Abstract

The advancement of information technology has transformed the management of futsal businesses, simplifying processes such as court reservations, schedule management, payments, and providing automated notifications to users through a game alarm feature. This system also includes an automatic reporting feature that generates accurate and real-time rental summaries. This study aims to design and implement a web-based futsal rental information system using the Laravel framework, featuring a game alarm to enhance management efficiency. The system is designed to address limitations in futsal rental management and time scheduling, as well as simplify the reporting process, which is currently done manually. The system development follows the waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The results show that the implementation of this web-based system significantly improves the efficiency of futsal court management in Kraksaan City, particularly in managing game time, rental reporting, and real-time financial management. The game alarm feature effectively reduces time conflicts between users, while the automatic reporting feature helps business owners track revenue and rental trends easily. The implementation of this system is expected to improve service quality and provide a better user experience, while assisting business owners in managing their operations more efficiently.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a significant health issue and a non-communicable disease targeted by global leaders for effective management. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between family support, self-care, and self-efficacy with the quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: A quantitative, correlational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted. The population consisted of 86 diabetes mellitus patients at Kraksaan Health Center. Sampling was done using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 86 respondents. Data collection was carried out through closed-ended questionnaires, where respondents selected answers by marking the appropriate option. Bivariate analysis was performed using the Spearman test, and multivariate analysis was done using logistic regression. The study was conducted at Kraksaan Health Center from June to July 2023. Results: Among the tested variables, three independent variables were significantly related to the dependent variable, namely family support (p=0.005), self-care (p=0.00), and self-efficacy (p=0.004). Therefore, these three variables are associated with the quality of life in diabetes mellitus patients.

Abstract

This study aims to predict used car prices using the LightGBM method and hyperparameter tuning techniques in the context of data science. The analysis process includes collecting historical data on used cars, preprocessing the data to clean and encode variables, and splitting the data into training and testing sets. The LightGBM model was trained and optimized through hyperparameter tuning using GridSearchCV to improve model performance. The model was evaluated using metrics such as Mean Squared Error (MSE) and R-squared. The results indicate that the well-optimized LightGBM model can accurately predict used car prices with high accuracy. The low MSE value (35207938112.028404) and high R-squared value (0.9462871489515565) demonstrate the model's excellent predictive quality. This research provides deeper insights into the factors influencing used car prices and contributes to the development of effective and reliable predictive models.

Abstract

Non-compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets (Fe) is caused by several factors, such as forgetfulness, fear of large babies, low awareness of the importance of iron supplements, insufficient understanding of the dangers of anemia for pregnant women and infants, as well as side effects like nausea or dizziness after taking iron tablets. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and compliance in consuming iron tablets among pregnant women at Botolinggo Health Center, Bondowoso Regency, in 2023. A cross-sectional design was used in this study, with a population of all pregnant women who underwent check-ups at Botolinggo Health Center, totaling 60 individuals. The sample consisted of 30 pregnant women, selected using accidental sampling. The results showed that pregnant women who complied with iron tablet consumption had good family support, while non-compliance was associated with a lack of family support. A total of 60% or 18 respondents who did not comply with iron tablet consumption reported insufficient family support. The Spearman's rho test results showed a P value of 0.003, indicating a significant relationship between family support and compliance with iron tablet consumption among pregnant women at Botolinggo Health Center.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus has become a global health threat. Diabetes mellitus patients need to understand the importance of meal schedule consistency, food type, and caloric intake to prevent complications. Many factors influence dietary compliance in diabetes mellitus patients, including social support, information exposure, and comorbidities. This study aims to identify the factors associated with dietary compliance among diabetes mellitus patients. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of all diabetes mellitus patients visiting Simpang IV Sipin Health Center in 2021, totaling 1,543 patients. A sample of 91 respondents was selected using accidental sampling. The study was conducted from June 15 to July 12, 2023, at Simpang IV Sipin Health Center, Jambi City. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square statistical test. The univariate analysis results showed that most respondents had good social support, were exposed to information about diabetes mellitus diets, had comorbidities, and exhibited high dietary compliance. The bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between social support and comorbidities with dietary compliance, but no relationship was found between information exposure and dietary compliance in diabetes mellitus patients at Simpang IV Sipin Health Center, Jambi City.
