Abstract

Human resournce development can be done in various ways, one of them is job promotion. With the existence of promotional targets, employees will feel valued, cared for, needed and recognized by their employer's ability so that they will produce high output. Job promotion aims to regenerate the human resources that the organization has for the continuity of the organization. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Job Performance Assessment and Employee Competence simultaneously on Job Promotion at PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar The sample in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar, amounting to 62 people. Determination of samples by using population techniques or census. The analytical test was used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study shows the significance of t-count for work performance variables is 0,000 <0,05, its means that H0 is rejected, or there is a significant effect, work performance assessment on job promotion at PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar, and hypothesis is proven. The significance of the employee competency variable is 0,000 <0,05, its means that H0 is rejected, its meaning there is a significant effect of the competence of employees on job promotion at PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar, and hypothesis is proven. Significance value of F = 0,000 <0,05 its means that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, this means that simultaneously there is a significant effect between work performance assestmen, employee competency on job promotion(Y) at PT. BPR Pedungan Denpasar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of community participation in Pentingsari Village Tourism management Yogyakarta. There aremany activities involve the local communities, such as cooking class, traditional dancing, painting, out bond and local activities likes planting rice and fishing. The level of local people participation is based on the theory of public participation Level (Tosun, 1999), that is categorized into spontaneous, induced and coercive.This study measured the level of participation by Tosun Theory (1999), the same as previous research of Agustini and Suarthana (2016), then analyzed its impact on the economy to local communities. Methodology used in this research are qualitative and qualitative analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). In depth interview conducted to 8 key informants in managing Pentingsari Village Tourism and 40 respondens whom involved in tourism village activities. The finding of this research is that community participation in tourism activities impact 29,2% to economy. It was generate income, providing employment, increase the amount of production, marketing network and promote the Pentingsari Village Tourism to the world. The implications of this study are to raise the level of community participation in various tourism activities. Thus the local community's economy will improve, the standard of living and welfare of the people is also increasing. Limitations of this study only focus on the economic, social and environment aspects; in fact, many other aspects that rose up as the impact of community participation in tourism activities need to be further analyzed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the moderating effect of work discipline on the influence of motivation on employee performance in the Office of the Higher Education Institution (LLDIKTI) Region VIII. This research was conducted at the Office of the Higher Education Service Institution VIII Denpasar with a total sample of 59 people. The data obtained from the survey results were then analyzed using a variance based or component based approach with Warp Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that 1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees. This result means that an increase in providing motivation will be able to improve the performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees; 2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees. This result means that an increase in work discipline will be able to improve the performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees; and 3) work discipline is not capable as a mediator variable in the relationship between motivation and performance of LLDikti Region VIII employees. This is because work discipline is a moderator predictor. Where work discipline is only as an independent variable, it cannot be a moderating variable. Overall research findings indicate that motivation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. on the other hand, work discipline is not able to be a moderating variable in the relationship between motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

Measurement performance of organization is the one of the most important thing for going concern of organization. In Non Government Organization to realize the vision and mission to achieve the organization’s goal is an achievement that can measure the success of the organization in evaluating the results of activities carried out by the organization compared to a predetermined benchmark. Balanced Scorecard is a measurement tool as a counterweight to the financial aspect and the non-financial aspects, such as customer / assisted satisfaction, internal business processes, learning and growth within the company. This study aims to analyze how Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation can meet, customer needs, business process interactions that need to be developed internally and how also with aspects of employee development in the learning process and growth and financial needs as a strategy to improve its performance. This research was conducted at Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation in Bali. The method used in this research is descriptive method by analyzing data from four perspectives: the customer perspective with customer satisfaction index and learning and growth with employee satisfaction index, internal business process perspective, financial perspective as measured by average comparation of revenue and expenses value. The results of the analysis show that the performance of Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation is categorized as Good. It is assessed from Balance Scorecard analysis which shows: 1) Service User's Perspective is in very good category, 2) Process Perspective The Internal, and 3) the Learning and Growth Perspective is in a good category, 4) Based on the average comparation of revenue and expenses vaalue achieved by Maha Bhoga marga Foundation, which decreased from the year during the period 2015-2017 shows the condition of Maha Bhoga Marga which have increased program are not following with increased income. This means the performance of the Financial Perspective of Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation sustainability is not good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer commitment of light steel users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; (2) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; and (3) the influence of customer commitment on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City. The research method used is quantitative research methods with the type of research cinfirmatory research. The research sample was 100 Adrian Pratama Putra customers in Denpasar City, selected by accidental sampling. The data analysis used was Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that (1) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer commitment of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; (2) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; and (3) Customer commitment has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The purpose of holding this research is to find out the tourism potential of Nyambu tourism village, and how this community-based tourism development is carried out in Nyambu tourism village, to obtain suitable strategies to be applied in the future. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that Nyambu tourism village has a variety of tourism potentials both natural, cultural and artificial which are also supported by large potential human resources in terms of quantity and quality but have not been optimally involved in tourism development. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be determined that the main strategy (Grand Strategy) in community-based tourism development in the tourist village of Nyambu is increasing awareness and community participation in tourism activities. This community participation is in the form of participating in promoting the existence of the tourist village of Nyambu through information technology. Supporting alternative strategies consist of: cooperation with travel agents, promotion, utilization of village funds, product diversification, environmental preservation, mentoring, foreign language training and community innovation.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the amount of credit, and third party funds (DPK) on profitability in the LPD of Bebandem District. This research is an associative research, namely the causality relationship between CAR, the amount of credit, and third party funds on profitability. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of CAR data, the amount of credit, and third party funds that can be obtained in the Karangasem Regency LPLPD. The data collection method used in this study is a non-participant observation method that is observing CAR data documents, the amount of credit, third party funds and profitability in LPD Bebandem District in 2016-2018. The data analysis technique in this study was quantitative statistical analysis using multiple linear regression models that were completed with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) for windows The results of hypothesis testing conducted using multiple linear regression models indicate that: 1). CAR has a positive effect on profitability. 2). Credit has a positive effect on profitability. 3). DPK has a positive effect on profitability. The implications of this study are 1). CAR has a significant positive effect on profitability. This shows a fairly good financial performance on the part of the LPD. 2). Credit has a significant positive effect on profitability. Giving maximum credit to the community will be able to increase LPD income in Bebandem District. 3) DPK has a significant effect on profitability. The more funds that can be collected from the community, it will increase the ability of the LPD to extend credit to the public. With the increased ability to extend credit, LPD revenues will also increase. Therefore, the amount of third party funds raised by the LPD will determine the level of profitability
