Abstract

This study was aimed at obtaining a description of how to deal with students' aggressive behavior at SDN 2 Karangreja, Kutasari sub-district, Puerbalingga district. This research is a case study research conducted with a qualitative approach. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Then the data were analyzed through three stages of data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the form of aggressive behavior carried out by students was verbal and nonverbal aggressiveness. The handling is done by reducing repressive actions on aggressive students, not giving physical punishment to aggressive students, paying attention and appreciation for positive aggressive student behavior, giving confidence to aggressive students, providing comfort to all students, and limiting student rights. Teachers have carried out optimal handling, however, parents are still lacking in providing treatment.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) analyze the competence of teachers at SD Negeri 4 Krandegan, Banjarnegara District, Banjarnegara Regency; (2) analyzing the strategic efforts to strengthen teacher competence in SD Negeri 4 Krandegan, Banjarnegara District, Banjarnegara Regency. This research method uses descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the competence of teachers at SD Negeri 4 Krandelan was very good. The strategic efforts to strengthen competence were carried out, namely: (1) pedagogic competence: by discussing with teachers both formal and non-formal, giving assignments to teachers to transmit the results of technical guidance, holding workshops, supervision, comparative studies, increasing time allocation; (2) personality competencies: giving rewards, freedom of opinion, coaching, and bringing in lecturers; (3) Professional competence: facilitating teachers to be active in the KKG, increasing teacher insight, encouraging teachers to take part in scientific/innovative work competitions, assigning tasks to teachers to guide academic competitions, assigning teachers to guide and develop curriculum development, involving teachers to become curriculum development teams in schools ; (4) Social competence: design learning with cooperative methods, group activities that require collaboration, such as outbound, extracurricular, tourism, being friends in CAR, and giving dispensation to teachers in community activities.

Abstract

This article presents how the management of the head of MIN 3 BREBES in realizing learning effectiveness in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic situation. Problems that are clearly experienced by educational institutions at MIN 3 Brebes are the lack of knowledge and mastery of teachers regarding learning applications, as well as the strategy of the head of madrasah in conducting training on the use of google classroom. Management is a series of activities carried out to achieve the expected goals. The management of the madrasah principal occupies a strategic position so that learning continues and students do not lose their rights. This study is a qualitative research that aims to obtain an overview and information about the management of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah principal in realizing the effectiveness of learning in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic situation. The research subject is the head of the madrasa. Data were collected by means of unstructured interviews or personal discussions with the head of the madrasa as the main data source and the guardians of the students as supporting data. Data analysis was performed using data reduction techniques. The results obtained show: (1) the management of the madrasah principal has been carried out according to management rules, which include the planning, organizing and implementation stages, as well as monitoring and evaluation as steps taken so that the learning process continues to be carried out, (2) developing learning videos by making teams School IT in collecting learning videos made by MIN 3 Brebes teachers. Keywords : Management, Head of Madrasah, Covid-19 Abstrak Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang bagaimana manajemen kepala MIN 3 BREBES dalam mewujukan efektifitas pembelajaran ditengah situasi pandemi covid-19. Permasalahan yang jelas dialami lembaga pendidikan MIN 3 Brebes adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan penguasaan guru mengenai aplikasi pembelajaran, serta straegi kepala madrasah dalam mengadakan pelatihan pemanfaatan google classroom. Manajemen merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Manajemen kepala madrasah menempati posisi strategis agar pembelajaran tetap terlaksana dan peserta didik tidak kehilangan haknya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan informasi tentang manajemen kepala madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam mewujudkan efektifitas pembelajaran di tengah situasi pandemic covid-19. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur atau diskusi personal dengnan kepala madrasah sebagai sumber data utama dan wali murid sebagai data pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik reduksi data. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan: (1) manajemen kepala madrasah telah dilaksanakan sebagaimana kaidah manajemen, yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan dan evaluasi sebagai langkah yang ditempuh agar proses pembelajaran tetap terlaksana, (2) mengembangkan video pembelajaran dengan membuat tim IT sekolah dalam menghimpun video pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh guru MIN 3 Brebes. Abstract

Improving the quality of reading the Qur'an is a must for Muslims. Realizing the importance of the process of takhsin the Qur'an, because Tahsin is a procedure for reading the Qur'an properly and correctly by using the rules contained in the science of recitation, the Qur'an is the kalamullah that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, for 22 years, 2 months and 22 days or an average of 23 years, starting from the 17th of Ramadan, when the Prophet Muhammad was 40 years old until his death in 632. Development and improvement in reading the Qur'an (Tahsin Al-Qur'an) is an obligation for who read it, and need guidance in reading the Qur'an from both teachers and parents, but with the Covid 19 outbreak, which hit the world also had an impact on the world of education, so children and teachers had to provide virtual learning. The purpose of this study is to find out the activities of developing tahsin Al Qur'an at MI Shirothol Mustaqim by virtual learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. By utilizing ICT media, it will minimize the transmission of Covid 19 but can also improve the reading of the Quran properly. Basically, virtual learning is used not to replace face-to-face learning. Instead of combining face-to-face learning with virtual learning which will allow for quality improvement in learning, the development and application of tahsin virtual learning or ICT-based learning takes place effectively, some ideas are needed. Commands to learn to read the Koran well in Islamic teachings are fardhu' ain (obligatory for every Muslim). Keywords: Development, Tahsin Al Qur’an, Virtual Abstrak Peningkatan kualitas baca Al-Qur’an merupakan suatu kaharusan bagi umat muslim. Menyadari pentingnya proses takhsin Alqur’an, karena Tahsin merupakan tata cara membaca Al-Quran dengan baik dan benar dengan menggunakan kaidah-kaidah yang terdapat dalam ilmu tajwid, Al Qur’an adalah kalamullah yang di wahyukan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, selama 22 tahun, 2 bulan dan 22 hari atau rata-rata selama 23 tahun, dimulai sejak tanggal 17 Ramadan, saat Nabi Muhammad berumur 40 tahun hingga wafat pada tahun 632. Pengembangan dan perbaikan dalam membaca Al Qur’an (Tahsin Alqur’an) merupakan suatu kewajiban bagi yang membacanya, dan perlu adanya bimbingan dalam membaca Al Qur’an baik dari guru maupun orang tua, namun dengan adanya wabah Covid 19, yang melanda dunia juga berdampak pada dunia pendidikan, sehinggan anak-anak dan guru harus memberikan pembelajaran secara virtual. Tujuan penelitian ini, yatu untuk mengetahui kegiatan pengembangan tahsin Al Qur’an di MI Shirothol Mustaqim secara virtual learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan memanfaatkan media ICT ini akan meminimalisir penularan Covid 19 tetapi juga dapat memperbaiki bacaan Al Quran dengan baik. Pada dasarnya pembelajaran secara virtual learning digunakan bukan untuk menggantikan pembelajaran tatap muka. Melainkan penggabungan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan secara virtual learning yang akan memungkinkan terjadinya peningkatan kualitas dalam pembelajaran, pengembangan dan penerapan tahsin secara virtual learning atau pembelajaran berbasis ICT berlangsung efektif, diperlukan beberapa gagasan Perintah untuk belajar membaca al-Quran dengan baik dalam ajaran Islam hukumnya fardhu ‘ain (wajib bagi setiap muslim). Abstract

The family is the first environment in the education of a child to adapt well according to his age and maturity. In the family, parents have a big role in influencing the development of children's cognitive intelligence. Parenting patterns in early childhood include the provision of physical stimulation, mental stimulation, emotional stimulation, moral stimulation and also social stimulation that will encourage optimal child development. Good parenting will affect the development of children well as well as bad parenting will hinder the development of children. Parenting patterns mean the habits of parents, fathers and mothers in leading, nurturing and guiding children. Nurturing in the sense of keeping by caring for and educating him. Guiding by helping, training, accompanying and so on. The quality and intensity of parenting styles vary in influencing attitudes and directing children's behavior. Therefore, the author will discuss issues related to the relationship between parenting patterns and the development of children's cognitive intelligence, such as the definition of parenting patterns, cognitive intelligence and children. And also discusses the factors that influence the development of children's cognitive intelligence, such as parents' educational background, economy, early marriage, work and environment.The purpose of this study was to determine how big the relationship between parenting patterns and the development of children's intelligence. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews. The results showed that parenting greatly influences the development of children's cognitive intelligence in Guci Village, Sirampog District, and good parenting is also influenced by many factors. Keywords: parenting, cognitive intelligenc, children. Keluarga merupakan lingkungan pertama dalam pendidikan seorang anak untuk memyesuaikan diri dengan baik sesuai usia dan kematangannya. Didalam keluarga orang tua memiliki peran besar dalam memberikan pengaruh pada perkembangan kecerdasan kognitif anak. Pola asuh orang tua pada anak usia dini mencakup pemberian rangsangan fisik, rangsangan mental, rangsangan emosional, rangsangan moral dan juga rangsangan social yang akan mendorong tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal. Pola asuh yang baik akan mempengaruhi perkembangan anak dengan baik pula begitu juga pola asuh yang buruk akan menghambat perkembangan anak. Pola assuh orang tua berarti kebiasaan orang tua, ayah dan ibu dalam memimpin, mengasuh dan membimbing anak. Mengasuh dalam arti menjaga dengan cara merawat dan mendidiknya. Membimbing dengan cara membantu, melatih, mendampingi dan sebagainya. Kualitas dan intensitas pola asuh orang tua bervariasi dalam mempengaruhi sikap dan mengarahkan perilaku anak. Karena itu penulis akan membahas masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan hubungan pola asuh orang tua terhadap perkembangan kecerdasan kognitif anak, seperti definisi pola asuh orang tua, kecerdasan kognitif dan anak serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kecerdasan kognitif anak, seperti latar belakang pendidikan orang tua, ekonomi, pernikahan dini, pekerjaan dan lingkungan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan pola asuh orang tua terhadap perkembangan kecerdasan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observassi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola asuh orang tua sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan kecerdasan kognitif anak di Desa Guci Kecamatan Sirampog, dan pola asuh yang baik juga dipengaruhi banyak faktor. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to research and describe the efforts of Islamic boarding schools in forming character in adolescents. The current problem is the character crisis that has hit the nation's children. One of the problems that often occurs repeatedly, when education has not been able to become social control and control the character or morality of students. While students are the pillars of the nation, so the term "if you want to see the progress of a nation, then look at its education" appears. In the midst of globalization and modernity as it is today, the character and morality of the nation is one of the many main problems experienced by developing countries, including Indonesia. For capitalist countries, Indonesia is a very potential market to market various cultural products. In addition to having a very large population, some Indonesians have a consumptive and talkative nature so that they have the potential to become a profitable market share for products from other nations. Although not all foreign cultural products have a negative impact. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, and observations on caregivers, managers, and students. In this study, researchers have proven that pesantren education has a role in character building, and pesantren is able to become the basis for implementing character education. This research was conducted at the Hikmatul Huda Islamic boarding school, a boarding school in Central Java, which is located in Malandang Village, Salem District, Brebes Regency. Abstract Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menggambarkan upaya pondok pesantren dalam pembentukan karkater pada anak remaja. Permasalahan saat ini adalah krisis karakter yang melanda anak bangsa. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi secara berulang-ulang, ketika pendidikan belum mampu menjadi kontrol sosial serta pengendali akhlak atau moralitas pelajar. Sedangkan pelajar adalah tonggak bangsa, sehingga muncul istilah “jika ingin melihat kemajuan suatu bangsa, maka lihatlah pendidikannya”. Di tengah arus globalisasi dan modernitas seperti sekarang ini, karakter dan moralitas bangsa menjadi satu dari sekian banyak persoalan utama yang dialami oleh negara-negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Bagi negaranegara kapitalis, Indonesia merupakan pasar yang sangat potensial untuk memasarkan berbagai produk budayanya. Selain memiliki jumlah penduduk yang sangat besar, sebagian masyarakat Indonesia mempunyai sifat konsumtif dan latah sehingga sangat berpotensi dijadikan pangsa pasar yang menguntungkan bagi produk-produk dari bangsa lain. Meskipun tidak semua produk budaya asing menimbulkan dampak negatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dan observasi pada pengasuh, pengelola, dan santri. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti telah membuktikan bahwa pendidikan pesantren mempunyai peran dalam pembentukan karakter, serta pesantren mampu menjadi basis implementasi pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pesantren Hikmatul Huda, sebuah pondok pesantren di daerah Jawa Tengah, yang terletak di Kampung Malandang, Kecamatan Salem, Kabupaten Brebes.

Abstract

Education is a process of educating and guiding students to achieve certain goals in the form of positive changes in children. Education starts from the family, namely parents. Parents are the first madrasa for children. Without parents, children cannot get a proper education. It needs regular guidance and supervision because the child's life is the responsibility of the parents. The problems in increasing the motivation to learn the Koran, which are given by parents to children because of the lack of parental attention to children because they are busy with work, the majority are farm laborers and the facilities are not optimal. So the question arises how the role of parents in increasing motivation to learn the Koran. This study aims to determine the role of parents in increasing motivation to learn the Koran in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Sirampog. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The results showed that the role of parents on the motivation to learn the Koran is very important. Key words: role parents, motivation, learning of Al Qur’an Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan proses mendidik dan menuntun anak didik untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu dalam wujud perubahan-perubahan yang positif dalam diri anak. Pendidikan berawal dari keluarga yaitu orang tua. Orang tua adalah madrasah pertama bagi anak-anak. Tanpa orang tua anak tidak bisa mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak. Perlu bimbingan dan pengawasan yang teratur karena kehidupan anak merupakan tanggung jawab orang tua. Adapun permasalahan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar alquran, yang diberikan orang tua terhadap anak karena kurangnya perhatian orang tua terhadap anak dikarenakan sibuk dengan pekerjaan yang mayoritas sebagai buruh tani dan fasilitas yang kurang maksimal. Sehingga muncul pertanyaan bagaimana peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar alquran . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar alquran di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Sirampog. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif.Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar Alquran sangat penting. Kata kunci : Peran orang tua, motivasi, belajar Al Qur’an.
