmetic of illegal in Town of Pekanbaru do not walk optimal caused by the lack of human resource to do/conduct observation , Schedule implementation of observation disagree with inexistence and rule of sansi coherent to owner of distribution medium which is order breaking. Its of him that is renewing data sum up and existence of cosmetic distribution medium, giving socialization, coaching, examination more public often, publish of cosmetic warning in printing / book , doing/conducting progam by exploiting media of internet like instrgram, facebook, as well as recruitment yahoo, do to then observation.
