Abstract

Izul Workshop is one of the workshops established since 2000, Izul's workshop provides suferpat, and special motorcycle service. Along with the times, business competition is also increasingly rapid in the automotive world, where this competition requires business people to maximize business performance in order to compete in the automotive market. The entrepreneur must be able to work hard to learn and understand the needs and desires of customers in order to improve the image of the workshop in the eyes of the public. For nearly 18 years standing in the hamlet of the central village, and to overcome the problems of customers from outside the village of the central village, Izul Motor's workshop maximized its performance in filing complaints from customers. However, ordering and data collection of items is still done manually by recording all data and goods sold using books so that it is less efficient. To overcome this we need an application that can facilitate the data collection of goods and ordering goods using Mysql, php. The results of the design of this application in the form of registering orders and data collection web-based goods.

Abstract

The determining factor for the success of SME management is the mastery of information technology. Technological progress is one of the theoretically accepted measures implemented to remove the barriers of economic frontiers because it helps to increase the productivity and efficiency of the economic factors of production of labor, capital and other resources, and increase the use of production inputs in production. With the existence of a Web GIS for MSMEs, it can make it easier for users to view and find out information from the MSMEs they want, as well as know the location of the MSMEs. Implementation of the program using the php programming language and mysql database. The results of the study are in the form of a web-based GIS for the location of MSMEs in Rantauprapat which can facilitate booking tour packages.

Abstract

Electronic filing systems have not been widely used by organizations or companies. Most organizations or companies still apply conventional archive systems in managing their records. Not even a few organizations or companies that do not have a system for managing records, both conventional and electronic archive systems. The number of jobs related to archives and documents faced with conventional archive management is the beginning of the emergence of a bright spot towards creating a system that is able to reduce the workload of archiving officers or archivists in managing archives. The system is a conventional filing system that is applied in the form of software using electronic media based on the use of computers or can be said to be an electronic filing system. The preparation and manufacture of the system was carried out by the Archives Subdivision of the Labuhanbatu Library and Archives Service. In contrast to archive management which is managed conventionally, the archive system is managed in the form of archives electronically. ARTERI is a web-based electronic archive management application. Aims to facilitate archive management and to be able to integrate archives electronically.

Abstract

Dealer CV. Sun Berlian Motor uses the Xai and Exoduz Program Program at the company in the process of calculating the stock of goods entering goods out, sales transactions, and transaction reports, so errors can still occur that are not too large starting from the stock of goods that are not the same but the company does not have an online system to sell motorcycle products online and to overcome these problems, we need a web-based system as one solution For that we need to optimize the use of computers for data processing by designing an information system that is applied to the PHP programming language and MySQL database in order to solve the problems that are exist by being able to answer the needs of the company. The purpose of this study was made to analyze the problems in the CV. Sun Berlian Motor which has not used the online system. It is expected that the system built will be truly able to overcome the problems that arise and be able to improve performance more effectively and efficiently in data management and transactions.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk, or better known as PT. Smart Tbk, is one of the largest companies that produce consumer goods based on palm oil and also has many branches that are widespread throughout Indonesia, including in the province of North Sumatra. As in North Sumatra regoin PT. Smart has a branch in Padang Halaban, AEK Kuo District, North Labuhanbatu Regency. One of the plantations for PT. Smart Padang Halaban is the Duke's Garden located in the Merbau area of North Labuhanbatu Regency. PT. SMART Tbk kebun Adipati has utilized computer services to support its activities for daily data processing in addition to using Microsoft Word applications also use Microsoft Excel which is standard in data storage. Therefore, the author is very interested to create a processing and storage of employee data that is more attractive, easy to run in data processing, data search, data processing and printing of the data by using a web-based information system. In this designed system also contains employee attendance data entered into the website making it easier for employees to be able to see their own attendance of each employee without ask the attendance data collection officer to print their attendance.
