<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat seberapa jauh pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat menjadi young entrepreneur pada mahasiswa Fe Universitas Negeri Medan. Penilitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif karena menjelaskan gambaran responden yang diteliti dengan menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F dan determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan alat aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat variabel motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap minat menjadi pengusaha muda. hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t nilai signifikansi motivasi berwirausaha < 0,05. artinya terdapat pengaruh antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. dan hasil uji f diperoleh nilai signifikansi f sebesar 0,000, yang artinya < 0,05. dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat menjadi pengusaha muda.]]>

<![CDATA[The proponents aim to assess the emotional state of the pre-service teachers from a tertiary education institution in Olongapo City, Philippines. A total of 185 pre-service teachers participated in the study using a descriptive research design. To gather enough information about the emotional state of the respondents, the study used a standardized instrument, the DASS-21, to assess three aspects of emotional status: depression, anxiety, and stress levels of the respondents. Afterward, the proponents then calculated the descriptive statistics like frequency and percentage. Results show that the pre-service teachers have normal to moderate levels of depression, a moderate to extreme degree of anxiety, and a normal to moderate level of stress in most of them.]]>

<![CDATA[Drug management is a drug management cycle which includes these stages as follows: selection, procurement, distribution and use. Ineffectiveness and inefficiency may negatively impact hospitals both medically and economically. This study aims to evaluate drug management in the selection, procurement, distribution and use of drugs at the Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi, with Hanlon method as strategic improvement. This study has done with a descriptive method with data collected retrospectively in 2022 and prospectively, both primary (management record) and secondary (interviews). Results of this study about drug management showed there were 4 indicators that do not comply with standards. Meanwhile, other 10 indicators could comply with the standards. The improvement strategy using the Hanlon method in drug management is to prioritize repairing problems sequentially starting from the average percentage of drug waiting time, suitability of the national formulary and hospital formulary, as well as the percentage of dead stock.]]>

<![CDATA[Hypertension prevalence in Indonesia reached 34.4%. Chronic Disease Management Program or Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (PROLANIS) was one of the preventive and promotive strategies from BPJS, carried out to reduce or prevent complications of chronic diseases, including hypertension. Aim of this study was to determine education influence using leaflet media on the level of knowledge, compliance and therapy outcomes in prolanis hypertension patients at X Clinic, Surakarta. Method of this study used a quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with 40 patients in each control and treatment group. Knowledge level assessed using HK-LS questionnaire, compliance assessed using MARS questionnaire, and therapy outcomes collected from medical record. The results of this study showed that education using leaflet media influenced level of knowledge with a value of p = 0.014, level of taking medication adherence with a value of p = 0.015 and results of systolic blood pressure therapy with a value of p = 0.000. There were an influence of education using leaflet media on the level of knowledge, compliance and therapy coutcome for prolanis hypertension patients at X Clinic, Surakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the relational dialectical process of K-Pop Boyband fans with their parents, analyze the relational dialectic process of K-Pop Boyband fans with friends and analyze the relational dialectical obstacles of female K-Pop Boyband fans with their parents and friends. The research methodology that researchers use is a qualitative research method with a constructivist paradigm. The research results obtained are that the relational dialectical process of female K-Pop Boyband fans with their parents and friends includes four basic elements and four assumptions that exist in the dialectical perspective. The contradictions present in this relationship are shown by different views towards K-Pop and organized by the four research informants through three categories in the dialectic of interaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Electronic Word of Mount (E-Wom), Product Quality and Price Perception on Repurchase Intention for Skincare Products on the Tiktok Shop Application. Descriptive qualitative with survey design is the type of research used. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires or surveys whose results are analyzed statistically using the SPSS 23 data analysis model. The sample in this research was 160 with respondents in the category of having purchased skincare products on the Tiktok Shop application. The research results show that E-WOM has an insignificant influence on repurchase intention on skincare products in the Tiktok application, while product quality has a significant influence on repurchase intention on skincare products in the Tiktok Shop application and price perception has a significant influence on repurchase intention on skincare products in TikTok Shop application.]]>

This research is a type of quantitative research by processing primary data using a data collection method through questionnaires given to customers within the scope of PLN ULP Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung. The sample obtained was 100 respondents by taking samples using purposive sampling. The analytical tool in this research uses IBM SPPS Version 2. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. By using validity test, reality test, t test, and determination coefficient test. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study is that the PLN Mobile application has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the defense and security situation in the Indo-Pacific region due to the situation in the South China Sea made the US alert and established an AUKUS defense pact. AUKUS has members from the US, UK and Australia. Australia, as a country located closer to the South China Sea, is the focus of the other two AUKUS members in countering Chinese hegemony. The purpose of this article is to find out how Australia is trying to build its defense industry by increasing the defense budget when joining AUKUS. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods. The data used is secondary data originating from published journals and reports. This research concludes that Australia's joining AUKUS made Australia try to equalize its military capabilities with the US and UK by increasing its defense budget.]]>

<![CDATA[This research uses quantitative methods, involving 100 respondents as samples. During this process, the instruments in the study were tested for validity and reliability. Followed by a classic assumption test consisting of normality test and multicollinearity test. Furthermore, hypothesis testing includes multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2 ), t test and f test. The purpose of this study was to determine whether service quality and service innovation affect customer satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Teluk Betung. In this study, Service Quality affects Customer Satisfaction. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. The value of Service Quality t count is 4.246> from t table 1.984. The results showed that Service Quality significantly affected Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality was rated positively in multiple regression analysis. The results of the study Service Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted. The t test results show that the t value of Service Innovation is greater than the t table (7.256> 984). In multiple regression analysis, Service Innovation has a positive value on Customer Satisfaction. PLN is a state-claimed business that is delegated as a provider of electricity. Therefore, it needs a lot of innovation to attract new customers and service quality must be the main focus because it can create customer satisfaction and will affect customer loyalty.]]>
