Abstract

Everything is so abstract that will certainly lead to different conclusions and perceptions could even lead to a false perception of the message being delivered. That is why the implementation of the guidance and counseling should use the media to bear on guidance and counseling is effective. It is inevitable that the tools or media is required by anyone, let alone for an extension whose primary task is always interacting with others. Thus the extension should use the media in the process of counseling. Media will be able to help the educator to convey the message that the abstract to be real, can membankitkan individual spirit and can easily arouse the consciousness of the individual. Before using an extension media should be able to choose and use the right media with activities of counseling in order to run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Da'wah is currently facing a world that continues to move forward. He was in the middle of democratization which has guaranteed the rights and freedoms of individuals in behave. Supported by increasingly rapid technological development, particularly in the field of information, which has made it easier for anyone to access a variety of information. So at this point, there is no authority that can compel others to believe or do something. Even religious authorities, nor does it have the power to force anyone, as far as it concerns the behavior or beliefs of a personal nature. It is undeniable that the media have a strong influence in the marketing process. But please note that although the media have an important position, he will not be able to move itself. There are still some other component of 4Ps (Product, Price, Place and Promotion, added Process), which also need to be considered and taken into consideration.

Abstract

The Problems of da’wah among adolescents in line with the increasing variety of juvenile delinquency is one of the da’wah agenda that must be addressed with a good strategy. In the perspective of da’wah, should be considered seriously juvenile characteristics in accordance with the situation and their condition. This paper discusses the strategy of da’wah that can be applied to teenagers through the optimization of the role of the family as the main foundation for the personality of adolescents and increase the role of youth organizations mosque as an alternative to efforts to "pull" a teenager from the edge of the road to the mosque so that they acquire a container activity that is more serious benefits and Islamic.

Abstract

Lately, the competition of life began fragmented in specific areas so as to make more stringent way of civilization as happens now makes humans living in it must be able to adjust to developments, technology more sophisticated, the prolonged economic crisis made the economy in society is getting worse, until finally becoming more food shortages. To satisfy all human needs often clash with the level of ability and powerlessness. As a result, people often have psychiatric disorders or stress. Stress can be prevented by blocking various factors that cause stress and shock in a good spirit of the individual factors themselves and the surrounding environment factors are factors in the family environment, school, and community environments. Islam as a source of rules and values against any phenomenon that happens in this world of universal and covers all dimensions of human life both to human problems that are material and psychological (mental) concept offers a patient as a preventive step to cope with the stress.

Abstract

Quality human Islamically besides mastering science and technology, but even more are all teenagers who have faith and devotion to God Almighty. Parents and educators have a responsibility to the development of quality youth Islami. One of the activities carried out in schools and Madrasah is the implementation of Guidance and Counseling. Guidance and counseling services can be designed to develop personal adolescents faithful and devoted. All forms and types of services can be used as a means to develop a personal faith and devoted.

Abstract

Humans are born already has a herd instinct to live, so he called a social animal. As a social animal instinct that humans have called gregariousness, the relationship between man and his fellow. Culture affects individuals in different ways but the individual also affects the culture resulting in social change. From birth to death man lives as members of society. Culture school education system to develop certain patterns of behavior in accordance with what is expected by the public and students. Life in the schools as well as the norms prevailing in situ can be called Culture School. In the school there are some elements of culture are broadly as follows: Location of environment and physical infrastructure of schools, school curriculum, Persons values norms, regulatory systems, and climate school life. Abstract

his research aims: this research done with purpose to describe: 1 employees description emotional secretariat city banjarbaru regions .2 ) description of the employee performance secretariat city banjarbaru regions . 3 ) influence emotionally against the employee performance secretariat city banjarbaru regions.  This research using correlational approach namely: give a description of the influence of emotional against the employee performance secretariat city banjarbaru regions . Samples of being respondent in this research is to use sampling techniques total where whole populations into the study sample which totaled 40 ( forty ) person employees in secretariat city banjarbaru regions especially the common section 31 ~ And parts of community and social wealth 9 people.  The result showed that emotional: influential significantly on variables the employee performance . Of statistical testing can be seen that t count & gt; t a table ( 2.756& gt; 2.035 ) of these calculations it can be seen that t count be outside the range -2.035 and 2.035 or significance smaller than 0.05.
