Abstract

This article discusses the formulation of fiqhiyyah rules regarding difficulties (الميسور لايسقط بالمعسور), the law of origin of worship (الأصل في العبادات الخطر) and the role of intention in the contract (هل العبرة في العقود بصيغ أو بمعـان؟)) and its implementation. Fiqhiyyah rules have been formed in the apostolic era up to the 3rd century AH. However, the new fiqhiyyah rules were recorded in the 4th century AH. This writing method uses literature studies, finding that الميسور لايسقط بالمعسور is a furuiyyah rule of the rule of “المشقة تجلب التيسير” will bring out the convenience. The results of the discussion of this paper found that the first kaidah fiqhiyyah, Islam is an easy religion. Allah gives assignments to some one according to his ability. On the other hand, the law of origin of worship is prohibited unless there is a argument which instructs it to be carried out. However, this only applies to the types of mahḍah worship, so that for ghair mahḍah and ghair muyyan there are no restrictions, such as reading doa, salawat, dzikr, sadaqah and others that can be carried out anytime and anywhere. Meanwhile, the third principle shows that matters of intention in Islam are very important. All matters in worship are assessed for their intentions. Wrong intentions can damage a person's deeds. Abstract

Accreditation has always been the main goal of improving the quality of Islamic higher education. However, once the accreditation results are announced, the institution no longer pays attention to the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS/SPMI). This study aims to analyze this problem as an affirmation that the importance of IQAS for Islamic higher education in Indonesia to be carried out in a style that is most in accordance with the characteristics of a higher education institution. This literature research – with relevant and credible sources – found that IQAS is very important even though the External Quality Assurance System (EQAS/SPME) or accreditation has been decided. IQAS can maintain and improve the quality of the institution in a sustainable manner, which is carried out internally to realize the vision and mission of the institution. In addition, IQAS can meet the needs of stakeholders through the implementation of the Threefold Missions of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi). In IQAS, quality control management is important to be implemented starting from the level of institution, faculties to study programs. Furthermore, the entire academic community must have the same commitment in implementing Islamic higher education quality assurance, so that the quality assurance system can be implemented in stages, systematically and optimally. Abstract

Education, both formal and non-formal, has a very vital role in the process of deradicalization in Indonesia. However, education can also be a forum for radicalism to emerge, considering that there are several schools that are made "different" with certain concepts to instill radicalism. This article provides a description to see how Islamic boarding schools and madrasas in Indonesia counteract radicalism in Indonesia. Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions that exist to understand, appreciate and practice the teachings of the Islamic religion (tafaqquh fiddin) by emphasizing religious morals as guidelines for daily life in society. Pesantren is the oldest educational institution in Indonesia which has an important contribution in educating the nation's life. This institution deserves to be taken into account in the development of the Indonesian nation in the fields of education, religion and morals. Viewed historically, pesantren have had extraordinary experiences in fostering, educating and developing the community around them. Keywords: pesantren, madrasah, radicalism

Abstract

The justice has been known since time immemorial because it is driven by the necessities of life and human events itself. It is impossible for a government in this world, whatever its form, will stand without upholding justice because there is no way a society can avoid conflict. Islamic law cannot be separated from the reality of people's life. Therefore, in society, a regulatory system is needed which is no other than the provisions contained in Islamic law, then its need a judicial institution which in Islam is called al-Qad}a>, which is an institution that is tasked with regulating problems that arise in. With changes in culture from time to time or life situations have changed and the rules continue to evolve. So it is very important to study the history of Islamic justice during the time of the Prophet and thereafter as well as the concept of evidence to seek the essence of truth, so that human rights are not neglected. Therefore, the extent to which the evidence for the Islamic judiciary period is compatible with the judiciary in the modern era (positive law); relevance, similarities and differences. This concept is none other than confession (iqra> r), bayyinah, and rejection of oaths (nuku>l qasa> mah). Keyword: Justice of Islam, the concept of evidence, The Justice.

Abstract

This paper discusses the phenomenon of hated speech or hate speech which in the last five years has dominated social media in Indonesia. The state ispreoccupied with dispelling it by issuing several rules, because hate speech has exceeded the limits of reasonableness—besides cursing into the private sphere, it has also entered the realm of large organizations in the country that threaten the disintegration of the nation. This paper presents the phenomenon of hate speech in the last few years in Indonesia, then the perspective of Islam in dealing with it, as well as several solutions to overcome the proliferation of hate speech behavior. This study with a phenomenological approach to the phenomenon of hate speech in Indonesia is motivated by the threat of national disintegration due to the proliferation of hate speech behavior in Indonesia. There are three discussions, namely the phenomenon of hate speech in Indonesia, hate speech in an Islamic perspective, and the rehabilitation of hate speech addicts. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in Islamic education. This research is a literature study with the main source of the Al-Qur'an, Hadith andScientific Journals. The results showed that the role of the teacher in understanding the characteristics of students is the first thing that must be done to achieve the goals of Islamic education because in this realm a teacher will determine the methods, models and strategies to be used. Teachers in developing lesson plans must pay attention to the curriculum, objectives, activity designs and evaluation models to be used. The stages of classroom management carried out by a teacher must refer to the desired class conditions, analyze existing class conditions, select and use managerial strategies and assess managerial effectiveness and a good physical arrangement of the classroom environment. The positive contribution of this research is to provide information to teachers and the community that the three roles of teachers as mentioned above must be fulfilled in order to maximize the goals of education. Abstract

In development, humans are planners, actors, controllers and the goal of development itself. Therefore, the development of the quality of human resources is a top priority that must be improved, so that they can have all the capabilities needed in development in all fields. Quality human beings can take advantage of all their potential and be able to seize future opportunities for the glory of the nation and state. The human factor is the most decisive for the success or failure of a nation to remain upright in global competition because what distinguishes the ability of a nation from other nations is its human quality. The central point that is the key to the success or failure of a nation in building its country, depends on the quality of its human resources. The author argues, Islam, especially in Indonesia, can emerge with strong and quality Muslims if it has three factors that have been fulfilled, namely "faith, knowledge, and good deeds" or productive actions which are indicators of the high and low quality of human resources. Humans who have steadfast faith, high and useful knowledge and productive work are superior human resources that must be realized in the future. The complexity of education issues on the one hand and the demands to improve the quality of human resources on the other hand cause educational issues to remain interesting to discuss with the hope that this discussion will be able to bring up alternative solutions in developing the quality of human resources through non-formal and informal education. Abstract

This research focuses on two monotheistic texts, namely the texts named Fathul Mubin (abbreviated as FM) and Tilmisani (abbreviated as TS). This studyreveals three problems, namely the overall content of the FM and TS texts, the concept of faith in the two FM and TS texts, as well as the various attributes of Allah, and the flow of kalam adopted by the authors of the two texts. The results of this study are the content of the FM and TS manuscripts discussing in detail the concept of faith called tasdiq, taqrir, and charity. There are 20 traits that must be believed which are divided into several types, namely the nature of nafsiyah, salbiyah, ma'ani, and ma'nawiyah. Based on the whole discussion, the author concludes that the flow developed in the discussion of these two monotheistic texts is the Asy'ariyah school of thought.
