Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the activities, strategy undertaken as a form of religious culture school in SMANegeri 3 Batusangkar and supporting factors and penghambatn in the application of religious culture school in SMA Negeri 3 Batusangkar. This type of research used in this study is a qualitative research. Sources of data in this study is the Islamic Education teachers and principals and other data sources. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data-processing technique that is descriptive qualitative. Analysis of the data used, namely, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. While the validity of the data by triangulation technique that uses a variety of sources, such as interviews researcher with more than one respondent, observation and documentation. Strategy of teachers of Islamic education in the application of religious culture school that is embedded to the students well.Factors supporting the creation of religious culture school in SMANegeri 3 Batusangkar are internal factors (motivation) originating from within the students, the support of the assembly of teachers SMAN 3 Batusanggkar, their school programs such as FSI (Forum of Islamic Studies), the participation of alumni and the inclusion of some aspects of religious culture into the rules of conduct SMA Negeri 3 Batusangkar. While the inhibiting factor is the limited facilities and infrastructure, some students are still reluctant to implement some aspects of the religious culture of the school, existence of some aspects of the religious culture of the school that can not be required for students to do as well as the limitations of teachers to control students to his home and coupled with still the maximum parental controls to worship the child.

Abstract

This study aims, to describe the principal's plan to improve teacher performance in SDIT Ishlatul Ummah, Sawahlunto City, to describe the organization of principals in improving teacher performance at SDIT Ishlatul Ummah in Sawahlunto City, to describe the implementation of principals in improving teacher performance in SDIT Ishlatul Ummah Kota Sawahlunto, and to describe the supervision of the principal in improving teacher performance at SDIT Ishlatul Ummah in Sawahlunto City. The research method is qualitative research with a case study method or approach. Research informants were 6 people. Data collection tools are researchers as key instruments and supporting instruments are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, field notes, and hand pone (HP). Data collection techniques are participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman model which divides data analysis into three, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity testing techniques using data triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the principal program in improving teacher performance such as improving discipline, providing motivation, holding teacher training in schools, supervising or supervising teacher performance, fostering teacher performance, and establishing cooperative relationships with teachers , it has been going well done by the school principal to improve teacher performance in achieving the educational goals at SDlah Ishlahul Ummah in Sawahlunto City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring activities carried out by principal of MTs PP Mu'allimin Muhammadiyah Sawah Dangka in the development of effective madrasah. The design of research was descriptive qualitative. Research informants were 9 people. Data collection tools are researchers as key instruments and supporting instruments are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, field notes, and cellphones. Data collection techniques are observation, indepth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in this study using a model conducted by Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman. The technique of testing the validity of data using data triangulation and methods. The results showed that the principal of MTs PP Mua'limin Muhammadiyah Sawah Dangka was able to carry out management functions ranging from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the effective madrasah indicators

Abstract

The background in this research is the performance of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tanah Datar District is still less than the maximum. Implementation of academic supervision at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tanah Datar District, constrained by several things, including the plans made by the teachers are not in accordance with the implementation, time constraints supervisors and headmaster in carrying out supervision and there were some who did not complete the administrative requirements for learning devices. The purpose of researchers doing this study is to describe and analyze the academic supervision in the form of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tanah Datar District and to describe and analyze the implementation of the academic supervision in the form of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Tanah Datar District.

Abstract

The problem of this research is "Supervision of Principal to the National Examination Subject Teachers in SMP N 2 Rambatan". And the purpose of this recearch is to describe How Supervision of Principal to the National Examination Subject Teachers in SMP N 2 Rambatan. This research is a qualitative case study method. The main instrument of this research is the researcher himself, and the supporting instruments are a tape recorder, interview guides and other documents. To obtain the required data, the researcher used techniques include observation, documentation and the principal interviews national examination subject teachers.The results of the research based on observation, interviews and documentation, the researcher can take some conclusions as follows: (1) Planning of supervision programs of principal to develop the competence of the National Examination Subject Teacher in order to get the maximum result, (2) Implementation of supervision programs of principal to develop the competence of the National Examination Subject Teacher in order to get the maximum result, (3) Evaluation and follow-up supervision programs of principal to develop the competence of the National Examination Subject Teacher in order to get the maximum result. Based on how the overall Supervision of Principal to the national examination subject teachers is not maximized. This is evident from the evaluation and follow-up of the supervision itself did not cover all aspects of supervision.

Abstract

The strategy of madrasah heads to increase public participation in the field of education is an important factor in determining education outcomes. The purpose of this study is: To find out the strategy of the head of the madrasah to increase public participation in the field of Education in MTs Ma'had Islamy Payakumbuh City. Knowing the factors that influence the Head of Madrasah to increase public participation in the field of Education in MTs Ma’had Islamy Payakumbuh City. This type of research is qualitative. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of principals, public relations officers, and teachers at MTs Ma'had Islamy Payakumbuh City. Data analysis techniques in this study use data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results obtained are by holding meetings and establishing relationships with parents, visits to students 'homes, correspondence, approaches through community leaders, publicity and madrasah socialization, holding madrasa exhibitions, taking student reports and parents' involvement in the process learning. The forms of community participation in the MTs Ma'had Islamy Payakumbuh City have been carried out including the participation of money and goods, labor and expertise participation, and mind participation. Factors influencing the madrasah chief's strategy in increasing community participation in MTs Ma'had Islamy Payakumbuh City are: Supporting factors which include the willingness and ability of individuals / communities, the opportunity of madrasas, high level of individual / community education, income or income from parents of students. The inhibiting factor is due to the location and access to madrasas that are quite far away, parents and the community who have their respective activities so it is difficult to take the time to attend the madrasa and lack of awareness of the surrounding environment and madrasas, services and appeals that are still limited because the lack of ability and intense communication between madrasa managers towards parents and the community.

Abstract

Many factors have correlation with teacher’s performance, likes training and compensation. The teacher is not optimal in following training proses and compensation for teacher is not maximum yet also has effects to teacher’s performance. The teacher as spearhead of education in learning process at school, so the teacher’s quality and standard of life should be improved and developed according to the present and the future life. The research has purpose to know the correlation training and compensation with teacher’s performance at state elementary school in Solok City. The research is quantitative research with correlational approach, in collecting data on research question. The technic collecting data is close questioner. The result is analyzed by use quantitative approach and use frequency table tools also statistic test by use SPSS program. Based on the result of data analysis there is a correlation between training and compensation with teacher’s performance has meaning to correlation has found 0.654 with references to the degree of relation belonging a strong correlation, therefore the hypothesis in this research is acceptable:

Abstract

This study aims to determine the way of planning, how to implement, how the assessment of thematic learning by classroom teachers in elementary school in the district. Fresh Valley. City of Sawahlunto. Type of research that writer use is Etnografi research. Data collection techniques are done by triangulation, inductive data analysis and qualitative research results emphasize the meaning of the generalization. Informants in this study are primary informants and additional informants . Data collection techniques in research are observation, interview and documentation. The result of the implementation of thematic teaching by the classroom teacher at elementary school in sub-district of fresh valley of sawahlunto city is at learning planning stage. The class teacher at SD in Kecamatan Lembah Segar Kota Sawahlunto uses various ways but the same goal is by analyzing SKL, KD and Syllabus designing RPP using the thematic RPP model, and listing RPP themes and components. the implementation of Thematic learning by classroom teachers is done by classroom teachers using: tying some subjects with one theme, explaining the material with various learning methods, inviting students to be more active in learning, creating a more comfortable classroom atmosphere, delivering the material in a relaxed but assessment phase, all teachers use evaluation way for KI-1, KI-2, and KI-4 done day with assessment rubric. For the assessment of KI-3 the teacher performs the assessment by means of training per 1 lesson and for daily test is done on 1 sub theme. For the evaluation of spiritual and social attitudes using a range of SB, B, C or K values.
