Program Manajement Implementation Magrib Koran In West Sumatra province. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Program Management SocietyMovement Maghrib Koran in the province of West Sumatra in Jorong Gantiang Nagari PadangMagek Tanah Datar District of propagation, Jorong Nagari Koto Baru Bukit Kili lemur District ofSolok District and Village Laing Solok District of Cape of Good Hope. The research method I use isQualitative data collection techniques (1) Observation, (2) Interview and (3) Study of Documentation.The data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and inclusion.The results of this study were (1) Management of the program sunset Koran society movements in thethree regions are very different in practice, it looks at Jorong Gantiang have excellent management,Jorong Bukit Kili implement the program management has not been as good and Laing Villagemanagement has yet to implement this program as it should, it looks a lack of support from thetown and village governments (2) Activities conducted in community programs dusk chantingmovement is also different in each of these areas, in Jorong Gantiang there are 10 activities performedby generating a characteristic regions such as customary speech Pasambahan, in Bukit Kili Jorong no7 Sub Laing activity while only 5 activity. and that (3) The effect that appears to the public is alsodifferent in the three regions, as in Jorong Gantiang communities already praying in congregationin Mushalla Nurul Hidayah and their home each with their own awareness, while the MountKili community Jorong sunset prayers in congregation in the Masjid Al-Ikhwan and implementprogram activities in the dusk Koran, and the Village Laing has not appeared influence on societyThe conclusion of this study is necessary active role of all components of society that exist in everyregion in the implementation of this Koran dusk society movement, especially in the area being builtin this program. The Contributions climate communication and achievement motivation toward jobsatisfaction teachers of MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman. This study is aimed at identifying anddescribing the direct influence of: (1) to determinase whether there is a achievement communationclimate contribution toward work satisfaction of teachers MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman. (2)to determinase whether there is a achievement achievement motivation contribution toward worksatisfaction of teachers MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman. (3) to determinase whether there is aachievement communication climate and achievement motivation contribution simultaneously towardwork satisfaction of teachers MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman.This study used quantitative methodswith two-way analysis variance. The population were all junior high school teachers in SipoholonDistrict of North Tapanuli numbered 60 persons and sample 32 persons which were determined byproportional stratified sampling technique. The data was collected by using the instrument. Priorto testing the hypothesis, the normality of the data was tested by using correlation, linearity andregression equations test were used by anava and homogeneity was tested by Bartlett test. The resultsshow that the variable of communication climate and achievement motivation can be used as a factorin determining the performance of MTsN Langsat Kadap Rao Pasaman.Kata Kunci: Iklim komunikasi, motivasi berprestasi, kepuasan kerja guru.

Learning Management Acceleration Program in the Perspective of Islamic Educationin Junior High School 2 Solok. Implementation Monitoring Management PAI in SMA in Tanah Datar. The formulation of the problem (1) How management planning supervisor oversight conducted in SMA PAI Tanah Datar, and (2) How Implementation of management oversight conducted by supervisors PAI in Tanah SMA flat, and (3) How evaluation conducted surveillance management supervisor at SMA PAI Tanah Datar.The results showed that: the implementation of the management control of Islamic religious education in the District of flat land consists of monitoring the academic supervision and managerial supervision. The findings from the implementation of this monitoring show that: (1) the planning aspect shows that they have prepared a supervision plan, but planning is not fully implemented both academic and managerial supervision, (2) execution of supervisory tasks showed that the supervisor not to mention monitoring well in accordance with the duties and functions of both the supervisory and managerial academic supervisor, and (3) the regulatory aspects of the evaluation indicate that the evaluation does not fully perform his supervision.Kata Kunci: Implementation of Management Control

Contribution Leadershipof Headmaster and Teacher Performance Toward Students’ Achievement MAN Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar. This study aims toreveal how much the contribution of leadership headmaster and teacher performance to student learning outcomes in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan. The hypothesis ofthis study were: (1) Leadership Principals contribute significantly to the performance of the teacher in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar, (2) teacher performance contributes significantly to student learning outcomes in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Senior Islamic High School) Sumpur Tanah Datar, (3) Leadership Principal sand teacher performance are equally contribute significantly to students' learning outcomes in the country Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar.The results showedthat: (1) The leadership of headmaster is significantly by 38,1% (Thirty eight poin one percent) of the student learning outcomes in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan, (2) the performance of teachers contribute 64,8% (Sixty four poin eight percent) of the student learning outcomes in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur BatipuhSelatan, (3) leadership of headmaster and teacher performance together contribute significantly by 58,8% (Fifty eight poin eight percent) of the student learning outcomes in the country Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic SeniorHigh School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar.The leadership of headmaster and teacher performance are two important factors that cancontribute toward students’ learning outcomes in the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN/Islamic Senior High School) Sumpur Batipuh Selatan Tanah Datar.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan kepala madasah, kinerja guru, hasil belajar siswa

Implementation of Islamic Education Teaching in Primary School Cluster I Lubuk Sikarah Solok. Thesis Magister Program of Management of Islamic Education at Post Graduate Program State College of Islamic Studies (STAIN) Batusangkar, 2014. Cluster I Lubuk Sikarah Solok City is one of the existing Primary School Cluster with a focus to create the best performing students, berbudii noble character, morality based on religious values and customs with the steps instill a sense of faith, morality, and religion God Almighty, improve discipline each school community, improving the professionalism of teachers, educators complementary infrastructure, involving the whole element involved in education to participate actively in order to achieve educational goals.This study aims to describe the habits of Islamic religious education teachers in preparing lesson plans, habits Islamic religious education teachers in the implementation of learning, habits of Islamic religious education teachers in the evaluation of learning outcomes. This study is an ethnographic research design that uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method of analysis. Data was collected by (1) observation; (2) interview; (3) documentation. Key informants collected by sampling jugmen while additional informants by means of snowball sampling. The results of this study are: (1) Islamic religious education teachers have been professional in preparing lesson plans, (2) Islamic religious education teacher has been a professional in the implementation of learning, (3) Islamic religious education teacher has been a professional in the evaluation of learning outcomes.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Agama Islam, guru

Issues raised in this study is the effect of teacher competence and school organizational climate on the performance of Islamic religious education teachers at the elementary school in the district of Gunung Talang in Solok regency. Implementation of Management Curriculum 2013 at the Elementary School in the Tanjung Emas District. The purpose of this study to describe the management curriculum at the elementary school 2013, and knowing the causes of curriculum policy 2013 and its implications for management in the primary school curriculum.From the results of the study revealed that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum management in primary schools have not fully load a fundamental change of the curriculum. Fundamental change of curriculum in 2013 was the planting of religious attitudes and social behavior, learning developed through thematic integrative, Scientific approach, which requires authentic teacher assessment measure all competency as attitudes, skills, and knowledge based processes and outcomes, as well as the compulsory extracurricular Scout. This means that schools still require the maximum development of the 2013 curriculum management planning, implementation, controlling and evaluation of the curriculum should be implemented as well as possible.Keywords: management curriculum, curriculum 2013

Work Culture Islamic Teachers of SDN Solok In Improving the Quality of Learning Outcomes. The study was conducted using a qualitative research approach with the types of qualitative research focus is to describe, analyze and interpret cultural groups. SDN object of this paper is ranked by the Solok, 06 Cape Nails SDN, SDN 16 and SDN Nan Balimo 15 Soil Salts, owns the speci schools provide educational services using principles of sharia.From the research that has been done, the Data Showed that at SDN 06 and SDN Tanjung Paku 15 Nan culture Balimo implementation work has been going well and is supported by the parents, while at SDN 16 Soil Salts implementation work culture has also been applied by the teacher but not yet Implemented perfectly Because parental background factors and are not supported by the parents.From the findings of the research, educational services become very important to the school as education. With services unit thus spake not only the nature of educational services related to meeting the needs of infrastructure, equipment and tools paced learning luxurious and sophisticated, but much needed school climate and environment / learning conducive, safe, and fun.Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, guru-guru, mutu hasil belajar
