Abstract

In family, every parent wish that their children grow with good attituide, be the pride and have good characters in every thing. The education from an early age should be more serious, especially in moral education so that they do not become children who are weak in faith to grow up into good generation. moral education in childhood is very important and its not easy to applicate, because education in childhood should be with specific approaches. This paper offers ways to educate the toddlers. Some of the methods that can be performed and selected in the in educating the toddlers such as: exemplary method, story method, reward and punishment methods. By using the methods that applied in education is expected to be a good step before entering school. Key world: Education, moral, and early age. Abstrak Dalam kehidupan berkeluarga, setiap orang tua tentu mengharapkan anak-anaknya dapat tumbuh menjadi anak-anak yang baik, dapat dibanggakan dan mempunyai karakter atau sifat-sifat yang positif dalam segala hal. Pendidikan anak-anak sejak dini harus mendapat perhatian lebih serius terutama dalam pendidikan akhlak agar mereka tidak menjadi anak-anak yang lemah iman sehingga tumbuh dewasa menjadi generasi yang shaleh. pendidikan akhlak anak usia pra sekolah sangat penting dan pelaksanaannya bukanlah suatu hal yang mudah, karena dalam membina anak kecil harus dengan pendekatan-pendekatan khusus. Pendidikan anak balita merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi orang tua, ada beberapa metode yang dapat dilakukan dan dipilih dalam dalam mendidik anak diantaranya: metode teladan, metode kisah, metode reward, dan metode punishment. dengan adanya metode yang diterapkan dalam mendidik anak diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah yang baik sebelum memasuki pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

AbstractEducational institutions in general public schools rarely use marketingstrategies in getting new students. This is due to one of them because thepublic school when the acceptance of new learners have been flooded withnew prospective students, but different things happen in the average ofprivate schools. The purpose of this paper is to examine how IntegratedMarketing Communication (IMC) which consists of advertising, salespromotion, public relations & publicity and direct marketing, of NewStudent Admissions (PPDB) in private schools, especially the newlyestablished private schools. Due to the reality in society many publicperceptions that private schools are less interested in society because theythink that private schools do not have good quality compared to stateschools. For that it needs new breakthroughs to increase the number of newlearners in accordance with the target expected by the educational institutionis through Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC).AbstrakLembaga pendidikan secara umum terutama di sekolah-sekolah negeri jarangsekali menggunakan strategi marketing dalam mendapatkan siswa-siswibaru.Ini disebabkan salah satunya karena sekolah negeri ketika penerimaanpeserta didik baru sudah kebanjiran calon siswa baru, tetapi hal berbedaterjadi di rata-rata sekolah swasta.Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengkajibagaimana Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) yang terdiri dariadvertising, sales promotion, public relation & publicity serta directmarketing, terhadap Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di sekolahsekolahswasta terutama sekolah swasta yang baru berdiri.Karena realita yangterjadi di masyarakat banyak persepsi-persepsi masyarakat bahwa sekolahsekolahswasta kurang di minati oleh masyarakat karena menganggap bahwa sekolah-sekolah swasta tidak memiliki kualitas yang bagus di bandingkansekolah-sekolah negeri.Untuk itu perlu adanya terobosan-terobosan baruguna meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik baru sesuai dengan target yangdiharapkan oleh lembaga pendidikan tersebut yaitu melalui IntegratedMarketing Communication (IMC).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the performance of educational personnel in IAIN Purwokerto. Urgency of this research is the educational staff is part of educational institutions that should perform well. With good performance, then the goal of educational institutions more easily achieved. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with the respondents are all civil servants with civil servant status. In data collection, using the method of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that in general the performance of IAIN Purwokerto educational staff has been good, ie by always maintaining good relationships with colleagues will participate to provide good results on the performance of individuals. In addition, the ability of an employee to work in a team work, also contributes to the performance of education staff IAIN Purwokerto. However, there are some employees whose performance still needs to be improved, through the achievement of better work, and enhancement of discipline through the effective use of working time. Keywords: Performance, Educational Staff Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja tenaga kependidikan di IAIN Purwokerto. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan merupakan bagian dari lembaga pendidikan yang hendaknya berkinerja baik. Dengan kinerja baik, maka tujuan dari lembaga pendidikan lebih mudah tercapai. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden adalah seluruh tenaga kependidikan yang berstatus PNS. Dalam pengumpulan data, menggunakan metode observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum kinerja tenaga kependidikan IAIN Purwokerto sudah baik, yakni dengan senantiasa memelihara hubungan baik dengan rekan kerja akan turut serta memberikan hasil kerja yang baik terhadap kinerja individu. Selain itu, kemampuan seorang pegawai bekerja dalam suatu tim kerja, turut memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan IAIN Purwokerto. Namun ada beberapa pegawai yang kinerjanya masih perlu ditingkatkan, melalui pencapaian hasil kerja yang lebih baik, serta peningkatkan kedisplinan melalui penggunaan waktu kerja yang efektif.

Abstract

Abstract The development of the times in the global era is now demanding many changes. The revolution needed to be able to compensate the life in this global era. The teacher as an important component in the education system, it is natural to have a point of view that is advanced and flexible, accept the changes due to the development of the times. To face all the developments, both positive development, and negative development. Teacher should be able to do a self revolution that will affect the school environment in order to remain positive. Teacher have to evolve with innovations that is better, especially in bringing Islamic religious education in order to remain easy to be accepted in the global era now. Keywords : Revolution, Innovation, Teacher, and Islamic Religious Education. Abstrak Perkembangan jaman pada era global sekarang ini menuntut banyaknya perubahan. Revolusi diperlukan untuk dapat mengimbangi kehidupan di era global ini. Guru sebagai komponen penting dalam sistem pendidikan sudah sewajarnya memiliki sudut pandang yang maju dan fleksibel untuk dapat menerima perubahan sebagai dampak dari perkembangan jaman. Untuk menghadapi segala perkembangan yang tidak hanya berdampak positif, namun terdapat juga perkembangan ke arah negatif guru harus dapat melakukan revolusi diri yang akan mempengaruhi lingkungan sekolahnya agar tetap bernilai positif. Guru harus berkembang dengan inovasi-inovasi yang semakin lebih baik, khususnya dalam membawakan Pendidikan Agama Islam agar tetap mudah diterima pada era global sekarang. Kata kunci: Revolusi, Inovasi, Guru, dan Pendidikan Agama Islam.
