Abstract

Indonesia’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are important in national economic development. Through financing at BMT, MSMEs can develop their businesses according to expectations. This research was conducted to analyze the magnitude of the influence of murabahah financing on MSME income in BMT Al Bahjah District. Brass. The method used in this research is a type of quantitative research. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The total sample was 40 respondents who were customers or members who obtained murabahah financing. The data collection method used in this research was a questionnaire. The data obtained was processed using SPSS software. The data analysis method uses the normality test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), and significant T-test. The results of this study show that the murabahah financing variable has a positive and significant effect on MSME income with a calculated t value = 8.716 > t table = 2.024 and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. The limitation of this research is the use of only one variable, namely murabahah financing, and its limited scope.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of technology in hawalah contracts at Indonesian Islamic banking institutions. Although financial technology (fintech) has developed rapidly, the integration of technology in hawalah products remains limited. This research analyzes technology implementation, identifies challenges, and evaluates the impact of technology on Sharia compliance. This study employs a qualitative approach with literature review method, analyzing secondary data from OJK regulations, Bank Indonesia, DSN-MUI fatwas, and scientific journals through systematic literature search with directed content analysis technique. The research findings indicate that technology implementation is dominated by electronic document management systems and online platforms. Main challenges include system integration complexity, data security, and variations in fiqh interpretation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap hambatan berpindah dan retensi pelanggan, serta untuk menguji peran hambatan berpindah sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepuasan dan retensi pelanggan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, khususnya pada pengguna kartu Telkomsel di Watampone. Permasalahan yang diangkat mencakup bagaimana hubungan antara kepuasan pelanggan, hambatan berpindah, dan retensi pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research, melibatkan 97 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hambatan berpindah sebesar 69,9%; (2) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi pelanggan sebesar 66,2%; (3) hambatan berpindah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi pelanggan sebesar 27,7%; dan (4) hambatan berpindah mampu memediasi pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap retensi pelanggan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa retensi pelanggan dapat diperkuat melalui peningkatan kepuasan dan penciptaan hambatan berpindah yang etis. Implikasinya, Telkomsel perlu merancang strategi layanan yang sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam, seperti kejujuran, transparansi, dan amanah, guna meningkatkan loyalitas jangka panjang pelanggan
