Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

Abstract: Based on the pre-research conducted at MA Abu Darrin Bojonegoro, it is known that the implementation of the Aqidah Akhlak learning process is still monotonous, the teacher does not vary with interesting learning models so that it does not increase student motivation in learning, therefore students are less attentive, less active in the learning process. To overcome this, improvements are needed in the learning process, one of which is by using discovery learning and problem based learning models. So that the formulation of the problem in this study is whether there are differences in student learning outcomes between the discovery learning model and problem based learning. This study aims to determine how big the difference in student learning outcomes between discovery learning and problem-based learning on the subject of aqidah morality, the material of social behavior for teenagers in class XI MA Abu Darrin Bojonegoro. This research is a quasi-experimental design research. The research was conducted in class XI which was divided into experimental class and control class. In the experimental class a discovery learning model is applied and in the control class a problem based learning model is applied. Data collection techniques using objective tests, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, homogeneity test, normality test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the research data, the results of descriptive analysis obtained the average value of the two classes, namely the experimental class using the discovery learning model, the results before treatment (pretest) were 60,00 after being treated (posttest) was 80,58 and the control class using a problem based learning model, the result before treatment (pretest) was 59,41 after being given treatment (posttest) was 81,76. Based on the results of inferential analysis using an independent sample t test with a significance level of 0.05, a significant value of 0.542 was obtained, so it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected because the value of sig > (0.542 > 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that there is no difference between the use of discovery learning models and the use of problem based learning models on student learning outcomes in Aqidah morality subjects in class XI MA Abu Darrin Bojonegoro. Abstract

A leader who achieves success must have several factors that are the key to success. In this research article, discusses anything that can be a factor in one's success in becoming a leader, especially in relation to Islamic education. This research uses the Library Research model by taking research data that has been presented from other sources such as journals, books, and so on. The research findings show that there are several factors that have an impact on the success of a leader in the realm of Islamic education. From the results of the research in this article, it can be concluded that the sustainability of an educational institution develops and succeeds depending on how the captain (leader) is. A leader who has good morals and adheres to all religious and cultural norms must be worthy of the title of successful leader. Abstract

The enactment of new laws related to the minimum age limit to be able to carry out marriages does not always work effectively in various regions in Indonesia. This study intends to identify factors of ineffectiveness of Law No.16 of 2019 concerning the minimum age of marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs (District (South Jayapura District, Abepura and Heram) of Jayapura City in the period 2019-2021. This qualitative study is normative-empirical legal research. Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal effectiveness became the theory of subject matter analysis. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study conclude that the lack of effectiveness of the implementation of the new law on the marriage age limit in Jayapura City is caused by a variety of factors that cause there are still many cases of marriage dispensation, such as the lack of knowledge and awareness of public attitudes towards the implementation of the law, the lack of legal culture, and the lack of socialization of legal enforcement. The theoretical implications of this study show that synergy of supporting factors is needed in realizing the effectiveness of the law of the minimum age of marriage, both juridical, sociological and anthropological supporting factors. The limitations of this study have not examined the concrete role of religious (Islamic) leaders in various districts of Jayapura in the succession to the effectiveness of the implementation of new laws related to the minimum age of marriage.

Abstract

Abstract: Traditional Islamic boarding schools, that is, Islamic boarding schools that have not changed from their original form, only instruct texts published in Arabic in the 15th century by experts known as the Yellow Book. The curriculum is totally determined by the kiai who look after the Islamic boarding school and follows the halaqah system (deliberation), which is used in mosques or surau. Pesantren people have long utilized and benefited from traditional Islamic boarding school education. But in the modern era, advancement is happening very quickly throughout many industries, particularly in education. The evolution of the times themselves gave rise to modern education. where research is done to further education's improvement in the contemporary educational system. Abstract

Abstract, The task of teachers in an effort to achieve learning success is to formulate learning objectives appropriately. Not all teachers have competence in formulating indicators. This study aims to provide information about the importance of understanding learning objectives and their implementation in curriculum development in MI. The research method used is literature research, where researchers obtain data through literature studies or literature without going into the field. The results showed that in a learning process teachers need to consider several things before learning begins in order to achieve the expected learning objectives. So far, many teachers in MI have formulated learning objectives without paying attention to the correct way of preparation. One of them is the application of operational verbs (KKO) in learning objectives. According to Anderson's version, revising Bloom's description, there are three domains in Education, namely cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects. In the cognitive aspect there are 6 taxonomic levels, the psychomotor aspect is 5 levels and the affective aspect is 5 levels. Abstract

Abstract, Mulla Sadra is one of the Islamic figures recognized by the world regarding his philosophical thoughts, Mulla Sadra calls Islamic philosophy Al-Hikmah al-muta'aliah. Mulla Sadra's philosophical thoughts originate from the Koran and Hadith and he changes the way of thinking of someone who so far has thought that philosophy only provides absurd doctrines. This study aims to find out Mulla Sadra's way of thinking through philosophy based on the Al-Quran and Hadith and also knowing the nature of God and humans. This writing uses literature review, namely the appearance of scientific reasoning arguments. The library sources used are books, articles and previous research journals that are relevant to the theme of this subject. As well as using descriptive analysis based on Mulla Sadra's thoughts. The results of the study show that 1) Al-hikmah Al-muta'aliyah is a philosophical teaching that examines a study through rational thinking, a study that can be proven rationally and by analogy but the study still does not depart from Islamic law. 2) Having four spiritual journeys in Mulla Sadra's concept and a person is able to do it if he has cleansed his heart from all contents of the world 3) Knowledge can be obtained by humans according to Mulla Sadra in two ways: first is hard work, second is getting inspiration from the creator while Surahwardi knowledge is intrinsically holy, so humans need to purify themselves first, and also God who has no limits and does not depend on anything. Abstract

Abstract, This article contains a discussion of research on the role of madrasas in cultivating religious character values ​​in students. The object in this article was carried out at the Bojonegoro Model 1 State Madrasah Aliyah (MA). The type of research used in this article is qualitative. By conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The focus in this article is on (1) the concept of internalizing students' religious character values; (2) Application of the internalization of religious character values ​​of students; (3) Implications of internalizing the religious character values ​​of students in State MA 1 Model Bojonegoro. The results of this study indicate that (1) State Senior High School 1 Model Bojonegoro has a coaching concept. habituation, and exemplary; (2) In applying religious character values, State MA 1 Model Bojonegoro implements it through strengthening formal material; Implementation of religious program activities; Providing exemplary advice; Giving educational punishment as a consequence of the violation committed; (3) The implications for internalizing religious character values ​​are that students show that they can accept the concept and implement efforts to internalize religious character values. This is evidenced in the daily habitual behavior observed by researchers and data from the Counseling Guidance team which shows that within 5 months the level of violations committed by students is very minimal. So it can be concluded that the internalization of religious character values ​​in the Bojonegoro Model 1 State MA has been well internalized. Abstract

Abstract, Musyarakah is the concept of cooperation in an economic business based on sharia principles, which in this case uses a profit-sharing system, where profits and losses are share. There is a practice of collaboration with the name Pawon Emak As_Na with a business in the form of intestinal chips. This cooperation is carried out by two people. The two people agreed to collect capital to set up a business and the implementation of the business was carried out jointly, from the production process to marketing. This research aims to find out the mechanism of cooperative practice in the intestinal chips business at Pawon Emak As_Na and how this cooperation is practiced from a musyarakah perspective. This research is a qualitative research, descriptive, field research. The results of this research are that the mechanism of business cooperation practices at Pawon Emak As_Na is carried out by two people with the same portion of capital. Both of them are running their business, be it the search for raw materials, the production process, to marketing. The cooperation agreement is made verbally. Their principle is mutual trust because they already understand the character of each party. Then the practice of cooperating with intestinal chips at Pawon Emak As_Na in the musyarakah perspective is included in the uqud musyarakah, namely syirkah mufawadhah. The pillars and conditions of the musyarakah contract have been fulfilled, but ijab and qabul of their business cooperation are not strong, because the agreement has not been written so that if a conflict arises it can be denied by one of the parties. Abstract

Abstract, this paper aims to map how historical facts about pluralism in the Medina era (prophetic era) occurred?, and to what extent did the scholars' discussions about pluralism in this era emerge. The reality of pluralism does not only occur in the area of ​​culture, but this reality also occurs in the area of ​​religion and ethnicity. However, if this plurality is not managed properly, it will result in conflict and conflict between existing groups and between religions. An understanding of singular claims in some of the matters mentioned above (particularly with regard to religion, ethnicity and culture) can affect inharmonious relations in the life of the nation and state of a human being. The understanding that these prophetic events influenced the understanding of Muslims towards the pluralism events that occurred in the Medina era can be used as a basis for Muslims in dealing with the dynamics of pluralistic contemporary life, therefore this study was written. This paper concludes; that Islam and pluralism in the Medina era were mapped into three categories; namely in the field of religion, in the field of ethnicity and ethnicity and in the field of culture. It is this factor that encourages the need to make a charter agreement as one of the wisest efforts to reduce widespread social conflict. Especially if accompanied by strong sanctions for violators.
