Bread and Cake Heni Bakery is a store that is engaged in the sale of cakes and bread located at Jalan Simpang Kayu Manis, Bus Village 2 Tolan Weekend, Labuhanbatu Selatan, North Sumatra. Until now the Bread and Cake Heni Bakery is still finding many problems and obstacles in sales, namely the process of promotion to the general public, especially around Labuhanbatu. Based on the above problems the author designed and made an information system on Heni Bakery Bread and Cake. This information system applies the waterfall model in its development, and is built with the PHP programming language and uses MySql. The design of the program will be done, with a reference program that is made using the UML (unifed Modeling Language) method. Information systems for selling bread and cakes are very important in establishing a business because it can be a benchmark in the development and achievement of targets in entrepreneurship. With the existence of a bread sales website and heni bakery cake, it is expected to reach the manager's expectations in promoting their products to the wider community.

Izul Workshop is one of the workshops established since 2000, Izul's workshop provides suferpat, and special motorcycle service. Along with the times, business competition is also increasingly rapid in the automotive world, where this competition requires business people to maximize business performance in order to compete in the automotive market. The entrepreneur must be able to work hard to learn and understand the needs and desires of customers in order to improve the image of the workshop in the eyes of the public. For nearly 18 years standing in the hamlet of the central village, and to overcome the problems of customers from outside the village of the central village, Izul Motor's workshop maximized its performance in filing complaints from customers. However, ordering and data collection of items is still done manually by recording all data and goods sold using books so that it is less efficient. To overcome this we need an application that can facilitate the data collection of goods and ordering goods using Mysql, php. The Sedep Roso Restaurant is a restaurant that sells food menus and now the restaurant still uses a manual system on its sales or data management. In a system called manual such as using stationery, ordering process, making invoices, sending process to buyers. Therefore it takes a long time to manage the data. And so the restaurant needs an information system that can later help the restaurant in the sale or management of data that can overcome if there are obstacles. This restaurant aims to build an application or ordering information system at a web-based restaurant with implementation using localhost and design that uses a unified modeling language (UML) model. The determining factor for the success of SME management is the mastery of information technology. Technological progress is one of the theoretically accepted measures implemented to remove the barriers of economic frontiers because it helps to increase the productivity and efficiency of the economic factors of production of labor, capital and other resources, and increase the use of production inputs in production. With the existence of a Web GIS for MSMEs, it can make it easier for users to view and find out information from the MSMEs they want, as well as know the location of the MSMEs. Implementation of the program using the php programming language and mysql database. Counselors at the guidance and counseling institutions in schools play a role in the process of forming the personality of students and direct students to be better in honing students' abilities in the academic field. This role can be effective if guidance and counseling is supported by the existence of a good computerized system in schools, so that the processing and storage of data in counseling guidance activities can run smoothly. Therefore, in this study an information system was designed to handle the processes contained in counseling guidance including student data processing, parent data, class data, student attendance, student achievement, student cases (violations, delays, return, mutations ), and student counseling. From the information system design, a web-based guidance counseling information system was built and using the PHP Framework Codelgniter. Research from this information system produces a counseling guidance information system that can be used by BK teachers in managing the process of counseling guidance activities in SMA Negeri 1 Kampung Rakyat such as managing student data, student absences, student cases, and student counseling and can be used by students in conducting guidance for BK Teachers.
