Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan penguatan (reinforcement skill) yang diterapkan oleh widyaiswara dalam proses pembelajaran pada Diklat Teknis Tata Naskah Dinas di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Banjarmasin dan respon peserta diklat terhadap keterampilan penguatan (reinforcement skill) tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah widyaiswara Balai Diklat Keagamaan Banjarmasin dan peserta diklat teknis tata naskah dinas.Teknik pengumpulan data adalah pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data qualitatif menurut Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data,dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan widyaiswara menggunakan lima jenis penguatan (reinforcement) dalam proses pembelajaran; (1) penguatan verbal (verbal reinforcement), (2) penguatan gestur (gestural reinforcement), (3) penguatan aktifitas (activity reinforcement), (4) penguatan kedekatan (proximity reinforcement), dan (5) penguatan dengan simbol atau benda (token reinforcement). Disarankan agar widyaiswara juga menggunakan penguatan bentuk lain, misalnya penguatan kontak (contact reinforcement).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan Total Quality Manajemen (TQM) pada penyelenggaraan diklat di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Banjarmasin. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan setting alami. Maksudnya adalah peneliti langsung sebagai subjek yang mengambil data langsung dari objek penelitian. Data diambil menggunakan cara observasi dan wawancara kepada informan atau sumber data.Pelaksanaan Total Quality Manajemen (TQM) dalam peneltian ini mengacu pada 4 (empat) tahapan TQM yakni PDCA (plan, do, check dan act). Jika setiap tahapan penyelenggaraan diklat telah memenuhi 4 prinsip TQM di atas maka penyelenggaraan tersebut dianggap telah memenuhi standar TQM. Hasil penelitian penyelenggaraan diklat pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Banjarmasin secara umum telah mengikuti prinsip Total Quality Manajemen (TQM) walaupun pada bagian tertentu belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Hal yang belum memenuhi standar TQM adalah analisis kebutuhan diklat (AKD), media pembelajaran, tindak lanjut pasca diklat.

Abstract

This article describes the results of research on perceived training benefits by participants of Diklat Di Wilayah Kerja (DDWK) Teknis Tata Naskah Dinas di Lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. This training is one type of training that is regularly held by Balai Diklat Keagamaan Banjarmasin. But until now there has been no evaluation or study specifically related to the extent of benefits perceived by participants. This research uses survey method with 35 respondents who are participants of the training itself. The data were collected using questionnaires with Likert scale and processed using quantitative descriptive statistical techniques. The results show that the respondents perceive the benefits of the training, whether the benefits for self-development, the benefits for career development, as well as the benefits for the current position or occupation. Artikel ini menjelaskan hasil penelitian tentang perceived training benefit yang dirasakan oleh peserta Diklat Di Wilayah Kerja (DDWK) Teknis Tata Naskah Dinas di Lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu jenis pelatihan yang secara rutin diadakan oleh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Banjarmasin. Namun hingga saat ini belum ada evaluasi atau kajian secara khusus terkait sejauh mana manfaat yang dirasakan oleh pesertanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan 35 orang responden yang merupakan peserta pelatihan itu sendiri. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan diolah menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa responden merasakan ada manfaat dari pelatihan yang diikuti, baik manfaat untuk perkembangan diri, manfaat bagi perkembangan karier, maupun manfaat bagi jabatan atau pekerjaan saat ini.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam dapat dipahami sebagai proses yang dilakukan oleh manusia membimbing proses pertumbuhan jasmani dan rohani. Abstract

Today Perspective ( point of view ) learning design is no longer a strange matter especially in education, both formal education and non formal education. In the world of formal education learning design changes and evolves according to the purpose of education itself. Learning Design can direct all forms of educational activities to achieve its goals and is central to the entire educational process. The formulation of learning design concept is a way to achieve learning objectives, learning design as a way of delivering instructional materials, instructional design as experience in facing learning process, instructional design as summary in planning of education / teaching, instructional design as part of teaching system.While in principle the design of learning should be a determinant in the purpose of education and can choose the content, the process of learning activities to the selection of media as well as learning and assessment tools. Dewasa ini Perspektif ( sudut pandang ) Desain Pembelajaran bukan lagi suatu hal yang asing khususnya di dunia pendidikan, baik pendidikan yang formal maupun pendidikan non formal. Pada dunia pendidikan formal Desain Pembelajaran mengalami perubahan dan berkembang sesuai dengan tujuan dari pendidikan itu sendiri. Desain Pembelajaran dapat mengarahkan segala bentuk aktifitas pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuannya serta berkedudukan sentral dalam seluruh proses pendidikan. Rumusan konsep desain pembelajaran adalah cara untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, desain Pembelajaran sebagai cara dalam meyampaikan bahan ajar, desain pembelajaran sebagai pengalaman dalam menghadapi proses belajar, desain pembelajaran sebagai rangkuman dalam merencanakan pendidikan / pengajaran, desain pembelajaran sebagai bagian dalam sistem pengajaran . Sedangkan pada prinsipnya desain pembelajaran harus menjadi penentu dalam tujuan pendidikan dan dapat memilih isi, proses kegiatan pembelajaran sampai ke pemilihan media serta alat pembelajaran dan penilaian.

Abstract

Based on the preliminary study results from the supervision of the class, the teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) conduct the teaching and learning activities without preparation. In addition, they also have not made the preparation of a complete class assessment such as making of Minimum Mastery Level (KKM), assessment guide, assessment analysis, and they do not distribute the result assessment immediately to the students which it is important to do by the teachers in Class Based Assessment. In relation to these matters, it is necessary to conduct fostering-guidance through clinical supervision. This study aims to improve the ability of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in conducting Class-Based Assessment through clinical supervision at SDN Tambalangan, Centre Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency Kalimantan Selatan provice. This study is a School Action Research that involving of 3 (three) existing PAI teachers. The study was conducted with two Cycles. The indicator of successis: teachers are successful in conducting classroom assessments when they will meet the criteria of getting a score of more than or equal to 77.8 (good category). From the analysis result, it is found that there is an improvement in the quality of teacher assessment implementation from Cycle I (score 67) with enough categories to Cycle II (score 80) with good category. Thus it can be concluded that through the optimization of clinical supervision can improve the ability of PAI teachers in carrying out Class-Based Assessment at SDN Tambalangan, Centre Amuntai District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency Kalimantan Selatan provice.

Abstract

This paper entitled The Influence of Creativity and Innovation of Widyaiswara in Learning Quality Improvement for Training and Education Participants, aims to determine the factors that influence creativity and innovation in improving the quality of learning, and knowing the steps that must be taken to improve the quality of learning and learning achievement for training participants. Supporting theory regarding the understanding of creativity and innovation, the characteristics of creative training participants, the nature of learning quality, the dominant factors in improving the quality of learning, and learning achievement.Factors that influence the creativity and innovation of training participants are internal and external factors. The internal factor is the nature of the human being itself which in itself is an impulse to develop and grow towards a business that is better than before, in accordance with the ability to think to fulfill all the needs that are needed. External factors include education participants' educational background, training that has been followed, organizational experience, level of welfare, and achievements. Efforts are made to improve the quality of learning and the achievements of training participants, through pre service education programs, in service education programs, and in service training programs.
