Abstract

Introduction: Medical records are one of the standards for improving the quality of hospital medical services (Ministry of Health, 2008b). Implementation of electronic medical records in the emergency room at Taman Husada Bontang Regional Hospital began in November 2019 without any SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) or technical guidelines for filling out electronic medical records. , so that many electronic medical records are found to be incompletely filled out. Method: This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional approach, with descriptive observational research methods. The sample in this study consisted of 26 respondents (total sampling), with a non-probability sampling technique. The instrument used was the workload questionnaire by Nursalam (2017). Meanwhile, the questionnaire for the level of knowledge and infrastructure uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Results: The results of the chi square test showed a significant p value <0.005, namely the relationship between workload and completeness of documentation content (p value 0.001) and the relationship between workload and level of knowledge (p value 0.001).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the dynamics of the self-concept of former political prisoners in the 1965 PKI event where this research uses qualitative research with interviews and literature studies from various sources which later the interview data will be triangulated by comparing from other sources. This study uses a purposive sampling technique so as to produce two sources who will be interviewed. The results of this study explain that the events of 1965 and being a political prisoner affect the dynamics of self-concept in individuals, especially the environment and self-acceptance. An environment that tends to make it difficult for individuals will build a positive self-concept and good self-acceptance will also make individuals have a positive self-concept.

Abstract

Foreign investment plays a crucial role in the economic development of a country. To attract foreign capital, the function of law is essential. This abstract will discuss the relationship between foreign investment and the role of law in the context of attracting foreign capital for economic development. Foreign investment can significantly contribute to the economic development of a country, such as increased production, job creation, technology transfer, and improved access to global markets. However, to attract foreign capital, a country must have a stable, transparent, and reliable legal environment. The role of law in attracting foreign investment encompasses several aspects. Firstly, clear and guaranteed investment laws provide legal certainty for foreign investors. This includes protection of property rights, protection against expropriation without fair compensation, and effective dispute resolution mechanisms. Secondly, fair and balanced labor laws provide certainty for investors regarding labor relations with local workers. Protection of workers' rights, freedom of association, and fair labor dispute resolution mechanisms are crucial factors in attracting foreign capital. Thirdly, clear and transparent tax laws provide certainty for investors regarding tax obligations and available fiscal incentives. An efficient and fair tax system can encourage foreign investment. Fourthly, stringent and sustainable environmental laws provide assurance that foreign investments will operate with consideration for the environment. Strong environmental protection and strict enforcement of environmental regulations can enhance investor confidence in the sustainability of their investments. In the context of attracting foreign capital for economic development, a strong and effective legal framework is crucial. A country must have a clear, transparent, and reliable legal environment to create an attractive investment climate for foreign investors. Thus, foreign investment can become a driver of sustainable economic growth and provide benefits for both the host country and foreign investors

Abstract

Political movements are usually initiated by dissatisfaction with a large system in every social function. When this function experiences deviation (distortion), conflict occurs which triggers political movements. With the aim of normalizing towards social change.Conflict is triggered by social inequality (social injustice), as a trigger for a social movement towards social change. In a theoretical perspective, conflict is viewedas an initial indication of a social (political) movement. This social scientific article examines the meaning of behavior in sociological studies from the perspective of the meaning of behavior in the occurrence of political movements aimed at better social change.

Abstract

Korupsi dalam terminologi hukum dikategorikan sebagai kejahatan luar biasa (extraordinary crime) adalah sebagaimana termuat dalam penjelasan dalam Undang – Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 Tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang – Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang – Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 Tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Oleh karenanya dalam upaya pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi memerlukan cara-cara yang luar biasa, mengingat akibat yang ditimbulkan tidak hanya merugikan keuangan negara dan perekonomian negara melainkan dengan semakin merajalelanya tindak pidana korupsi di berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat berakibat pada hancurnya sendi-sendi kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Hadirnya suatu badan khusus yang mempunyai kewenangan luas, independen, serta bebas dari kekuasaan manapun dalam melakukan penegakan hukum pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi dalam hal ini Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) merupakan formulasi hukum yang tepat dan responsif menjadikan KPK sebagai lembaga yang kuat dalam pemberantasan korupsi. Namun pemberlakuan Undang – Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang – Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 Tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi yang mengatur pemberian wewenang bagi KPK untuk menghentikan penyidikan dan penuntutan terhadap perkara tindak pidana korupsi, yang sebelumnya tidak memberikan kewenangan KPK untuk menghentikan penyidikan dan penuntutan. Permasalahan yang muncul kemudian adalah oleh sebagian masyarakat pemberian wewenang bagi KPK untuk menghentikan penyidikan dan penuntutan, dinilai sebagai bentuk upaya pelemahan proses pemberantasan korupsi.

Abstract

Many teenagers and adults are now K-pop fans. Being a kpop fan can make someone feel happy, scared or sad. So this can affect the subjective well-being of someone who likes Kpop. This can also be caused by fans who love their idol celebrities too much to the point that fans are very obsessed with their idol celebrities or usually known as Celebrity Worship. This research was designed to determine the relationship between celebrity worship and subjective well-being among teenage K-pop fans. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a correlational and comparative design. To obtain data, this research used a sample of 55 teenagers from the Fortune Entertainment Cirebon cover dance community, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria being that the youth were 15-21 years old and were members of the Fortune Entertainment community. The results obtained in this study obtained a correlation coefficient value for the Celebrity Worship and Subjective Well Being variables of r= -0.387 with a sig value = 0.004 (p<0.05). This shows that there is a negative relationship between Celebrity Worship and Subjective Well Being. So it is hoped that individuals who like K-Pop will act naturally when they like their idol artists.

Abstract

This article discusses the issue of justice for investors who have fallen victim to illegal investment practices, specifically binary options, in Indonesia. The author utilizes normative research methods, using both a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, to explore how the investors can obtain compensation and achieve justice. Compensation for victims is established as the responsibility of the offenders, as specified in Article 7 of Law No. 31 of 2014 concerning Witness and Victim Protection. Additionally, consumer protection laws, such as Article 9 paragraph (1) letter k of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, and Bappebti Regulation No. 3 of 2019 on Commodities, provide further safeguards for investors. By understanding and applying these legal provisions, it is hoped that victims can recover their losses and receive fair compensation.

Abstract

The main objective of economic development initiatives undertaken by developing countries is to raise and improve the standard of living of their citizens so that they can live like citizens of developed countries. Legal, political and social factors are some of the factors that support the implementation of economic d evelopment. The legal aspect is very important in an effort to create a climate that can encourage economic development and maintain connections in every component and party of economic actors. Investment or investment can be interpreted as the activity of utilizing funds by investing in productive businesses with the hope of obtaining the capital retrieval of the initial funds in the future, so that the owner of funds or capital also gets a number of benefits that will be obtained from investment activities. In the Investment Law, the principle of National Treatment is mentioned in the Explanation of Article 3 Paragraph (1) letter d which reads, "What is meant by 'the principle of equal treatment and no distinction of national origin' is the principle of nondiscrimination services based on the provisions of laws and regulations, both between domestic investors and foreign investors as well as between investors from a foreign country and investors from other foreign countries" and Article 4 Paragraph (2) letter a which reads: "In determining the basic investment policy as referred to in Paragraph (1), the Government a. gives equal treatment to domestic investors and foreign investors with due regard to national interests".

Abstract

Preface:Early identification of pregnancy risks is very important, because high risk pregnancies are often thought to be related with birth complications, thereby affecting the morbidity and mortality of babies born. The aim of this research is to determining the relationship between high risk pregnancies and high risk neonatesincidence. Methods:This cross sectional research was conducted in Taman Husada Bontang Regional Hospital from July-September 2023. 539 mothers who gave birth in here became the population and 85 of them were taken as samples using purposive sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Pregnancy risk screening data was carried out using the Poedji Rochjati score, while high risk neonates were obtained from observation sheets. All data was analyzed using Spearman test. Result:From the screening results, it was found that 86% of respondents were in the high risk pregnancy category and 14% very high risk, and there’re 98% of babies who experience high risk neonates. Crosstabulation results showed that in high risk pregnancies there was a high risk neonates incidence of 98.6% babies, where as in very high risk pregnancies there was 91.7% babies who experienced high risk neonates. From Spearman test, the Sig. value (2 tailed) was obtained 0.000<0.05 with correlation coefficient 0.478. Conclusion: There’s a relationship between high risk pregnancy with incident of high risk neonates in Taman Husada Bontang Regional Hospital.

Abstract

According to the cause of phlebitis; Chemical phlebitis is an inflammatory reaction that occurs in blood vessels caused by drugs and fluids that can irritate or be directly dangerous to blood vessels. The research aims to determine the effect of the Saline-Administration-Saline (S-A-S) method & pulsatile push pause technique on the incidence of chemical phlebitis levels that may be found in patients who receive concentrated drug & electrolyte therapy. This design of this study was a quasi experiment with control groups pretest-posttest design. Respondents were taken by random sampling as many as 32 patients in the Bougenvile inpatient room at Taman Husada Hospital, Bontang. Data were collected with an observation instrument sheet for phlebitis incidents. Visual Infusion Phlebitis (VIP) Score; measuring tool by Jackson (1997). Data analysis used Mann Whitney. The result showed that after the intervention, a significant difference was found in the incidence of phlebitis/phlebitis grade scores between the intervention group and the control group with a p value of 0.021 (p < 0.05). Giving flushing saline using the Saline-Administration-Saline (S-A-S) method & pulsatile push pause technique has been proven to reduce the incidence of chemical phlebitis.
