Abstract

Autonomy support that given to employees is supported by the self-efficacy of employees, it will increase the employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. With a sample of 97 employees at PT. Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) Surabaya, using SEM Smart PLS 2.0 analysis techniques. The result that is a significant effect of autonomy support on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, a significant effect of self efficacy on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, a significant effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, no significant effect of autonomy support on job satisfaction mediated by organizational commitment and no significant effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction mediated by organizational commitment.Autonomy support that given to employees is supported by the self-efficacy of employees, it will increase the employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Abstract

The indicators that often be used as an analysis tool for measuring financial performance are EPS, ROE, and NPM, that measure performance reflecting the company's ability to generate profits and returns on investment firms. Saturated sample method used in this study using a sample of seventeen companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing was performed by using the classical assumption test and linear regression analysis.The results of this study showed that the variable of economic value added, earnings per share, and net profit margin had no significant effect on the stock return of the property companies. Meanwhile, the variable of return on equity had a significant effect on the stock return of the property companies. Simultaneously, the analysis results suggested that the variable of economic value added, earnings per share, return on equity, and net profit margin had an influence to the stock returns of 11.9%, while the remaining of 88.1% can be influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The success of this product is Indicated by the results of theTop Brand in 2011-2012 Pond's still ranked first with a larger percentage. With good quality and reliable brand image and an affordable price, pond's will always be embedded inside consumers. The population used is all consumers who are involved in purchasing decisions pond's flawless white as much as 110. Withdrawal method and the sampling was purposive sampling technique used is linear to influence the magnitude of the effect. These results can be seen from the adjusted R Square of 0.604 means that there are variables influence product quality, brand image, and price on purchase decisions by 60.4% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study was 39.6%. In this study the variable quality of the product is the dominant variable.

Abstract

Tourism plays an important role in Indonesia's economy both asone source of revenue for producers as well as the creator of employment and opportunities especially service business hotel accommodation and restaurant. This research using descriptive qualitative approach. The research was carried out in the District of Pacet, Mojokerto Regency. Data sources used are primary and secondary data. The technique of data collection is carried out by means of observation and in-depth interviews. While the method of data analysis using the technique of triangulation. The result showed that hotel and restaurant sector contributed to work force absorption sub-district pacet still low and not much assist in overcoming mojokerto unemployment in the county. Specifications labor at hotels and restaurants can be seen from factor is the average age 18-25 years factor high school graduate education, smk, D1 or other levels, and factor sexes prioritize women and not married.

Abstract

AbstractThe this study aimed to examine the effect Country ofOrigin to perceived quality and perceived value. The object is phone customers who visited in World Trade Center (WTC) Surabaya. The sample is 287 respondens. Country of origin has ten indikator s in this research, perceived qualityhas six indikator s in this research, and perceived value has three indikator s. Hypothesis testing is done by path analyze. Research is showed that country of origin effect the perceived quality, perceived quality effect the perceived value, and country of origin do not effect perceived value. This conclution, country of origin indirectly effect the perceived value.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of capital structure, business risk and sales growth with ROE for manufacturing companies (sector industry consumer goods) during 2008-2012. The independent variable is capital structure, business risk and sales growth.The sample was manufacturing (sector industry consumer goods),which publishes the annual report and quarterly financial reports I-IV during 2008-2012. It uses purposive sampling method. This data using secondary data obtained from the annual report and quarterly financial statements issued I-IV manufacturing companies (sector industry consumer goods) on the Stock Exchange. Analysis data method is using multiple linier regression. The analysis showed simoultantly variable capital structure, business risk and growth in sales affect ROE. Business risk get positive effect to ROE. While the capital structure and sales growth has no effect to ROE. Variable explaining independent variable is get 69,9% while the rest 30,1% can influenced by other variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factor that influence the succes of the turnaround firm experiencing financial disstres. These factor are profitability ratio, severity, free assets, size, downsizing, and CEO turnover. The sample used in this study is a non-financial companies listed on IDX 2008-2012 period, which had financial disstres in 2008-2009 as many as 60 companies. Financial disstres companys was measured using the Altman Z-score. The data analysis technique used logistic regression. The research results indicate the accuracy level is 76,7%. Partially profitability ratio and size influence on success of the turnaround. Severity, free assets, downsizing, and CEO turnover does not influence on the success of the turnaround. While simultaneously profitability ratio, severity, free assets, size, downsizing, and CEO turnover influence on the success of the companys turnaround.

Abstract

Recently common phenomenon in all walks of life use smartphones, ranging from a young children to an adults. Samsung Galaxy Smartphone shows a magnificent display, there are a lot of choices they give to us, provide fairly complete applications, and it can reflects an up to date metropolitan lifestyle by using it. This research is a conclusive research. Sample who taken as many as 110 people with snowball sampling technique. Measuring instrument which used is enquette, as well as the the data analyzed with multiple linear regression. The research instrument that used was a questionnaire, and multiple linear regression analysis. This study shows the results, that there is a positive effect between lifestyle and reference group on purchasing decisions towards purchasing decisions Smartphone Samsung Galaxy simultaneously and the dominant effect is the lifestyle variables followed by variable virtual community.
