<![CDATA[This research was conducted to examine the effect of capital, costs, and sales volume on the profits of used clothing traders in the Central Market and Bougenvile Market in Timika City. The object of this research is the value of the effect of costs and sales volume on the profits of used clothing traders in the City of Timika. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate only partially the cost and sales volume have a significant effect on the profits of used clothing traders in the Central Market and Bougenvile Market in Timika City with a significance level of less than 0.05, while capital has no significant effect with a significance value greater than 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the condition of the Intellectual Capital at PT Mayora Indah Tbk. In addition, this study examines the effect of intellectual capital on the profitability of PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the period 2005-2018. This research uses descriptive and associative methods. The data analysis process used simple linear regression analysis with SPSS statistics. The data collection technique used documentation. Based on the analysis results obtained a constant value (a) of 1.553 and a linear regression coefficient (b) of 0.016, so that the simple regression equation is formulated to be Y = 1.553 + 0.16X. The results of the study conclude that intellectual capital has no effect on profitability at PT Mayora Indah Tbk]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua which is analyzed through financial reports based on ratio analysis. The method in this research is using descriptive method. The study used primary data obtained from PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua for the period 2019-2020. The data analysis technique used in this research is data analysis techniques using profitability ratios. The results show that the financial statements of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua for 2019-2020 for the ratio of GPM, NPM and ROCE are in a healthy / stable condition. However, the ROA and ROE ratios are in bad/unhealthy conditions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management and sales growth on profitability at PT Deltasindo Sagita Mandiri. This research is an associative type of research using multiple linear regression analysis tools and classical assumption test using SPSS software. This research was conducted at PT Deltasindo Sagita Mandiri Mimika Regency with data for 8 (eight) periods starting from 2012 to 2019. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and literature studies. The results of the study conclude that sales growth (SG) has no significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, working capital management which is proxied into the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) has a significant effect on profitability at PT Deltasindo Sagita Mandiri.]]>

<![CDATA[The main purpose of this study is to find out how the financial performance of the PT Bank Papua Abadi Sejahtera Abadi Cooperative is based on net profit margin, economic profitability and own capital profitability. This study uses descriptive research is a method of solving a problem stage that describes the state of the company in the form of a particular subject or object. The instrument used is the net profit margin ratio shows the company's efficiency by looking at profits, economic profitability measures the company's ability to generate profits and the profitability of its own capital shows the company's ability with its own capital to generate profits. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency of the budget and the realization of operational costs at CV Solata Travel. The method used is descriptive method. The data collection instrument used in this study is documentation, namely budget data and overall cost realization from 2017 – 2019 at CV Solata Travel. The data analysis instrument used is efficiency ratio analysis. The results of the data analysis that have been carried out are known that overall operational cost control at CV Solata Travel is classified as inefficient. This is due to the fact that the number of realized costs is greater than or equal to the amount of the planned budget.]]>
